《MMORPG: Martial Gamer》Chapter 431. Could He Be The Great God Of This Game?

Dusk Peak was a mountain extremely close to Dusk Plateau and Dusk Mountain Ranges. It was very close to Wang Yu's current location.
The monsters on Dusk Peak were usually very concentrated in one region. Without mentioning monsters which usually flock together like the Mad Dusk Wolves, even those who usually roam their separate ways were all moving closely together here. This was truly a peculiar sight.
Not too long ago, Wang Yu did pass by the Dusk Peak to take a look. Eventually, he gave up halfway after he could no longer stand the constant harassment of the monsters.
Lone Vagrant Guest was merely a level 25 Thief. Even a trained expert like Frost Blade's [Stealth] would be spotted by the sharp eyes of flying monsters like the Dusk Eagles. The only reason why Lone Vagrant Guest was able to navigate his way to the Dusk Plateau was because there weren't a lot of flying monsters there. If he were to try to do the same thing at the Dusk Peak, Wang Yu could guarantee that he would die very quickly.
Without much effort, Wang Yu and Lone Vagrant Guest arrived near the foot of the Dusk Peak. As he looked over at the crowd of monsters at the foot of the mountain, Lone Vagrant Guest's heart started beating rapidly in fear.
"F*ck me! What is going on here?"
In <>, the density of a ten metres radius area would only be three monsters. However, at the foot of the Dusk Peak, there were at least ten monsters in the same ten metres radius. This was three times more than the normal density. Lone Vagrant Guest had trained to level 25 and had been constantly travelling across maps. However, he had never seen a place with that many monsters in the same spot before.
As Lone Vagrant Guest spoke, he activated his [Stealth]. Even though he knew that his [Stealth] was useless in the eyes of the flying monsters, he still felt safer in his [Stealth] mode.
"This is nothing… The higher you climb, the greater the density of monsters. When you reach the halfway mark of the mountain, the number of monsters there...Tsk tsk." Wang Yu commented with some fear in his heart.

"You've gone up before?" Hearing the words of Wang Yu, Lone Vagrant Guest was slightly taken aback.
Ordinary players would rarely survive the encirclement of same level monsters. Those monsters at the foot of the mountain were all level 50 monsters. Moreover, the flying monsters were the hardest type of monsters to deal with. Even so, Wang Yu was actually able to navigate through these monsters to ascend the mountain? This level of strength seemed to be a little frightening.
"I've tried to climb it but only halfway. The number of monsters there was simply too much and they were so irritating."
"Surrounded and killed by the monsters?"
"No, I ran away…" Wang Yu replied.
"You're the true boss!" Lone Vagrant Guest exclaimed.
"Where is the back of the mountain?" Lone Vagrant Guest asked once more.
Wang Yu shook his head, "I have no idea too. Let's split up to look for it. Try your best to stay area from the monsters zone and do not get surrounded by them."
"En en." Lone Vagrant Guest nodded as the two of them split ways.
Very quickly, Wang Yu received news from Lone Vagrant Guest. "There is a small road here at 24561.32145. However, there are quite a few monsters here."
"Wait for me there and do not move…" Wang Yu headed off to Lone Vagrant Guest's coordinates the moment he received the message.
The location pointed out by Lone Vagrant Guest was an overhanging cliff. On the overhanging cliff, there was a narrow suspension bridge connecting the Dusk Plateau and the Dusk Peak.
On the other end of the suspension bridge, there was a narrow road linked to the back of the Dusk Peak.
Just as Wang Yu arrived at the suspension bridge, Lone Vagrant Guest was hiding behind a tree. Within a twenty metres radius of the suspension bridge, there were at least twenty big birds circling it.
Dusk God Eagle (Level 50)
HP: 10000
MP: 2000
Skill: Eagles soar in the sky, capable of swooping down at incredible speed.
Talent: Sharp Glance, capable of seeing through [Stealth]'s position.
Seeing Wang Yu walked over, Lone Vagrant Guest said to him, "I've thought of a good tactic."

Wang Yu was surprised, "What tactic?"
Lone Vagrant Guest replied, "You lure the monsters away while I cross the bridge…"
One had to compliment this kid's shrewdness. To think that he even knew how to lure the tiger from its domain in the mountains.
However, Wang Yu's replied with a face filled with disdain, "What kind of broken tactic is this…"
"Don't worry, I will still give you the money even if you die. Or do you want me to pass you the money first?" Lone Vagrant Guest thought that Wang Yu was worried about not getting paid after he died. Therefore, he hurried to reassure Wang Yu.
Wang Yu smiled, "I can just kill all these monsters. Why bother going through all the troubles to lure them?"
"Kill them? What kind of joke are you making?" Lone Vagrant Guest replied in an anxious tone. "There is over 20 level 50 monsters here."
It was true that Wang Yu did mention he managed to navigate through these monsters before. However, Lone Vagrant Guest was still slightly doubtful of his words. Without considering this, navigating through these monsters and killing his way through these monsters were two completely different scenarios.
"Haha." Wang Yu didn't explain as he simply laughed and walked over to the suspension bridge.
Lone Vagrant Guest was beyond shocked as he shouted, "F*ck! If you choose not to listen to me and die, I am not giving you any money…"
Just as Lone Vagrant Guest's words could be heard, Wang Yu had already walked to within the range of the Dusk God Eagles' aggro.
The moment Wang Yu walked into the range of the monsters, red exclamation marks appeared on the heads of over twenty Dusk God Eagles. In a matter of seconds, all of them flew towards Wang Yu.
"Bang!"
-2122
An afterimage exploded among the twenty Dusk God Eagles and all the surrounding Dusk God Eagles suffered a hit on their health. The stun effect of [Afterimage Explosion] also rooted all the Dusk God Eagles to the ground. At this moment, Wang Yu suddenly appeared from the air to execute his [Thunder God's Stomp].
-6214
The blue lightning resulted in a bunch of red numbers. In just a matter of a few seconds, four to five Dusk God Eagles were exterminated and a majority of the Dusk God Eagles left were all severely injured.
The injured Dusk God Eagles cried out desperately as they flapped their wings and flew into the sky.
Wang Yu was calm as he threw himself into the sky together with the Dusk God Eagles. While being in the air, Wang Yu executed his [Tornado Kick].
"Bang bang bang!"
The three consecutive kicks of his [Tornado Kick] killed the Dusk God Eagles which were in close proximity of Wang Yu. In fact, only three fortunate Dusk God Eagles managed to escape successfully.
While still in the air, Wang Yu drew out his [Fire Dragon's Pistol] and shot out three consecutive bullets. In less than ten seconds, all 20 Dusk God Eagles were killed by Wang Yu.
Lone Vagrant Guest, who witnessed everything from the start to end, was left speechless.
Lone Vagrant Guest might be a little weak as compared to Wang Yu. However, he was evidently not a weakling since he dared to come to a level 50 monsters zone while only being at level 25.
At the very least, he could still judge people's strength relatively well.
Out of the series of attacks executed by Wang Yu, the hardest one was definitely the very first one, [Afterimage Explosion].
Because [Stealth] mode wouldn't have any effect to the Dusk God Eagles, Wang Yu's [Afterimage Explosion]'s stealth shouldn't be able to fool the Dusk God Eagles too. Even so, Wang Yu's [Afterimage Explosion] was actually able to hit every Dusk God Eagle successfully.
The only possible explanation for this was that Wang Yu only activated his [Afterimage Explosion] at the very last minute before he was hit by the Dusk God Eagles. To escape the impact, Wang Yu jumped out of the way the moment he executed his skill.
Such incredible reflexes and insane confidence in his own abilities. Could he be the first generation of great gods of his job in this game?
Could he have spent 500 gold to hire a great god in this game to help him complete his quest?
At the thought of this, Lone Vagrant Guest suddenly felt as though he had struck it big this time.
