《MMORPG: Martial Gamer》Chapter 863. For Martial Arts

Wang Yu knew martial artists were very prideful. He thought he did something wrong so he did not go up to help. He just quietly watched Liang Zhenyun push Li Jian aside and ignored everyone else while walking away.
Looking at the helpless Wang Yu, Li Jian said with a frown, “Brother Wang, this is not right. Come if you wish but why chase my coach away…”
“Brother Wang?” Just then Liang Zhenyun seemed to have realised something and turned around and asked Wang Yu, “Your surname is Wang?”
“Yes!” Wang Yu nodded.
“How is the widely respected Mr Wang Tianlong related to you?” Liang Zhenyun asked again.
“My father!”
Wang Yu said briefly.
Hearing what Wang Yu said, Liang Zhenyun’s expression turned bitter, “So you are that genius from the Wang family? You are the one that defeated my father 10 years ago?”
“Erm… Senior Liang saw that I was young and over-complimented me. Furthermore, he is of old age already which made it difficult to fight. How is senior Liang doing?” Wang Yu asked bashfully.
Back then, Wang Yu was extremely passionate and daring when he first began. He went around to challenge others and started with the Boxing and Samurai’s Kick families which were the closest to his… Thinking back, he was quite a rascal.
Liang Zhenyun sighed and said, “Aigh, my father passed away last year…”
Liang Zhenyun was only forty-odd years old and the Liang family who lived in the northwest of Linqing had the tradition to marry early so his father was only sixty-odd. It was not considered old in the martial arts world which knew how to stay healthy. Hence, it was surprising that he passed away so soon.
“We are not a well-off family. When my father practiced martial arts when he was young, he got an unknown disease but could not afford to heal it so… As for martial arts, I don’t intend to let my son practice it.” As he spoke, Liang Zhenyun’s eye turned watery.

Although Wang Yu was born into a prestigious family, he understood Liang Zhenyun’s situation as most martial arts families had the same issue… It was not that they did not want to hand it down but martial arts had no future. It was already difficult to stuff food into their mouths so who had the time to practice it? If it was not that life was tough, which martial artist wanted to lower their pride to be others’ gym coach?
Liang Zhenyun attacked Wang Yu because he suspected he was a conman who caused martial arts to have no future.
“Mr Liang, I know your martial arts is impressive. There is no need for you to do this,” Wang Yu persuaded Liang Zhenyun.
Li Jian was such a wealthy boss who love martial arts so he definitely not mistreat Liang Zhenyun. If a type of martial arts was lost because of him, Wang Yu would not be able to forgive himself.
Liang Zhenyun shook his head and said, “Sigh, at the end of the day, our [Samurai’s Kick] lost to your Wang family’s martial arts.”
“Mr Liang, then you are wrong.” Liang Zhenyun said that but Wang Yun said seriously, “There is no superiority in martial arts, it is just how we interpret it. If we divide martial arts into sects, we would be disadvantaged.”
“Why so?” Liang Zhenyun asked with a frown.
In the martial arts circle, there was great emphasis on sects so for Wang Yu to say this, it was revolutionary.
“Which family’s martial arts is perfect?” Wang Yu asked.
“Perfect?” Liang Zhenyun thought and said, “No martial arts is completely invisible!”
“That’s right. There are no perfect martial arts on earth. Only if we learn all martial arts, then we can keep becoming stronger.”
“This…”
Liang Zhenyun had always been sectarian-educated. This was the first time he heard someone said something so extreme. What made him more shocked was that he could not rebut Wang Yu’s words.

Wang Yu quickly added, “I know why you don’t want to teach but for yourself and the martial arts, please don’t leave.”
Liang Zhenyun took sectarian views very seriously and he did not want to teach either but in the face of his family’s poverty situation, he could not resist Li Jian’s attractive offer.
He wanted to leave because he was afraid of losing face in front of Wang Yu but was more because he did not want to teach an outsider his family’s martial arts.
Wang Yu’s words directly pressed Liang Zhenyun’s Achilles’ heel.
Sectarian views caused martial arts to disappear as if one could not find a disciple, he could teach his offspring…
Liang Zhenyun was stunned for a while then said with a sigh, “My life has never been normal since young but only today then I know that people call you a genius not only because you are from the Wang family.”
Seeing Liang Zhenyun waver, Li Jian quickly interrupted and said, “Mr Liang, we can discuss your remuneration again. As for your children, they can study here while you are working here and I will pay for all expenses.”
“This…” Liang Zhenyun looked at Wang Yu and Li Jian feeling very touched and said, “We don’t have to discuss my salary anymore. So long as Chairman Li can allow my kids to learn martial arts too, I am very content already.”
“Then brother Wang, I’ll bring you to the gym now.” Seeing how Liang Zhenyun decided to stay, Li Jian excitedly pulled Wang Yu away.
Wang Yu waved his hand in dismissal and said, “There is no need to anymore.”
“Oh? Why?” Li Jian asked puzzledly.
“Because of Mr Liang.” As Wang Yu spoke, he bowed towards Liang Zhenyun then bade Li Jian and Liang Zhenyun goodbye then left Tianyuan Fitness Centre with Mu Zixian.
On the way back, Mu Zixian suddenly said, “Hubby, you haven’t given your card to Chairman Li.”
“I left it on the counter.” Wang Yu smiled.
“Why didn’t you give it to him personally?” Mu Zixian questioned.
“Because he won’t take it…”
…
March’s weather was nice and sunny. Only the blooming willows made people worry for nothing. Wang Yu, who had just broken through a realm, was not bothered by these. After strolling the streets with Mu Zixian for an entire day, they went home at night.
The next day when Wang Yu entered the game, he was scolded by Quan Zhen Sect.
Not just the *ssholes like Fearless, even Yang Nuo and Ling Longmeng questioned him, “Old Bull, where did you and Sister Xian go yesterday? You guys said you were leaving for a while but never came back online.”
After Wang Yu was harassed by them, he said, “It is our couple business, what has it got to do with you, singletons?”
“F*ck, b*stard Bull, how dare you mock us!” After showing off, Wang Yu was drowned in Quan Zhen Sect’s saliva.
Only when Wang Yu put on his boxing gloves then everyone stopped the ruckus.
Fearless looked at Wang Yu who kept changing his weapon’s state then cleared his throat and said, “Everyone, be serious, we are talking business here.”
“Right, right, right, we are all serious people, we should talk about business.” Everyone still paid attention to Wang Yu’s weapon but quickly sat down.
Just then, a knock appeared on Quan Zhen Sect’s office door.
Fearless opened it and Captain Don’t Open Fire and Big Bear Deng Deng An brought a team of people in.
