There were 8 different careers in Kailan.

The first ones were the careers of soldiers, knights, warriors, archers, magicians, and priests that have existed since the launch of Kailan.

And the three new types—the summoner, assassin, and warlock—after the update.

It was a basic fact that everyone who played Kailan would know.

Kailan’s career system, however, became more complex as the content was updated.

The beginning of the ‘Dual Class’.

When the concept of Devildom was first introduced, the ‘Half-devil’ was created; that allowed the system to have a play with both a devil class and a human class. And accordingly, a ‘Dual Class’ was created.

Half a year later, the fusion class concept was born.

The fusion class was a system that allowed users to possess two different careers, a new class with a mix of vocations.

However, unlike the Dual Class that most people possessed and had in common, the fusion class was quite rare.

The difficulty of obtaining the fusion class was quest related and getting that quest wasn’t that easy either.

Kailan’s career system was always updated with new content.

However, that didn’t mean that the content would be added with any specified standards.

There was one proposition that never changed; no matter how the vocational system was added, a user could only pick one out of the eight careers.

Not only the normal classes but also the hidden classes in all tiers—the dual classes and the fusion classes.

In the end, they all fell into the eight career categories.

So what was the concept of the ‘Unique Dual Class’ that Ian just got?

Summoner Knight, like the Taming Master, was a hidden class originally derived from the Summoner Class.

Because of that, the basic summoner skills were mostly termed as duplicates.

Of course, the basic skills of other summoners like ‘Bing’ which the Taming Master class couldn’t learn were created, but they weren’t exactly useful to Ian as of the moment.

Then what were the special skills that were unique to the Summoner Knight, and not the basic skills of summoner?

Useful skills were quite visible, but among them were three skills that made Ian’s heart pound.

-Summon Incarnation

The Summoner Knight can summon an alter ego with as much as 50% of his attack power.

The alter ego can use all the same skills of the Summoner Knight except for ‘Summon Incarnation’ that will disappear after 5 minutes.

* You can’t summon multiple of the same summons using your ego.

* The higher the level of the skill Summon Incarnation, the higher the attack power of the alter ego and the duration of the skill.

Each time the skill level of Summon Incarnation is increased by 5 levels, an additional ability to summon will be gained.

‘Ku, a self-replicating skill… I get envious to this kind of skills every time I see that Shakran old man.’

The Summoner Incarnation wasn’t a novel skill.

Some similar skills existed in other careers, such as the warrior class or the assassin class.

However, since its utilization was endless, it was obvious that the synergy other summoners would produce would be completely different.

‘An additional alter ego each time 5 levels were gained… I can shoot up to 10 levels quickly, so I can operate about three alter egos.’

Coincidentally, the Summoner Knight had another special skill that worked very well with this one.

-Vitality Weapon

The Summoner Knight can only infuse the weapon with Ego.

Each weapon is given an AI and can be used in combat even when not being worn.

As the skill level increases, the weapon’s AI improves and the maximum number of weapons that can be given a vitality will be increased.

* Each time the skill level of the Vitality Weapon is increased by 10, the number of weapons that can be healed will be increased by 1.

The first powerful three sword drift that Muran had shown when Ian first met him.

How exactly would the two skills synergize?

The Summoner Knight is the most powerful knight in harmony with the familiars.

The more summons a Summoner Knight has, the more powerful the Summoner Knight will become.

As the skill level and proficiency increases, the buff factors will increase as well.

* Increase all combat abilities by 3% per summoned summons.

* If you kill an enemy with a basic attack, all summoned summons will be healed by 5%.

* The leadership needed to summon all familiars is reduced by 25%.

The best passive skill that perfectly matched, ‘Harmonize’ was in the hand of Ian.

‘It is a true tier 4 hidden class and definitely matches the price.’

Ian had been a summoner for a long time, but his strength could be compared to that of a warrior class.

The skills that made that possible were the buff that was associated with ‘Selamus Warrior’.

Now that Ian had the best character buff skill called Harmonize, it was like giving wings to a raging tiger.
