《Rise of the White Dragon 》Chapter 225: Lazarus' Tragic End

When she came to, the girl remembered that her live stream was still on, and when she saw that there were almost 30 people, she got scared. After all, she was unknown.
Catharina: [I'm glad you're okay~]
Ingrid: [Must have been scary, right? I hope you get better soon.]
Maira: [Try not to think about it too much, and don't let it get the better of you. Yes, there are bad people in the world, but there are also a lot of good people, right?]
Cristina: [You are very cute, I became your fan. Unfortunately, I saw you in this situation as my first view. Get well~]
The names were familiar. As a Luan fan, she knew every member of Luan's family. "Are you all Luan Dimas' family?" Her voice was shaky.
Maira: [Yes, I'm his mother, and we're all watching you. Luan was the first to find your live and saw you in danger and came to your rescue. (Emoji smiling)]
"Oh, oh..." The girl couldn't believe what all was happening. She lived in Portugal and didn't expect that Luan, who lived in Brazil, would come all this way to save her. The affection she felt for Luan only increased.
Catharina: [We're leaving now, go ahead girl, if you do live again, I'll be back, your voice is beautiful, hope you sing for me next time~]
"I, I'm Emily Aguiar. Hope to see you on my live again, and yes, I will sing a song especially for you." She bit her tongue at the end, which was pretty cute.
Afterward, they left the livestream and Emily also ended the live. At that moment, she still didn't believe in everything that had happened. At first, she thought she would be killed by a scary killer. But then she was saved by her idol and even talked to his family live. She still thought she was dreaming.

It was still 22:10, almost time for her parents to get home from work. She was still scared. After all, even though she was saved, she was home alone.
"Daughter, daughter!" Soon she heard her mother's voice.
She ran out and hugged her. " Uwaaa, waaaa, waaaa! Mom, um, some sort of elf came in, came into the house and tried to kill me! He almost bit my arm... I, I have everything saved, I swear, I speak the truth!"
Seeing her daughter's despair, the mother first tried to calm her down. "Let's go to your room, let mom and dad see," the mother said.
"Okay." Emily nodded.
When they saw the video, the couple's hearts almost stopped. It was when they saw Luan's heroic entrance as he saved their daughter that they finally sighed in relief, which was very silly, since their daughter was alive and right beside them.

- On a desert island -
Luan threw the elf to the ground and said coldly, "Hello, Lazarus."
"You know me?" Lazarus was holding his broken arm as he looked fearfully at Luan.
"Do I know you? Hehe, of course, I do!" Luan's laugh turned colder and more sinister.
Lazarus, the murderer who killed and ate his family alive. How could he forget? It was all in his previous life, but Luan didn't care. He wanted to kill this bastard and wouldn't let anyone or anything stop him.
"You know, I thought of many ways to kill you, and yes, there were many, but it wasn't easy to think of one that was perfect. After all, there are many wonderful ways to kill someone, are there not?" The cold voice echoed in Lazarus' ear.
"No, no, I don't want to die! I didn't do anything to you, why are you doing this to me?" Lazarus yelled as he tried to run, only to be shot in the foot by Qi and fall to the ground.

"Well, no need to be anxious. I said I thought for a long time, right?" Luan pulled out a large box almost like a coffin with an opening the size of a head.
"You know, I have other things to do, so I'll try to be as fast as possible," Luan said coldly.
He picked up the struggling Lazarus and placed the elf inside the box with only his head out. The box had a few holes, enough for bugs to get inside. And after confirming that it was securely attached, Luan threw honey inside.
Making a circle around it, he created a formation that made what was there invisible to almost everyone but the insects.
"I wonder, are you in the mood for feces? Well, when you are, things will get very dangerous for you. After all, the worms from your feces will devour your flesh. But don't worry; no one will see you in this shameful state. I've isolated you from the world." Luan's cold voice continued to echo in the ears of Lazarus, who was screaming for help over and over.
But it was useless. Besides the place being a desert island, Luan isolated the sound.

Luan did not return directly to the island where his family was. He still needed to put his thoughts in order. He had done something very cruel, but he didn't regret it.
'I got revenge...' Despite being his mother and sister from his previous life, he had avenged them. Sighing, Luan continued to sit on the cloud, looking up at the sky without moving.
He didn't know what kind of impact his actions here would have on the world, especially for the elves. After all, the live stream was recorded, and the girl's mother was able to put it on the air. However, Luan knew that not all elves were bad.
'Should I get even more involved in this? Somehow, I could end up causing the extinction of the race of elves...'
In the midst of his dilemma, Luan made up his mind. It was going to be a little work, but he was going to explain it to the world. And also he already thought of a way: that he had been investigating Lazarus and caught him in the act, and through an old book, there were records about what happened to elves that taste the flesh. But he also wanted to show that not all elves were like that.
And he was also going to explain how to identify which were which: There was the issue of the eyes that turned bloody red, and the teeth that looked like shark teeth.
Sighing again, Luan's mood improved: 'It's time to go back.'

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14

There was a girl whose feelings changed the world around her, and with every step little smoke clouds emanated from her feet. Her soul pulled right out of her chest like a long, blue comet with a tail, and swirled around her body like a protective blue flame. The Wild Touch
The world of Delmathar has many conflicts and plots that span over the whole world and even into the war torn oceans. That’s not even taking into account that the world is a candidate in the Realm wars… but that’s a story for another day. Instead we will follow the story of how a goddess’s botched attempt of using a weak earth soul to make powerful Grafter for her mother, ends up empowering an unsuspecting little boy. The boy who is called Nosal Brownwhisker, who happens to be a peaceful little buttonless-shirt loving little Capyban. And as the Brownwhisker family tries to juggle their everyday lives on their monster ranch and hiding little Nosal’s secret, more and more developments keep popping up in the village of Pancreedy that makes life more.. interesting. Author’s notes:This is my first fiction and I understand it will suck. Hopefully you will find it to be enjoyable enough to hang around. There’s not going to be any epic world-ending fights or any stuff like that, just some shenanigans generally with the story progressing very slowly as it changes from many viewpoints. The world of Delmathar may seem funky for now so I will promise a glossary every 15 chapters. The wild touch will be updated at least twice a week, with me having no backlog of chapters. So if I get mobbed at work or get sick I will let you know in my notes on a short chapter. I hope you enjoy, and thank you for the people who support me, give me encouragement and pointers.
