After a few hours of discussion, teacher Marvin finally finished his discussion about the strategies they could use while in the Floating Mountain.
Since Floating Mountain was just an island, although a big one, a lot of strategies still can't be used. Such as any strategies that would end up decreasing the landmass of the Floating Mountain, or any sort of strategies that will push the opponent to the ocean of Shark Cemetery.
The first kind of strategies might sound smart, since using powerful Magic spells can definitely eliminate others easily compare to weak Magic spells, but it is also very stupid in a long run. Imagine, a Mage using the type of Magic spells powerful enough that it could decrease even a tiny bit of the Floating Mountain landmass every time the Magic spell was used. One or ten times might not be a big deal, but what if that Mage continued using such type of Magic spells for 6 days? In the end, the Shark Cemetery water would slowly occupy the once a part of the Floating Mountain land and hence allowing the Magical Beast Sharks to attack all the students.
Moreover, there would definitely be more Mages doing the same thing. Assuming that over half of the Mages were also using such type of Magic spells. In no time, the 150-200km landmass of the Floating Mountain would be destroyed within the span of 6 days.
And what then?
Just let Silver Mage Academy change into another area to hold such trial competition for the next time while the Floating Mountain was undergoing a repair? But would the repair be easily finished with numerous Magical Beast Sharks occupying the Floating Mountain after such destruction?
With such a perfect place to train, they would actually choose to destroy it just to win a mere trial competition! If that wasn't stupidity, then what would that be called then?
Also, a strategy that will push a student to the Shark Cemetery ocean is naturally not allowed, since every student were only going to the Floating Mountain to train themselves, hence anything related to endangering or killing a fellow student's life is forbidden.
In conclusion, the Mages needed to restrict themselves during the entire trial competition in order for this event to run smoothly.

"Quickly return to your homes and prepare yourselves! Meet back at Silver Mage Academy gate tonight." Teacher Marvin said, "Class dismiss!"
The moment teacher Marvin dismissed the class, Leo along with Alfred and Angel quickly went to Class 1S+.
Just like what they had expected, Class 1S+ was still a mess as soon as they arrived.
Those disgraceful bunch of students were still trying to cling to either the Mischievous Lion faction or Savage Foxes faction. Still hoping that they can ride on a dragon and easily soar high to the sky.
To be honest, Leo was once like that. A spoiled brat, since he was the youngest child and his parents and older brother always likes to spoil him about. However, the moment he lost them and was then forced by his Master Olivia to see the reality of his current life, he quickly abandoned such a disgraceful act.
"Always clinging to someone else to reach something, that's only the act of the weak and foolish people!"
Leo had already tried showing this bunch of disgraceful students their current reality too, just like what he once did to Cassandra. Although a lot milder, however, they still choose not to change. In fact, it was even obvious in their face that they don't have the slightest plan of changing. So, he doesn't have any choice anymore aside from giving up on them.
"Guys, let's go!" Leo quickly called out towards Cassandra and the others. He wants to leave this classroom as soon as possible before this bunch of disgraceful students destroys his mood once again.
Hearing Leo's call, Cassandra, Elizabeth, Veronica, Michael, and the other three quickly brought their stuff as they quickly walked out of the room.
Cassandra and the others were already used to this kind of routine where Leo will fetch them first before finally leaving. So, despite wanting to leave this classroom as soon as possible, they could only wait for Leo to arrive first before they could finally leave their classroom.
The disgraceful students could only stare to Leo, full of hate, as Cassandra and the others slowly left the Class 1S+ room one by one.
"Yow, Leo!" Carlos quickly called out with a wave of his hand.
"Sup, Carlos! Are you still waiting for Justine to arrive?" Leo turned around as he replied and asked.

"Nah, we will be in separate groups in this trial competition. So, I will be leading this bunch to prepare themselves, while Justine would also lead his fellow faction members." Carlos replied, "That's not why I called you out, though. Can we talk, just the two of us?"
Leo nodded his head as he and Carlos went to the corner of the room and began their talk.
"That's indeed a good idea, hahaha! Incase Justine schemes you guys since he could see your plan!" Leo said with a laugh. He then continued, "So, what do you want to discuss with me?"
"It's like this... Cassandra and the others are part of your Mischievous Lion faction, right? However, because of this trial competition, they would now be fighting as a part of Class 1S+. So, can you ask them if it's okay for them to become one of the leaders for this trial competition? I can actually ask them myself, but they hate those disgraceful bunch of students, hence I'm sure they won't easily agree..."
"So, you thought of me?" Leo said as he finally understood what Carlos wanted to say.
Due to this trial competition, the Mischievous Lion faction or any other faction with members from the other 1st-year class would now be separated until the end of the trial competition.
However, in the case of Class 1S+, there is obviously a very clear gap that separates the class into three groups. The members of the Mischievous Lion faction and Savage Foxes faction doesn't like this disgraceful bunch of students, and on the other hand, this disgraceful bunch of students obviously just wanted to leech off from this two factions.
Naturally, the two factions can't allow any leeches, since that basically meant they would be doing everything while these disgraceful bunch of students would only sit in a place and relax themselves until the end of the trial competition. So, in order to fix this problem, someone strong enough to control these leeches and make these groups of leeches fight should stand up.
Unfortunately, Carlos alone to lead the Class 1S+ wouldn't be enough to control this disgraceful bunch of students. He obviously needs Cassandra and the others help.
Carlos can go and ask them himself though, but maybe Leo wouldn't agree to that since he was part of Class 1S-, and hence he could basically remove the Class 1S+ from the trial competition if he forbid Cassandra and the others from helping the Class 1S+.
Although Carlos also knew that Leo isn't a narrow-minded person that will think of doing such a thing, he still wanted to ask for permission first as an act of courtesy and respect to Leo.
"Oh, that's what you wanted to ask..." Leo shook his head helplessly, "To be honest, I myself can't control them, too. If they want to help you, they will just do that with or without anyone asking them..."
Leo paused as he thought for a bit, "I'll tell them about it, but please don't expect that they will really help you, okay? But, I'm sure they will, since Elizabeth and Veronica seem to have been waiting for so long for a chance to beat me up, hahaha!"
Hearing Leo's assuring words, Carlos's eyes lit up brightly as he said, "Thank you very much, brother Leo! Don't worry, in this trial competition let's try to eliminate the other class first before fighting with each other!"
"Now that you mentioned that, how about let's form an alliance?" Leo suddenly asked.
Teacher Marvin didn't mention before that this trial competition forbid the forming of an alliance. So, if he could indeed form an alliance, that would then mean that the alliance between him and Carlos would be able to easily eliminate the other Class in the trial competition.
"That's great! No, that's more than great!" Carlos can't help but feel overjoyed, "How about let's talk more about this alliance tonight?"
"Okay!" Leo quickly agreed.
Carlos then bid farewell to Leo as he left Class 1S+ classroom along with his group.
Leo just smiled mischievously as he walked back towards Cassandra and the others.
"It seems like you're in a good mood after talking with Carlos!" Alfred suddenly said as he noticed Leo's mischievous smile on his face.
"I'll explain to you guys later!" Leo replied, "Let's leave this disgusting place first!"

Tur Briste
A Druid cultivation novel. Borrows concepts from Wuxia and Xianxia but using Druid myth and lore. More on this at the bottom. Crow is son of Maddox, a Druid with an ancient bloodline and a people with a story spanning toward the beginning of time. Cursed, unfated, and a heap of bad luck have brought him only pain and suffering, but nothing will stop him. Nothing can stop him. A son of Maddox doesn’t bow his head. A son of Maddox understands that only a man with roots, with something to lose, will fight until the last drop of blood leaves his body. The Draoidh were once a proud people. They were both respected and hated for their form of righteousness. Power wasn’t something they gained through the might of their arms, but through intelligence. Their fall was all the more disheartening for the weaker cultivators. The tens of thousands of years that followed… chaos reigned. They forced Draoidh until most fled to the lower realms, nearly wiped out and exhausted. They went into hiding and became known as the Druids of the Oak. The Druid Order wasn’t the powerhouse it had been, and only nine of the major clans survived the calamity. Their bloodline weakened, as well as their prestige. Even the remaining clans fought amongst each other. Already on the decline and near extinguished, the Maddox clan can only struggle for survival, but their foundation wasn’t a joke. Weakened, but not weak. The other clans will understand this difference soon enough. Tur Briste, the Shattered Tower, awaits Crow’s ascension. Reaching the upper realms is only the first step in reestablishing the Draoidh. The Druids of the Oak remembered every betrayal and grievance, and they’ll return to power and reclaim what once belonged to them. The upper realms may have forgotten, but the Druid Order has not. Please Note:1) This is harem story. There are only a few chapters with sex, and it’s not a focus of the story. I’ll only add graphic sex if I feel the story needs it, so not gratuitously. Either way, Crow has several women. This is in line with Druid/Celtic history, and harems/reverse harems were an accepted part of their culture. Further, they had open marriages, meaning the man or woman could end their marriage at any time. While it was still a patriarchy, women had almost equal power. They were a very progressive culture. 2) There is a period of a 30-50 chapters where Crow loses the ability to cultivate like a Druid so he adopts an eastern body cultivation method for a while. This is temporary, but some people feel it’s misleading, so I am pointing it out ahead of time. I promise, the Druid stuff comes back, and 90% of the lore/myths/creatures/gods are all related to Druid/Celt/Irish/Scottish history. 3) I use many original names, most of which are in Gaelic or Irish. In the story, I refer to this language as Ancient. I enjoy all kinds of folklore and myths, so I encourage you to google those original names as they arrive. I give some background on them at the end of the chapter in my author’s note. 4) I use Ogham runes a lot, these are like the Druid alphabet, and they based each rune on a sacred tree so they also have symbolism associated with them. Again, feel free to google that too. It’s pretty neat stuff. Quick Translations:Draoidh = DruidTur Briste = Shattered Tower or Broken Tower Release Schedule:As of Oct 1, 2021- 3 chapters released every Sunday (May have up to two bonus chapters)- Side character chapters… this might be bonus chapters I release through the week. So they won’t count toward the 3 chapters on Sunday.- Please understand I work full time, have two kids, and can’t spare as much time as I’d like toward my writing. Maybe in the future I can switch to doing this full time, but for now 3 chapters is a comfortable pace for me. Lastly… I very much appreciate all my readers and thank you for allowing me to entertain you!
