"A panda with a ponytail?"

Akash murmured.

He thought he would see a huge dragon or any other powerful cosmic beast, but a panda was outside of his expectations. He looked at it with a gloomy look.

*beep*

[ The King can seize his first God rank nobility beast. ]

Akash cried out in surprise.

"Ehh ... a God rank! This Panda?"

Even his calm composed nature couldn't handle this news.

[ This beast is called the God Demon Panda. It's a hybrid cub of two powerful God rank nobility beasts. It can reach the Star God Realm. ]

Akash's eyes were blinking as if he couldn't believe what he had just heard. He looked at the panda who was sleeping on its belly peacefully. Akash saw a strange black and white aura wrapped around the panda's body giving it an image of a sleeveless martial arts gi and on the back of the beast was a Golden Staff stuck in a black and white gi.

"System, what kind of weapon is on the panda's body?"

[ The Golden Staff is a mythic weapon that's been passed down for centuries to every new generation's successor of Golden Apes. God Demon Panda's father is the current king of Golden Ape beasts.

As for the black and white aura, it is not a weapon but rather an inborn technique of the Ying Yang Bears which are the strongest bear type beasts in the cosmos. They use the power of light and darkness laws to form an armour around their body. Its mother is from the Ying Yang Bears.

Both of its parents are top God class nobility beasts, and the God Demon Panda's nobility is one of the strongest in this cosmos. ]

He could barely stop himself from trembling in excitement. In his previous life, the strongest beast he had was just a Prince Rank Nobility Beast.

*beep*

[ The King must form a blood contract before the God Demon Panda opens its eyes. ]

Akash was startled but he didn't ask further. He immediately bit his index finger and a few drops of blood fell from Akash's figure, which was mixed with his cosmic powers, and entered the mouth of the panda. Soon, a blood formation appeared on its chest, but this formation was different from the ones he knew of before.

"What kind of contract is this?"

[ It's a contract that can only be used by those who have the purest form of cosmic power. There is only one difference between the two blood contracts. The other blood contract can hurt either beast or master if the beast doesn't obey the order given by its master, but this blood contract will force the beast to obey the order even if that order costs it its life."

Akash remembered that his cosmic powers were removed and replaced by Ancestor Turtle's cosmic powers which are the purest in quality.

While he was still lost in his thoughts, Akash suddenly heard a cooing sound.

It was coming from the little God Demon Panda who opened its eyes for the first time. Akash could feel the panda's feelings because of the blood contract and picked the little panda up. It cooed in happiness, the panda saw Akash Tagar first when it opened its eyes.

Thus, It thought that Akash was its father.

"Hey buddy, I will call you Ponytail and from today onwards we will share our life and death."

The bear cooed in return. Akash Tagar sent Ponytail into his cosmic dwelling space to sleep and went to his bedroom to do the same.

He was mentally tired, ever since he met Ancestor Turtle, he hadn't slept for a second and this whole ordeal exhausted his mind. Akash slept for 3 whole days.

The next morning.

Akash opened his eyes after a long and beautiful sleep, and as soon as he opened his eyes he heard a beep sound.

[ The King has awoken. From here onwards, all the free privileges the King has enjoyed will all end and the King will have to pay for any further services. ]

Akash gave a big yawn while stretching his arms out and stood up, ignoring the system. He looked everywhere but couldn't see a washroom.

"System, is there any place here where I can get fresh water?"

[ To enjoy the service of the lavatory the King has to upgrade the HQ to level 2. The more the King will upgrade the HQ the more luxurious the bedroom will become. ]

"I understand, Ancestor Turtle had warned me that I'd have to pay. The system, can you briefly explain what things I can get by using money and what I cannot?"

[ Everything can be acquired by the money ]

"Hmm, that means I have to earn tons of money first! It's going to be quite challenging."

[ There is another way but it's more difficult. Which is, completing the quests in the meantime but if the King cannot complete the quest, he will receive a penalty. Once a quest is accepted, it cannot be abandoned. ]

Akash was lost, he didn't know what kind of penalties were possible, but he was sure that if the rewards were so appealing then the penalty wouldn't be any lighter. As such, he took the 1st option.

"System, what are the features and requirements for the 2nd level of the HQ?"

[ Level 2 HQ will have two new services. The first one is the Cosmic Training Grounds which will allow the King and his subordinates to go anywhere in the cosmos to train.

The second one is the Cosmic Store, in which the King and his subordinates can purchase and sell materials, items and beasts.

Along with these two features, the current bedroom and Nest Well will be upgraded to level 2 as well.

There are 3 requirements for this 2nd level of the HQ.

The 1st requirement is for the King to pay 1 million coins.

The 2nd requirement is for the King's land to encompass a total of 10,000 Square Feet.

The 3rd requirement is for the King to recruit one Earl to his force. ]

Akash eyebrows twitched and he asked.

"Earl! Do you mean a subordinate?"

[ No, an earl is an officer who will lead the army of the King. The Earls can be likened to the Generals of a King. ]

"Ohh! Ancestor has planned quite well. Indeed, a single person cannot lead a whole force." Akash murmured.

Akash looked at the screen and asked.

"System, can I make anyone my Earl?"

[ No, there are requirements for Earls because it is a limited rank. ]

"Earls are limited? And what requirements?"

[ There can only be 100 Earls on a single planet. One planet cannot have more than 100 Earls.

The requirements of an Earl are the following:

1. There are a total of 20 laws which are called the 20 attributes on this planet. An Earl must have control of at least 3 of them.

2. There are 5 types of aptitudes. Poor, Common, High, Legendary, Mythic and each of them have 3 stages: Lower, Medium and Upper. An Earl must at least have the aptitude of Lower High grade."

Akash looked at the screen, replied in an annoyed manner.

"These requirements are quite high, I see. Perhaps even unnecessarily so?"

[ The requirements are necessary to find top quality Earls. ]

He sighed and followed up with another question.

"How can I check anyone's aptitude and attributes?"

[ The King merely has to think of viewing someone's profile while looking at them to check basic information. ]

Suddenly, Akash Tagar thought of something.

"System, can you tell me what my aptitude was in my previous life?"

[ Upper-Poor Aptitude. ]

Akash Tagar didn't see that coming.

"What... I was a Star King that time."

[ Realms doesn't define aptitude. Aptitude is determined by one's overall talent. ]

Akash understood that finding someone with control over 3 attributes should not be that difficult but finding one with a Lower High Aptitude on this planet would be almost impossible. Even my previous self only had the aptitude of the Upper Poor rank.

Akash closed his eyes and sighed heavily.

"I should go out to get some fresh air or I'll die."

As soon as Akash came out of the HQ, the door closed automatically.

Then, he saw a car was coming towards him. The car stopped and a young man came out of it.

The man came closer and looked at Akash Tagar. The man was looking at Akash as if he had seen something which doesn't belong to this world. A stunning handsome hunk.

"Hello, Akash Tagar. I've been sent here by Mayor Haji Tea and I've been waiting here for 3 days."

"I see, how is Mr Haji Tea?"

Akash asked

"He is fine, and he is waiting to meet you."

"Alright, but first I need to go to a washroom. I need to get clean myself up."

The man nodded with a fake smile and took him to a nearby hotel.

Akash bathed himself and brushed his teeth. His golden hairs and blue eyes were exuding a mysterious charm. He wore the same clothes he had on before.

As the man looked at Akash, admiration slowly crept up into his heart where, before there was only envy. Akash was extremely handsome with perfect looks that even the Fairy Race, known for their otherworldly looks, would be jealous of him. There was a strange attraction that people felt towards Akash's eyes.

"Let's go."

The man came back to his senses.

Soon, they reached the Mayor's office. Haji Tea was waiting for them at the entrance door. He was already informed beforehand by the young man.
