"This old guy is really my divine assist all the way, not bad!"
Yang Song looked at Huang Shi who came back and smiled, "Put it in the middle position. I will test it in front of everyone today. Today is the day I officially reach 100 years old, just the right time to let everyone witness it."
While speaking, Yang Song also left this seat and walked towards the courtyard.
This time, Yang Song no longer brought along this walking stick. He waked with an imposing pace in front of everybody as if he was not an old man the slightest.
"Old Yang really wants to test it?"
Seeing Yang Song walking over, Huang Shi winked. At this moment, he did not believe that Yang Song had really become a martial artist and desperately wanted to get Yang Song down the steps.
"Father, how about using our own equipment?"
Close to Yang Song, Yang Haonan interrupted quickly.
When Huang Shi heard this, the confidence in his heart became firmer immediately. Revealing a slight smile, he said to Yang Song again, "Don't worry, Old Yang, if you really test, I can guarantee that my latest instrument definitely won't have any errors… Erm, if you really become a martial artist, those who come here today won't have to take time to come here again, they can just prepare a gift on the spot."
"Great!"
Yang Song was very happy in his heart. Originally, he planned to accept these old friends' gambling gifts later. But Huang Shi's remarks made him have double gifts today. Was there anything else better than this?
Many people who came to congratulate Yang Song also thought that Yang Song could not become a martial artist.
"Elder Yang looks very good today. Maybe he's really become a martial artist."
"My big gift has been prepared long ago, and I will wait for the time Elder Yang becomes a martial artist for real."

"Yeah, yeah, he can test it quickly."
"The watch I brought today is made of metal from the abyss, I bought it at an auction. If Old Yang has really become a martial artist, I will give it to him instantly."
Such voices resounded endlessly.
Listening to these voices, Xiao Laoxu who was standing on Yang Song's shoulders, turned its head like a small electric motor quickly.
Whenever someone shouted to give a big gift, it would look at that person instantly and judge whether there was any treasure on them based on intuition.
As for the people of the Yang Family, at this time, there was a strange silence among them.
Their old man had indeed been in good health and complexion in the past few days, but it was a bit of nonsense to say that he had become a martial artist.
Since the opening of martial arts, such things had never appeared.
But now, since their old man looked full of confidence, maybe he was actually plotting an evil idea instead?
But even so, they did not dare to poke his evil idea the slightest. They would not be able to take responsibility if their old man's plan went wrong.
The latest tester was made by C Country's Alimama Technology Co., Ltd. Its whole body was round, only the size of a child's fist, like a billiard ball.
There was a red button on the sphere. As long as a person pressed this button hard, the force generated would be transmitted to the precision device inside the sphere.
With that, the target's ultimate strength could be quickly analyzed, and the corresponding martial art level would pop up along with that too. This thing was indeed very convenient.
…
"Old Yang, let's start the test. If you really become a martial artist, it is also a happy even today," Huang Shi said, as if to comfort Yang Song instead. "Hold the tester and press the red button with the power of your palm. It's very simple."

When Huang Shi spoke, he had already inserted the circular tester into Yang Song's hand.
"Okay, I will try."
With a smile on Yang Song's face, he held the tester and began to use force gradually.
The surrounding guests were still noisy. No one thought that a 100-year-old man could break through to become a martial artist in just a few moments, which was beyond their cognition.
"Old Yang, it doesn't matter if you can't actually become a martial artist. Your sons all have a good future. Your whole life is worth it! Many people are also envious of it."
Zhou Tong stretched his head and murmured when he saw that the tester hadn't moved.
"Being a martial artist is not so easy. People with talent can become martial artists by just drinking a cup of water. Without talent, even if you work hard for a lifetime, you may still be a normal person. This is the reality."
Da Ji spoke with a smile on his face.
"Haha, Old Yang, it seems that you can't accept my gift today!"
Huang Shi smiled, focusing on the test, and saw that the data above didn't move at all, and there was no response at all. This showed that Yang Song's strength was really too small.
However!
Just when Huang Shi's voice fell, the tester that Yang Song was holding burst out a split of golden light from the gap between his fingers.
This kind of light was exclusive to the martial artist, therefore, it was very attractive to people!
Even a child less than two years old knew that this was what a martial artist can inspire.
When this light appeared, the entire Yang Family courtyard instantly became extremely silent. Zhou Tong, Huang Shi, Da Ji and others, who were about to continue persuading, froze directly in place, without knowing what to say for a while.
This time, this most advanced tester also automatically talked very intelligently.
"Heavenly Mama Elf's reminder: Dear tester, you are currently a 1st Tier Warrior martial artist, with a vitality value of 100 calories and a strength value of 1000kg. All indicators are in the peak state of the 1st Tier Warrior. As long as you practice steadily and persevere, you will soon break through to the 2nd Tier Warrior martial artist. The best way to eliminate the bottleneck is to face the bottleneck, keep fighting, and be brilliant!"
Sure enough, it was very advanced.
When the announcement was over, Yang Song shook his fist gently, feeling full of strength, becoming a martial artist, no, a cultivator, was so easy.
With one punch, he could hit 1000kg. If his memory was correct, the most powerful ordinary person in this world, Tyson, the man closest to being a martial artist, could only hit 800kg with one punch.
"Didn't I just say I became a martial artist? To be honest, the piece of meat I ate just now was really good, it tasted good, and I got hot after eating it. I have to thank the cook who made it sincerely."
Seeing the silence around him, Yang Song clapped his hands, his complexion radiant and blinding.
With this...
Huang Shi was stunned!
Zhou Tong was stunned!
Da Ji was stunned!
Yang Haodong and Yang Haonan's eyes almost jumped out!
Everyone had their mouths open, and if they hadn't seen it with their own eyes, they wouldn't believe it even if they were beaten to death!
It wasn't until more than ten seconds had passed before some people came back to their senses and sucked in cold air in their mouths.
"Grandpa... seems to have really become a martial artist?"
The first one to let out a voice was Yang Mei'er. She held a technique manual in her hands, blinked her eyes, and asked in a clear voice in the silent atmosphere.
Right after that, it was replaced by a loud noise like thunder descending from the ninth heaven!

What Was Lost Outside Time
What happens to a mind, subjected to an infinite span of time? What remains, when it is taken out again? This is the story of an individual reborn after such time has passed that nothing remains of what it was; an individual who must learn once again what it is to be, beginning with awareness of the idea of awareness, and growing from there; from awareness of self, to awareness of others, to awareness of society, and on. This is the story of a mind; growing, learning, adapting, and becoming more. -- Currently the first three chapters are - well, kind of experimental. I both like and hate these; they were a pain to write, and I'm told by at least one person that they're painful to get through, but I think something like them is necessary to set one of the basic ideas about the way the story is written. It gets slightly more normal after that, the first arc of the story is rather "battle school", and I think I may need to go back and edit it - the characterization didn't end up working out as well as I had originally hoped, unfortunately, and ended up rather weak to my eye. I may go back and add a sub-plot or two, depending on how well I can handle the intended perspective shift of the second arc. -- Currently on hiatus, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm debating between rewriting large portions of what I've already written, and just finishing out the story, but either way, I don't actually have a clear idea of what I want to do right now. If I'm still feeling the same way in a few months I'll put a chapter up explaining where the story was going, maybe, so the people who have enjoyed it can know where the story was intended to go, and close this out.
