When the players from Team Raptors saw this, they were all dumbfounded. Even War Is Peace did not expect this to be the final outcome.

War Is Peace proposed the battle plan based on the characteristics of the two classes of jobs. Nobody knew the difference in the jobs better than War Is Peace. If Gone With The Wind could make full use of their geographical location, he could even wipe out all five of the opposing team, let alone the not dangerous Spring Halo.

However, this was how unpredictable the competition could be. A job class that was not the most nimble and agile could actually dodge all the attacks of one of the most agile job classes. This was something nobody expected.

“Little Wind, you must have been too careless, right?” Powerful and Free was still in disbelief. The moment Gone With The Wind was transported out, Powerful and Free rushed over to question him.

The strength of Team Raptors was definitely one of the best in War God City. Even big guilds wouldn’t dare to offend them carefully. To be able to be ranked as the top 12 Raptors, Gone With The Wind was naturally not a weakling of any sorts. Even so, Gone With The Wind lost the match even when he had such an advantage. This was way too unbelievable for Powerful and Free to accept.

Gone With The Wind’s face turned pale as he replied, “Initially, I really didn’t think of him as a threat. However, I was really 120% serious when fighting him in the end… That fella is way too strong and I felt helpless throughout the battle.”

When Powerful and Free heard what Gone With The Wind said, he was slightly taken aback.

“That’s right, it isn’t because Little Wind is weak. That Spring Halo fella is simply too strong.” War Is Peace continued, “Not only was he able to track with the wind, every attack of his looks like it was well-calculated. Everything was within his control and even his fighting tempo was precise to within 0.1 seconds. There are not many players as strong as him in this job class presently.”

After saying that, War Is Peace turned his head to look at Fearless, who wasn’t very far away. “The more terrifying thing is that in Quan Zhen Sect, that person called Fearless seems to be just as strong as this Spring Halo. To think there are two of such capable players in a small guild like theirs… Now it doesn’t seem hard to understand how they managed to suppress Sanguine Alliance with just the few of them. The fourth person to fight for Team Raptors was a Priest called Impartial. A Priest was never going to be as strong as Spring Halo in a solo fight.

As Spring Halo’s hidden job was also a Priest, he knew everything that Impartial knew as a Priest. In fact, he even knew everything that Impartial didn’t know… The moment Impartial stepped into the arena, he was controlled by Spring Halo from the back.

Following which, Spring Halo attacked and controlled consecutively. Before Impartial could even see how Spring Halo looked like, he was turned into a ray of white light.

Yet another full HP kill… This time, everyone wasn’t as shocked as they were earlier. After all, it was recognised that a Priest was simply not made to fight.

The fifth match, Pugilist Unstoppable Iron Fist…

A Pugilist had always been treated as a rubbish job and a Shaman was considered to be the job that was most effective against Pugilist. Therefore, the outcome was imaginable.

Almost identical as before, everything Spring Halo did was to not give Unstoppable Iron Fist any chances. Unstoppable Iron Fist was only on the arena for less than 30 seconds and was sent back to his camp.

Following the system’s announcement, all the spectators outside started cheering again.

Full HP one against three! Such a situation would only happen when the opponents were too weak… Even in such circumstances, it was still not easy to kill three players while maintaining full HP.

Even so, who was Quan Zhen Sect’s opponent? Team Raptors! The number one battle team in War God City. Moreover, Quan Zhen Sect achieved their success even while being the away team and when the matchup of job classes was not in their favour.

If they hadn’t witnessed it personally, nobody would believe what just happened.

Even though everyone wasted quite some time watching the most boring fights during the first two matches, they couldn’t complain about the excitement they felt from the third match onwards.

Following which, it was the third round: Team PVP.

The second round A Murder Of Crows emerged victorious with a score of 13 vs 2. The total tally of points exceeded 25 so the winner was already decided.

The reason why the third round was not cancelled was not solely so that Team Raptors wouldn’t look so bad. It was also because there was still the repechage later on. Teams with the highest points but were eliminated could still go through the repechage PK to continue their journey in the competition.

Of course, the choice to compete or not was in the hands of Team Raptors.

When the system asked War Is Peace whether he wanted to continue with the third round, War Is Peace clicked ‘give up’ decisively.

The reason was simple. Team PVP emphasised a lot about player’s abilities, strategies as well as teamwork. From the earlier battles, it was clear that Quan Zhen Sect was superior to Team Raptors in terms of individual abilities. In terms of strategies, they surprised War Is Peace.

With the frightening Fearless and Spring Halo around, Team Raptors no longer had any motivation to fight.

Moreover, so what if they emerged victorious in the repechage match? Eventually, they would still need to meet this bunch of fellas. Instead of being embarrassed twice, they would rather back out of this awkward situation.

Quan Zhen Sect emerged victorious in the first preliminary round…

Team Raptors was still one of the better teams in the eyes of many ordinary players. Even though they lost to Quan Zhen Sect, they were still much better than most of the ordinary teams here.

The following matches were considered easy for Quan Zhen Sect. They won three times and came out on top in Group A as they successfully entered top 8.

Quan Zhen Sect also left a deep impression in the hearts of every player who watched them fight.

Being able to advance in their first attempt, everyone in Quan Zhen Sect was celebrating. Everyone was complimenting how impressive they were in their own channel chat. The only exception was Wang Yu who was silent throughout.

“Brother Bull, how many rounds did you win?” When Choba 345 saw that Wang Yu was not speaking, he asked.

Wang Yu replied, “Fearless is a sc*m! He didn’t even let me fight!”

Because they won the earlier two matches out of all three rounds… Whether it was the individual fight or King of Hill event, Wang Yu didn’t have his chance to fight. This made the fighting maniac frustrated.

“Ah…” Choba 345 was slightly taken back as he said with regrets, “What a pity! If Brother Bull is on, he will definitely be even more impressive right?”

“Of course!” Wang Yu complimented himself shamelessly before showing his fist to Fearless. “F*ck! If I don’t get to fight tomorrow, I will slaughter all of you!”

Fearless frowned and said, “Then we will all be dead…”

“What’s so hard about letting me fight once?” Wang Yu collapsed.

“Because the next three days are the group matches for group B, C and D. The quarter-finals is only three days later,” Fearless said.

“F*ck!” Wang Yu clenched his fist, “Then you must let me fight in our next match!”

“I’ll see how,” Fearless answered in a manner asking for a beating.
