Just as Hidden Lurker was speaking, a familiar voice rang behind him.

He looked behind and turned pale instantly.

"How could it be?" he gasped, seeing that Wang Yu was smiling, his health had not dropped by a bit.

"I clearly hit you! Was it a clone? Impossible! I saw the white light!" he said in disbelief.

For a veteran like him, it was impossible to misjudge a strike, this confused him to the extreme.

Wang Yu smiled, "And you call yourself a mage, don't you know that flash's light is white as well?".

"…".

He had forgotten about Wang Yu's ability to use flash in his moment of excitement.

"So what?" he said as he pointed his staff at Little Meng with the sound of cackling lightning.

Hidden Lurker and Nian Liuyun had remained there for a long time. He knew that martial practitioners were not the most virtuous of people, if he killed her, there was still a chance that they would band together against Wang Yu.

"You evil b*stard!" Wang Yu cried, seeing that he still harboured ill intentions. He sent a wave of energy over.

Suddenly, a figure rushed over and stood in between the two, it was Nian Liuyun.

His palms turned to claws as he waved them at the energy wave Wang Yu had sent out, smashing it to smithereens.

"Wow! That's our God!" the crowd starting fawning over him excitedly.

"Your opponent is me!" Nian Liuyun stood in a fighting pose.

Wang Yu was stunned, not because he was able to break his energy wave, but because of his behaviour.

"You're still helping him?".

"Using these means to frame him, your ploys are too low handed!" Nian Liuyun snapped coldly.

He was a newcomer to the game, of course he didn't know or understand the things behind the gossip of the past. In addition to the filthy picture Hidden Lurker had painted of Wang Yu, it wasn't hard for Nian Liuyun to choose his side.

"You're brain dead! Are you sure you want to offend me?" Wang Yu snapped, shocked by Nian Liuyun's choice.

"He's my good friend. If you want to go against him, you'll have to go through me!".

"Alright, go with him then!" Wang Yu said as he threw a fist at him.

"It's finally starting, the fight between two pros!" the crowd widened their eyes.

Two Pugilist Masters that had sealed each other one after the other, but had never really truly fought. No one knew which one of them was stronger, it was a mystery. The fans had been begging for this fight for awhile now.

It was a pity that all the fans here were Nian Liuyun's, and they were extremely hyped up, naturally so given that he had just shattered Wang Yu's energy wave.

"Nice one!" A member of the crowd shouted, seeing that Nian Liuyun had attempted to grab Wang Yu with both of his hands upon seeing his fist.

Wang Yu smiled and cancelled his skill abruptly, casting a sweeping kick and thunder god's stomp, kicking Nian Liuyun's leg viciously with a thunderous kick.

By the time Nian Liuyun had cancelled his block, his lower body was already destabilized. Even the Sixth Apostle couldn't withstand this strike, Nian Liuyun stood no chance. He was sent flying by Wang Yu.

If not for his reaction time, Nian Liuyun would have been killed by that one kick.

"How could it be?".

The crowd gasped, seeing their god thrown across the street. Wasn't he in pole position to win this fight? How could the tides have turned so quickly?

"It has to be a coincidence…".

"It must be…".

The fans were not willing to believe what they had seen.

"Oh? You're not dead yet? You're not bad," Wang Yu said as he looked at Nian Liuyun. It was clear that he didn't know that the grasp skill could lower the damage taken by the user.

"Hmph!".

Nian Liuyun uttered before getting up and squatting down. His pair of hands were outstretched on the ground as he assumed his position and charged at Wang Yu.

"What kind of move is this?" Wang Yu wondered.

As he said this, Nian Liuyun suddenly sped up and knocked into him, grabbing his waist at the same time. With his body still in mid air, Nian Liuyun spun him around as Wang Yu felt an insurmountable force lift him up. In the next instant, he was lifted into the air and knocked into the ground viciously.

This was a special hereditary skill of the fighter.

"Phew…" Nian Liuyun's fans heaved a sigh of relief.

"Our god is the best indeed.".

"F*ck!".

Wang Yu couldn't escape the attack after being grabbed. The attack took nearly half of his HP. Following this, almost instantly, Nian Liuyun raised his leg in preparation to kick Wang Yu.

Wang Yu immediately released himself from the grasp of Nian Liuyun as he turned his body and flipped into the air, kicking Nian Liuyun in the chin in the process, knocking him airborne.

Wang Yu took the chance to regain his ground as he looked at the stunned Nian Liuyun, "Wow, this skill seems pretty decent. But if you think such a skill can beat me, you've clearly forgotten what your class is all about."
