“Flora Deity? I know of this person,” Spring Halo excitedly said after recognising the Flower Whisperer title of the Flora Deity.

“Tsk, do you think that you are the only one that can recognise her? Isn’t she the one that fell in love with the Seventh Apostle…” Everyone retorted in disdain.

The Flora Deity was a famous heroine in the storyline of the game. In the very first Abyssal invasion, she fell in love with the Seventh Apostle. However, as she was the designated successor of the Elven Queen, their love was meant to be a tragedy. Thus, both of them decided to elope from the war and live together. However, the Flora Deity changed her mind in the end, providing the Light Faction with a war machine, decimating the Abyssal army in one strike.

Because of that, the previous Seventh Apostle fell to his demise…

As the Flora Deity was once a fallen Elf and was no longer recognised by the Elven Tree, she chose to banish herself. When players in the game chose to join either the Light or Dark Faction, they would be forced to watch through the entire history of the storyline.

It was rather ironic if you thought about it. The Seventh Apostle was extremely sinister. However, in the end, it still got taken advantage of… The message at the end of the day was that love was a cruel and sinister thing to be possessed by. It could make one lose all of his/her common sense and become an idiot blinded by love.

Meanwhile, Wang Yu said in a blank face, “How come all of you know about it, yet I don’t?”

Fearless replied, “What Faction do you belong to?”

Whenever others joined a Faction, they would treat the decision and the entire ceremonial process seriously. When Wang Yu joined his Faction, he treated the entire process as a joke. Even he himself wasn’t sure what was going on most of the time.

Furthermore, who was the Flora Deity to give them orders? Why should they stop just because she said so? The players definitely aren’t dumb enough to listen to her.

With Fearless’ command, everyone didn’t stop attacking. On the contrary, the damage that they dished out increased.

“How dare you!” Seeing everyone ignoring her threats, the Flora Deity flew into action.

Following the delicate shout, the entire field turned into a sea of flowers and flowers started blooming everywhere, enveloping the entire area. The flower field protected the three guards, following which layers upon layers of flowers flew towards all of the players.

However, after thinking about it, such a strength would be reasonable for the Flora Deity, which was an ancient being that existed during the very first Abyssal Invasion. By the general rule of thumb that states that one grows stronger as one ages, such a powerful move should naturally be expected from the Flora Deity.

Seeing the countless number of flower petals descending upon him from the sky, Wang Yu executed a chain of punches and kicks, halting the petals’ momentum and causing them to fall to the ground.

“The petals can be countered!” Everyone’s mood lifted after seeing Wang Yu being able to break the momentum of the petals. They then picked up their weapons once more and started assaulting the incoming wave.

Even though the rest of them did not possess Wang Yu’s tight and precise martial arts, the petals were not moving at a very fast pace. Thus, everyone’s attacks were still effective and shortly after, more than half of the flower petals were struck to the ground.

After the first wave of rain of flowers, everyone miraculously survived the onslaught.

“Hmph! Stubborn creatures!” The Flora Deity coldly said, before promptly waving her hands around to cast another follow-up skill. The grass on the ground started to grow at a rapid pace and started to attack the players, seemingly as if they were venomous snakes.

“D*mn it! It’s another map wiping skill… Everyone run!”

Fearless shouted, before taking flight into the air. Spring Halo instantly changed into a cloud of black mist, promptly following behind. Ming Du teleported, instantly landing on the thorn of one of the flower stalks.

Ling Longmeng instinctively raised her bow to shoot an arrow at the flower stalk close to the one Ming Du was standing, creating an image of herself at that location. Following which, she swapped positions with it, promptly arriving by Ming Du’s side.

Seeing Ling Longmeng’s arrow flying towards him, Ming Du was trembling initially and almost fell off. He hurriedly used his staff to grab hold of the thorn of the flower stalk.

Wang Yu also instantly activated his Qing Gong. With a leap, he stepped onto the stalk of one of the flowers nearby, soaring into the air. Right at this moment, Wang Yu heard the voice of Vainglory below him shouting, “Uncle Bull, save me…”

Even though Quan Zhen Sect’s players all had their own method of escaping, the ones that were able to escape in this scenario were only these few players.

When Wang Yu heard it, his face instantly changed. He relaxed his left hand and let go of Yang Nuo… Thankfully, Yang Nuo had good reflexes, instinctively reaching out to grab hold of one of the nearby stalks and landing on it. Otherwise, if she wasn’t killed by the Flora Deity’s skill, she would have been flung to death by Wang Yu.
