In the quest settings of >, defeating the BOSS might not directly mean that the quest is completed. Sometimes, when the BOSS is defeated but the quest items were stolen, the quest would be counted as a failure.

Since Doak’s appearance, he had been seeking for the King of Beast Dijun’s head. Hence, if Doak manages to keep the King of Beast Dijun’s head, this mission would not be able to be completed.

The Resurrection Totem had more than a minute left. With it around, no matter how capable Fearless and the rest were, they would not be able to surpass the Dusk Magical Ape’s defence of unlimited resurrection. Doak’s advancing speed was not fast but was not slow too. He definitely could pick the head up before the Resurrection Totem’s effect ended.

“Damn it, Doak is coming. He must be here to snatch it!” Quan Zhen Sect also realised it as they saw how Doak disregarded everything else and headed towards them.

If he continued fighting with Wang Yu, even if he changed his state, he might not be able to defeat him. However, if Doak was just after the head, it might go both ways. The system’s setting is really despicable.

“Control him!” At the thought of this, everyone in Quan Zhen Sect sent control skills towards Doak in attempt to delay him. Assassins were slightly weaker than Pugilists. Even Crotch Lord could not live after being slashed, Frost Blade definitely could not. Frost Blade died instantly on the spot and turned into white light.

Seeing how Doak killed three people in a row, Quan Zhen Sect was shocked. They saw how Wang Yu tortured Doak a while ago and thought Doak was pretty mediocre. Now that they fought with Doak, they finally understood how capable a person Wang Yu was fighting with just now.

The first state was the most challenging one for players.

BOSS of elite level and higher were very intelligent and so, would not allow players to control them. Hence, when they released skills, they would find a target and attack accurately.

When the players were at the BOSS’ blind spot, if they did not attack the BOSS, the BOSS would not execute skills and so, the players’ difficulty level will increase significantly.

This was the toughest attribute of an intelligent BOSS and yet, Wang Yu was able to dig in this loophole.
