Jin quickly ducked as the red blast veered at him. The blast had ended up mercilessly destroying members of the plague behind him. However, the rocky creature did not care about destroying its own comrades.
Jin had heeded this. He quickly ran around the creature. It turned its head and body to follow him, blasting relentlessly. The erroneous blast—which had constantly failed to touch Jin—had burnt monsters accidentally. Jin was deliberately causing the rocky creature to annihilate more of its kind!
After doing so for a while; Jin had lunged toward the rocky creature from behind. He clenched his teeth, and slashed his green dagger at its back. His blade had made a clashing sound as if it had collided with sword, and then ... it had bounced off the sturdy material. No use.
Jin grimaced. "You would expect a weapon of the Gods to destroy simple rock ... but O fucking hell, it doesn't!"
As the creature turned around—finally halting its blast—Jin dashed left. The creature thrust its rocky wrist at Jin. The blade extending out of such. Jin sidestepped. Then, he quickly thrust his dagger into the red, glowing hole in the creature's chest: the core—much like a heart—where energy emanated.
As the blade sunk into the creature's core; its red eyes bulged. Its body wavered; veering in all directions, aquiver. The core's glow had intensified by over seven hundred percent. Jin was forced to squint to retain sight of the monster.
Jin quickly yanked his dagger out, and dashed away. The creature was about to explode! He ran away from the center of the circle and budged through a group of spectating monsters. They had tried to stop him, but that was when he used his dagger to lop hands off.
He constantly dashed through the group, nearing the tall Sorcerer who had remained etched behind his mind. In doing so, he looked behind his shoulder at the rocky creature who he had only just slain. Holes appeared in the creature, and thousands of red blast came out of these holes. Then, the creature had exploded in red, prevalent glory.

Unfortunately, Jin did not get any experience points ... what a pity.
Frowning at this unjustness, he continued toward the Sorcerer. He sprinted swiftly on his feet When suddenly, a human-like creature had caught him. The creature possessed pitch-black skin with shining stars on it. To Jin, its skin was reminiscent of a galaxy. The creature pulled Jin toward him. Jin quickly slashed at its hand, furrowing brows. The blade had simply passed through its skin like nothing, dealing no damage.
The creature peered into Jin's eyes. "You," it said, "it was your kind that had caused this ... you had created a monster! Revenge will be begotten!" its voice echoed as if in a cavern.
Jin continued to slash relentlessly at the creature. 'Come on, come on! Special attack, special attack!' he thought, clenching his teeth. The creature had cupped its hand around Jin's neck, strangling him. It was strong.
"Blade do not cut through the flesh of Oraxians! Can you cut the sky, boy!?" It gritted its teeth.
[Weapon special attack (Poisoning) upon next blow]
"I wanted a special attack but not that one," Jin slashed his dagger, "but it'll do for now!"
The creature had paused, as if paralyzed by Jin's attack. Jin quickly kicked off its chest, landing on his back. He hurriedly got to his feet, and continued toward the Sorcerer. A creature grabbed him. He slashed it, shredding through flesh. A creature stood in front of him, blocking his way. He quickly dashed, decaptitaing it. Then he beheaded another. Another again.
A tall skeletal creature stood in his way again; Jin slid through its legs. Another creature gnashes its draws it him. He dashed left, dodging and slashing it at the same time. He slashed again and again and again.

"STOP THE HUMAN FROM GETTING NEAR THE SORCERER!!! ATTACK ALL AT ONCE!"
"WE SHALL!"
"IF THE BOY RETRIEVES HIS TRUE POWER, WE LESSER CREATURES WILL BE DOOMED!"
"I INTEND NOT TO DIE BEFORE TAKING DOWN A HUMAN WITH SUCH CALIBER!"
"AND I REFUSE TO DIE AT ALL!"
"ATTACK YOU SPEECHLESS MONSTERS!"
"THE SORCERER'S SPELL WILL BE GONE SHOULD HE MOVE! STOP THAT HUMAN!"
Jin stood in the middle of thousands. Thousands of creature lunged at him. He simply stood, menacingly as they neared, screaming and roaring at him. "That's twenty nine," he slashed his dagger at his palm,"now that's thirty!"
His blood dripped as a system screen manifested.
[Weapon special attack (Gamma Explosion) upon next blow]
Jin grinned widely as the creatures all came from all directions. As they got in his reach, he quickly leaped into the air. He retained his smirk, dashing further into the air. Creatures jumped in efforts to get him, but most of their attempts were vain. Juxtapositioned, Jin flipped in the air, and bolted down at the slew of monsters.
His dagger electrified as it neared the group; a powerful sensation rushing up his hands. Jin crashed down on the creatures. And after a brief second delay, there was a huge green explosion. A voilent shake ensued. And finally, a pulsing shockwave. The green explosion—though not too large—had spanned accross the area. Beautiful, it was on Jin's part.
Hundreds of the creatures were sent pitching away in pieces. Others were torn radically asunder. Blood mixed. Red, blue, purple—all meshing together. This too was beautiful in Jin's regard; flooding him with a thrill stemmed by a glorious battle.
After landing on a knee, Jin had gotten up again. He bolted toward the Sorcerer who still hadn't moved from the very spot at which he stood from the beginning. Jin smirked widely. Not many were in his way of getting to the Sorcerer. Only a few had stood around said Sorcerer.
Jin jumped and dashed into the air. Then, he dashed again. The defending monsters would not be able to protect their Sorcerer when he had the high grounds Jin hurled his dagger at the Sorcerer from such height.
The dagger had stopped when it had reached close to the Sorcerer's face. Powerful telekinesis. The Sorcerer shifted his attention to Jin—
But wait ... where had the human boy gone? He was only in the air just now. Suddenly, the dagger had vanished from the Sorcerer's eyes. The Sorcerer qailed. Where did he go? Did he flee? No! Not when the battle was turning in his favor! Suddenly, the Sorcerer felt something approaching his body. 'Ahah! From behind!'

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

Kill the Harem
I was never a person who struggled with anything. Whatever I wanted to achieve, I achieved, except for finding a good reason for living. That was until I died. Perhaps it was karma, or perhaps it was some particularly sick god. I woke up in a world full of magic and encountered all these women who became romantically obsessed with me. It bears an uncanny resemblance to those garbage isekai series that I had the misfortune of reading in high school. The problem is, I loathe isekai. It got to the point where ever time I read about a busty elf-girl wanting to follow the protagonist, I wanted to throw something. It's illogical and it ruins the flow of the story. But now, I'm the one getting harassed by such illogical people? What complete and utter drivel. If any obsessive crazy person tries to make me theirs without even caring about my opinion, I'll f*cking kill them! I'll kill them all! I'm getting back home no matter what. My favorite manga hasn't finished yet and I want to read it to the end. Q&A Section Q: Is the protagonist mentally healthy? A: No, not even close. Q: Are all the female characters stupid? A: Barring extenuating circumstances, nobody rational would fall for a guy like the protagonist, so there's a bit of selection bias going on here. Q: Is this about a Gary Stu killing a bunch of irrational harem characters in a cliche isekai world? A: Go reread the title and the synopsis. Q: Do the women die because they won't sleep with the protagonist? A: No. I'm not sure where anyone got that from since it's entirely the opposite of what happens.
