After playing the game for such a long time, players knew each and every one of their skills well. Because of the slow increase in a player’s speed attributes, every player would have come up with possible combinations of skills to maximise the damage and speed.

[Charge] and [Shield Bash] was one example of such combinations.

[Charge] and [Shield Bash] were both high judgement skills of a Guardian. In a situation where ten of them were fighting one person, a skill like [Charge] might be a little awkward because it was easy for the opponent to dodge. On the other hand, even though [Shield Bash] could knock someone giddy, the range of attack was too short and the execution of the skill would take too much time. In this manner, it became easy for the opponent to dodge it too.

Executing [Shield Bash] just when [Charge] was about to end made it a very practical combination to knock someone from far away.

Of course, one had to see who the opponent was.

Chiat was relatively more unfortunate because, with the growing influence of Black Dragon Guild, a player of his status wouldn’t see the need to PK other players during normal days. Just when Wang Yu was about to finish Chiat off, the Warrior following closely behind Chiat arrived next to Wang Yu. With a swing of his blade, he executed [Tornado Slash] towards Wang Yu while the attacks of the Archers and Magicians further away flew towards Wang Yu.

Wang Yu took one step back unhurriedly as he extended both arms to drag two figures out from the air. With a swing of both arms, two Assassins were tossed out by Wang Yu.

One of them died in mid-air after suffering the force of all the incoming arrows and magic attacks while the other crashed into the Warrior and was killed by his [Tornado Slash]. The Warrior also fell to the ground by the impact of the flying Assassin.

When the two Priests saw what happened, they quickly waved their staffs towards Chiat and the other Warrior to heal them. Wang Yu took one step forward as he flashed to arrive behind the two Priests. Simultaneously, he extended both arms and grabbed both their heads before pressing them onto the ground ferociously.

“Putong putong!”

The heads of these two Priests were pressed forcibly into the sand.

At this moment, the two Archers and Magicians regained their composure as they quickly turned their weapons to aim at Wang Yu again. Arrows and magic attacks flew towards Wang Yu once more.

Wang Yu did not dodge as he simply grabbed the two arrows in the air to throw it forward.

The majority of magic attacks of a Magician was non-directional. The moment they hit a physical object, it would be activated.

Presently, the two Icicles struck the two arrows.

The Icicle turned into two blue fog as the fear in the hearts of the Magicians and Archers, who were attacking Wang Yu, grew exponentially.

Magicians and Archers never had high HP so they were naturally never going to survive Wang Yu’s fatal strike.

Four more white lights flashed as all the long-range players were slaughtered by Wang Yu.

Yes, it was a one-man show.

The entire process from when Wang Yu threw the two Assassins out to when he killed the six long-range players only took three to four seconds. Chiat’s stun effect had just ended and when he stood back up, the only teammate he had left was a Warrior.

Chiat looked lost and dazed as he asked the Warrior beside him, “Where is everyone else? Did they all run away?”

The Warrior took one step back fearfully as he pointed at Wang Yu, who was walking over, “They… they were all killed by that man!”

Chiat was in complete disbelief as he replied, “Killed by him? How… there were eight…”

Before Chiat could complete his sentence, a long pole flashed across Chiat’s body.

“Duang!”

All he heard was a violent bang and Chiat turned around frantically to see his last teammate turning into white light too.
