They couldn't afford to have fewer people dealing with the BOSS. However, if they wanted to lure the crowd of monsters down the mountain in the first place, they couldn't afford to compromise on the numbers too. Therefore, choosing the people to stay at the peak became a problem.

If there were too few people left on top, they might not be able to kill the BOSS. If they left too many people on top, they might not be able to pull the aggro away. Therefore, the person staying at the peak had to a top expert among experts.

Naturally, Thunderlord Block could be considered as a top expert. However, after getting tricked by Fearless once, he instantly grew wary when Fearless suggested something like that.

Fearless continued, "We only need to leave three of us on top. An Archer to lure the BOSS, a Guardian to defend and a nimble expert who can do extreme damage."

Yang Nuo was the only Archer so there was no one else in for consideration. Ming Du could be the one to cause extreme damage but the word 'nimble' just wouldn't go well with him. The only other nimble person who could cause great damage was Wang Yu.

As for the choice of Guardians, Fearless looked at Crotch Lord and then Thunderlord Block before chuckling. "This time, Crotch Lord shall be up. Thunderlord cannot make it."

"Eee!" The massive eagle let out a devastating cry as it charged right towards the three of them on the ground.

Crotch Lord raised his shield to taunt the incoming Mounted Eagle Ape King.

However, this Mounted Eagle Ape King was an elite monster who wouldn't be taunted…
