"The life tablet of one of our core disciples has broken just now." The elder with a skull mask told the other elders inside the darkroom.

"Whose life tablet?" The old elder with a black mask asked.

"It is Xiangyi's life tablet." The elder with a skull mask replied.

"Sigh... Such a pity! That little lass is really talented, but she is really mischievous. She cannot even sit tight for only a single day." The old elder with a black mask shook his head and said in a mournful tone.

"Do you know who did it?" The voluptuous woman with a demon mask asked, but anyone could sense the anger and resentment contained in her voice.

"I do not know. But according to the 2nd prince's people, that little lass fought with the core disciple from Immortal Sword Sect about an hour ago. Maybe that core disciple from Immortal Sword Sect chased after her and managed to kill her in the end." The elder with a skull mask answered with a monotonous cold tone.

The voluptuous woman with a demon mask on her face gnashed her teeth and stared angrily at the elder with a skull mask, but before they could argue further with each other, the old elder with the black mask quickly interrupted them.

"That is enough!" The old elder with the black mask's loud shout stopped the two elders from saying anything.

"It seems that the people from the Immortal Sword Sect are already aware of our presence in this Quanhai City. The reason they still have not done any move to us yet must be because they are still waiting for more reinforcement from the Immortal Sword Sect!" The old elder with the black mask told them his deduction.

".....We are running out of time." The elder with a skull mask murmured.

"Are our preparations for 'that' already completed?" The old elder with the black mask asked the voluptuous woman with a demon mask.

"Almost! I just need a few more hours to complete it. We should be able to use it in the morning. But... I do not have time to check and test it... maybe there will be some problems that will occur when we use 'that' later... Are you sure we must use it tomorrow morning?" The voluptuous woman with a demon mask answered in an unsure tone.

"We do not have any other choice! We will lose our chance if the reinforcement from the Immortal Sword Sect has already come." The elder with a skull mask said in an impatient manner.

The old elder with the black mask pondered in a few moments before said with a resolute tone: "That is right! We do not have any more time to spare. We will use that thing tomorrow morning! The voluptuous woman with a demon mask and the elder with a skull mask nodded in agreement.

The three of them went out from the dark secret room, and they hastily did all the things they must do.

She opened Yaya's status window and tapped on the [[Summon]] button to summon out Yaya from her system's storage.

Yaya has passed her backlash period since yesterday, but she was extremely exhausted because of it, so she fell asleep all day yesterday.

"Yayaya~~!" Yaya excitedly flew toward Tang Li Xue and hugged her neck, then rained Tang Li Xue's cheek with many of her kisses.

A massive blood-colored barrier was covering the entire Quanhai City!

Even the lazy Little Loki raised its tiny furry head and stared at Quanghai City.

There was a glint of excitement and hunger in its third eye.

Tang Li Xue subconsciously felt that this blood-colored barrier was really bad news for all the creatures inside Quanghai City.

'What to do now? What should I do now? Should I abandon it and go back to Myriad Foxes Academy now? Or... no, no, no... There is no way I am going back there!' Tang Li Xue gritted her teeth and pondered carefully.
