《Stacking My Abilities 》Chapter 78: My Stacked Abilities! (1)

Standing on the raised platform, Atlas looked down at a metal block with raised brows.
If he's not mistaken, this block contained Jeff's big black sword.
Atlas turned his gaze to the two cloaked figures kneeling before him.
"They weren't in a hurry. Sire." One cloaked figure lowered his head further.
"In fact, they were relaxed and unalarmed. They never expected an attack inside the sanctuary."
"Is that so..." Atlas knitted his brows in consideration. "You may go back to patrolling now. Your contribution will not be forgotten."
"As you command sire!" The two cloaked figures fervently shouted. The next moment, these guys exploded into black clouds. One after another, these two flew out an open window.
Atlas stood there for a moment, carefully considering the likelihoods and possibilities.
Nodding at his decision, Atlas took out a purplish-black pill. Without second thoughts, Atlas gulped it down.
Standing there with closed eyes, a purplish-black droplet tattoo formed on Atlas' forehead. Gradually, that droplet tattoo expanded and broke!
Like a living slime, the purplish-black streams encircled Atlas' head. Over time, the streams expanded into a band, gradually forming a purplish-black crown.
"Hmmm..." Atlas took a deep breath.
Focussing his gaze onto the metal block, Atlas raised a hand.
PAM!
A firm punch!
Torrent exploded out from the collision.
Under this impact, that metal block shot right through the raised platform. Like a cannonball, the metal block shot right into the cement ground. In an instance, the ground cracked like an egg shell, forming a small pit.
The ground shook a little. The workers had to stand still for a moment.
"Continue your work." Atlas jumped down.
Under this command, the workers returned to piling up container blocks.
Atlas turned his gaze to the container block.
As expected, under his SSS-rank attack, this container begun to break.
Cracks had expanded out on the metal block now. However, the cracks were slowly merging up. This container was healing itself!

However...
Slam! Slam! Slam!
Leaving afterimages, Atlas' fists barraged this container.
Pa!
The container exploded into pieces.
Extending out a hand, Atlas firmly grasped onto the big void key.
"Sire... The altar is ready..." The cloaked mage bowed.
At the front loading area, a convoluted formation had formed. Gradually, the ground underneath the formation begun to lift up.
First it's a black square base...
Within the base, a smaller square platform raised up.
In a moment, a small pyramid structure formed. Nine layers. Nine meters high. Got a flat platform at the top.
One after another, the torches at the top platform lit up. Under the purplish flames, the atmosphere in this storage instantly changed.
The workers widened their eyes at the altar. It's a strange otherworldly feeling. Cold. Dangerous. Lethal.
This altar's presence alone posed an immense pressure onto these workers.
Some dropped to the ground. They tried to get up, but simply had no strength to do so.
Some stronger ones fled from the storage without turning back. They didn't understand why they were doing this. But an innate fear was driving them to do so.
Atlas ignored these guys. Grabbing the big black sword in his hand, wearing a solemn expression, Atlas walked towards that altar.
By the foot of the altar, wooden crates of various sizes piled up like a small hill. At the front, smaller electronic metal crates formed a small pile. Almost all the high-value items of the sanctuary was gathered here now.
Passing by these hills, the edge of Atlas' lips lifted a little. But the next instance, Atlas' face went back to being expressionless.
Passing by the cloaked figure, Atlas stepped up the stairway. As he walked up, the torches by the stairway lit up with purplish flames.
In a quick moment, Atlas had reached the top of the altar.
Taking a deep breath, Atlas hesitated a little. He unsheathed a purplish-black dagger from his waist.

Naturally, Atlas couldn't reply his success on the sanctuary's mistakes. He had prepared a void key himself.
Atlas took a look at his small dagger in one hand. Then he looked at his big black sword in his other hand.
Small dagger? Or big black sword?
Small dagger... Or big black sword...
Making a final decision, Atlas sheathed his dagger.
"Hoooo... Huh...." Atlas steeled his gaze. Raising the big black sword above his head, Atlas hesitated again.
Atlas turned to the cloaked figure down the altar. That dude down there seemed a little excited?
"Do I need to show respect?" Atlas asked with a stern voice.
"No sire. You are the customer here. Based on the points you own, the void will try its best to meet your demands." That cloaked figure bowed.
"Is there anything else I need to be aware of?"
"You are in complete control sire. The void is at your service."
"Hmm..." Atlas grumbled.
"So be it." Turning back to the platform, Atlas chopped down his sword at air.
Like a zipper being unzipped, a small rift opened up in the air.
The black sword crumbled and dissipated into dust, fading away in the air.
Atlas: ?!
The cloaked figure: ...
"What is going on?" Atlas asked in a demanding tone.
"The void key ran out of energy sire."
"Is that so..." Atlas grumbled. Without hesitation, Atlas pulled out his dagger.
"Stop!"
Atlas turned back to the cloaked figure. This towering fella stared down at the cloaked figure with an intense gaze.
"One altar, one void key sire. Two void keys would only interfere with each other, causing the portal to collapse. And the ritual will fail."
"Hmmm..." Atlas grumbled. "Is that so!"
"Sire, please expand and stabilize the portal with void crystals."
Atlas raised a hand. Forming a stream, those metallic crates floated up the altar. In a moment, they had formed a small pile.
Atlas tapped his card onto a crate. Recognizing the keyholder's presence, these crates unlocked in unison.
Atlas opened up a crate. It contained void crystals. However, it's half-empty.
"Jeff Norman..." Atlas grumbled.
Nevertheless, without further thoughts, Atlas still threw a crystal into the rift.
The void rift expanded out a little. The black slit expanded out a little, becoming more of a circular portal.
Atlas froze for a moment.
"If you see an interface, that is your account interface sire."
"Hmm..." Seeing this result, Atlas started to feed the portal with void crystals.
One after another, the void crystals were thrown back into the void. Gradually, the portal size expanded.
Fist-sized... Plate-sized... Backpack-sized... Drawer-sized...
Atlas threw another crystal into the void. At this rate, the portal would be big enough for crates in no time.
However, nothing happened this time.
Atlas turned to the cloaked figure.
The cloaked figure: "... That was a fake sire."
"Patient!!" Atlas growled in frustration.
"You rats! You leeches!" Atlas panted in anger. "I will make you pay!"
"Huhhh!" Atlas lifted up a metallic container and shoved it into the portal.
Toooommm...
A low vibration expanded out the rift. In an instance, the portal became table-sized.
Atlas threw another metallic crate into the portal.
Toommm...
The portal became window-sized.
Atlas raised a hand. The hill of crates down the altar floated up into the air.
Atlas slashed forward with two fingers at the portal. Clearly, he was running out of patience.
Forming a stream, these crates flowed into the portal. These were the precious materials and loots the sanctuary had collected over months. Now, they became Atlas' personal points.
Like a quickening drum beat, low vibrations burst out the portal.
"It is done..." Atlas smiled in victory.
