Just when he pulled out the life core of the monster with more than 300 points in the strength stat, a few notifications popped into his mind, bringing with them great news that made him reveal a slight smile.
[You've killed a monster in the fifth level of the demonic realm]
[You've gained 0 life force]
[You've obtained a demonic realm life core]
[Convert life core into 5000 units of life fore?]
[Yes] [No]
An instant after he read the notification that popped up into his mind, the monster started to break apart into pieces. The several hundred bones of the giant skeleton warrior began falling to the ground as Vincent stored the life core in his subspace before pressed his feet against the bone on which he was standing and then jumped away from the crumbling mess, leaping towards the nearest giant skeleton warrior.
He landed on its nose with a dull thud. Then, he manipulated the blood inside his body, making a lot of it surge out from the pore on the skin on his back. The blood took the shape of a long rope whose end looked like a hook. One could see that the entire thing was attached to his back. He swung it upwards, and it got attached to a bone on the back of the giant skeleton warrior, who punched towards him.
Whoohoo!
Before the punch even reached near him, Vincent used the rope to swing himself towards the ceiling.
The poor monster didn't notice it. Even if it had noticed that its target was no longer there, it still wouldn't be able to stop its punch from landing on its face as it was already too late.
The punch landed on its face, causing most bones to shatter and the rest to get so badly damaged that they threatened to shatter at any moment.

Vincent's lips thinned into a smile when he saw that the monster no longer have any to retaliate. He believed that he had damaged it so badly that it won't probably even recognize its master.
"Time to take the second monster!" He immediately pulled at the crimson rope extending from the end of the crimson hook that was attached to its back. He got swung down towards its back.
After safely landing on its back and regaining his balance, Vincent conjured two crimson swords and held them in his hands. He then started to brandish his weapons towards the monster, landing each strike on the bones of its back.
The monster's hand couldn't reach its defenseless back, so it could only wait for its death. The other two started to crawl towards them, hoping to crush Vincent. However, they couldn't reach him in time. It only took him a couple of seconds to rip the life core out of its body.
[You've killed a monster in the first level of the demonic realm]
[You've gained 0 life force]
[You've obtained a demonic realm life core]
[Convert life core into 1000 units of life fore?]
[Yes] [No]
He didn't give a reply to the heirloom of his family and only stored the life core in his subspace, and then he moved towards the giant skeleton skeletons crawling towards him.
He leaped forward, moving several dozen meters across and dozens of meters above the ground, landing on the back of one of them. He started to use his sword to break its bones, trying to reach its life core as soon as he can.
The skeleton beside them raised its hand and swung it down towards him.
Vincent's eyes widened as he saw a huge hand coming towards him, but he didn't panic. He hurriedly moved out of the way, getting far away from the trajectory and the range of its attack. The gigantic hand missed him but crashed on the bones on the back of the second giant skeleton warrior, causing a lot of its bones to shatter.

When Vincent saw that, his eyes brightened up in happiness and he revealed a happy smile.
"Bring it on! I am here right! Strike me down, you big oaf!" Vincent shouted at the top of his lungs, shaking his butt in order to taunt the giant skeleton warrior to taunt him.
His actions enraged the monster, and it started to swing its hands towards him, again and again. Vincent, on the other hand, jumped here and there, dodging its hands and dancing all across the back of the second giant skeleton warrior with a smile on his face.
The hands of the giant skeleton warrior missed him, but all of them landed on the back of the second giant skeleton warrior. In only several seconds, its slaps shattered all the bones on its back, revealing its life core to Vincent.
Vincent smiled, feeling happy that this time he didn't have to do anything to reach the monster's life core.
He jumped ahead into the crater leading to the life core, sliding down towards it. Once his feet touched the top of the bone cage inside of which he could see the life core shining brightly, he squatted deeply and landed a punch on top of the bone cage, shattering it and freeing the life core. The moment he pulled it out, the giant skeleton warrior's body started to break apart, bones crashing down on him.
Just when he was about to be caved in by the gigantic bones, Vincent pulled out the highest rank magic scroll he had in his possession, using it to teleport towards the shadow of the last remaining giant skeleton warrior.
[You've killed a monster in the seventh level of the demonic realm]
[You've gained 0 life force]
[You've obtained a demonic realm life core]
[Convert life core into 7000 units of life fore?]
[Yes] [No]
In a few moments, he also took it down.
He ended up defeating all four giant skeleton warriors by himself.
The moment all four of them died, the remaining skeleton warriors crumbled apart, turning into fine dust as their life core dropped to the ground with dull thuds, signifying the end of the battle!

Some become allies while others become wet stains on the floor. I firmly believe that villains can make for some of the most endearing characters. Monsters need not be sour and droll. Have a bit of fun - indulge in a bit of villainy.
