《MMORPG: Martial Gamer》Chapter 1155. We Have Iron Bull

Because Fearless kicked Spring Halo out of the squad just before his self-explosion, Spring Halo was also killed by Fearless.
“Come back to the resurrection point!!”
When Ratty saw that Fearless had died, he gave his orders to the rest hurriedly.
At the same time, Ratty spread the news to the Thousand Waves Palace’s players hiding at the resurrection point. “Guard that place well for me! Do not ever let the Quan Zhen Sect gather together.”
Without Fearless and Spring Halo, the Quan Zhen Sect was without the people who put forward plans and ideas. How was it not the same for the Twelve Celestial Bodies?
Without Ratty, the other players from Twelve Celestial Bodies were not any different from the Quan Zhen Sect.
Now that Fearless killed himself to return to the resurrection point, everything Ratty planned earlier became worthless. It was still manageable if he managed to trap them individually at their own respective resurrection point. However, if they managed to gather back as a squad, even the full strength of the Twelve Celestial Bodies and the bunch of female players from Thousand Waves Palace were never going to hold them back.
Fortunately, the players from Thousand Waves Palace were well-disciplined even though they were of average strength. When Ming Du was killed, the players from Thousand Waves Palace surrounded the respective resurrection point.
Now that they received Ratty’s orders, everyone surrounded the resurrection point so tightly that even water couldn’t pass through.
Ratty also knew about how good the Quan Zhen Sect was in escaping from the roof. Therefore, he even deployed plenty of players from Thousand Waves Palace on the roof.
From afar, this was truly spectacular.
After being surrounded by so many players, the Quan Zhen Sect players would be shot down even if they could fly.
To be honest, it wouldn’t be very hard for the Quan Zhen Sect to escape the encirclement of a few hundred players. However, everyone was surrounded and trapped at their own respective resurrection point and the players surrounding them were not any weaker than experts from the Twelve Celestial Bodies. Therefore, only an Assassin who knew how to use [Earth Elemental Technique] like Darknorth Fisher would be able to escape. The others were completely trapped.

Looking at how Thousand Waves Palace set up, Fearless smiled faintly, “Wow! This Ratty really thought this through! To think he actually left some people here.”
“So what do we do now? Should we get Sanguine Alliance to help?” Presently, everyone also saw the encirclement of Thousand Waves Palace so they asked on the chat.
“There is no need for that yet.” Fearless shook his hands, “Once we get the Sanguine Alliance here, this incident will be blown up. We only need to get the local bully of Salat City to settle this small matter.”
Sanguine Alliance was a guild from Twilight City. If another guild from Twilight City came to kill others in their own main city, that would be a clear invasion. It wouldn’t take long for a city war to start.
Now that Wang Yu was not around and Salat City had an NPC as a City Lord, going to war might not be advantageous for the players from Twilight City.
It was fine if they died themselves but the key was that they were risking their social relationships with others… If tens of thousands of players from Sanguine Alliance died for you, it would reflect badly on them if they didn’t express any form of gratitude. After all, the Quan Zhen Sect was merely on an extremely good relationship with Sanguine Warflag. As for the rest of their players, they wouldn’t put their lives at stake for the Quan Zhen Sect.
Moreover, so what if Twilight City won? Twilight City were already considered independent and in the eyes of others, Twilight City was still a main city of the Light Faction…
If this escalated to become a faction war, things would have gotten out of hand.
“Local bully?” Spring Halo scratched his chin, “Salat City’s biggest guild seems to be Mystery Pavilion, are we going to spend money for them to help us?”
“Mystery Pavilion, ah…” Fearless thought for a while before saying, “Ratty is a smart kid who knew that he had to take care of Old Bull and us first if he wanted to deal with the Quan Zhen Sect. Therefore, he must have predicted our current predicament. We definitely cannot trust the guilds here in Salat City.”

“So who should we find?” Spring Halo questioned.
“The most dependable one!” Fearless laughed.
“Don’t tell me?” Hearing Fearless’ words, Spring Halo was slightly taken aback.
“That’s right!” Fearless replied, “Peerless Heaven!
“Since big bull isn’t around, let’s just find second bull. Given Wang Yu and Evil Rampage’s relationship, Peerless Heaven would definitely not be bribed by Feng Yun Realm. Furthermore, I’m pretty confident that Ratty will not be able to guess that Wang Yu had another invincible brother.”
Even biological brothers had to settle money properly. Since Quan Zhen Sect wanted Evil Rampage’s help, they were definitely willing to pay.
Since it was the same regardless of who earned the gold, they would rather keep the goodies within the family. Moreover, with Peerless Heaven here, Feng Yun Realm would definitely collapse at the first blow. At that time, given Quan Zhen Sect’s temper, they were definitely going to collect the money back from Feng Yun Realm.
Just when Fearless was about to contact Evil Rampage, Ratty brought a man and a woman to enter the shaman’s resurrection point ferociously.
Fearless and Spring Halo recognised the man as he was Ratty’s Boss, Feng Yun Realm. As for the short and fat child-like Shroom Devil King, the two of them were unfamiliar.
“Humph! Boss Fearless, we meet again.”
When Ratty saw that Fearless did not run away, Ratty heaved a sigh of relief as he looked provocatively at Fearless and asked, “Looking at this situation, can you tell me which one of us is the more skilled one?”
Fearless was speechless, “…”
This Ratty was indeed paranoid. To think he ran all the way here and was still harping on this question.
“What do you think?” Fearless replied.
“Haha!” Ratty sneered coldly, “We’ll have to see if you’re capable of getting out of this resurrection point.”
“That’s very clear! I can’t!” Fearless shook his head.
Now that Ratty came back too, the strength of the Twelve Celestial Bodies was once again leveled with the Quan Zhen Sect. Even if Fearless and the few others here could escape, what was the point?
Just Ratty and the other eleven of them were difficult enough to handle. Additionally, there were other players from Thousand Waves Palace too. Even if they could get out of this resurrection point, they were merely waiting to be killed.
Of course, this outcome was if the Quan Zhen Sect hadn’t called Peerless Heaven in to help.
“Haha!” Hearing Fearless’ reply, Ratty laughed and let out a satisfied expression.
At this point, Feng Yun Realm let out a wicked smile, “You bunch of rubbish better listen up! Don’t you say that I didn’t show the few of you mercy? As long as you return my equipment and the City Lord Seal, you can leave this place. If you choose not to, you can forget about leaving this place for the rest of your lives!”
“Oh?” Fearless furrowed his brows and asked, “We can leave once we return the equipment?”
Fearless was well aware of Feng Yun Realm’s character, if they returned his equipment, he would get even more unrestrained.
“Hmm!”
When Feng Yun Realm saw that Fearless saw through his scheme, his face turned black but chose not to answer.
Shortly after, Fearless continued, “Boss Feng Yun, our Quan Zhen Sect have already shown you mercy the previous time and you still dare to provoke us? Are you really not worried that we will seek revenge?”
“Haha!” At this time, Shroom Devil King who was beside Feng Yun Realm said, “You still want to argue at the brink of death? Revenge? Look at how you’re being surrounded by us Thousand Waves Palace? You’re going to die a thousand times so how dare you talk to us about revenge?”
“We have Iron Bull!” Fearless smiled casually.
“Iron Bull? Haha!” Shroom Devil King laughed, “Your Iron Bull has been banished by me! You’re waiting for him to rescue you? In your next life, maybe!”

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14
