《World of Experts 》Chapter 170: Su Wu’s Arrival

The expression of Soaring Through the Highest Heaven was a bit twisted. He also wondered whether he should ask it or not.
Shi Hao and Feng Tianhao could see through the thoughts of Soaring Through the Highest Heaven. However, they had no intention to reveal the secret of Soul of the Warrior to Soaring Through the Highest Heaven.
They had no other way. It was to avoid unknown accidents.
As the saying goes, one should never intend to do harm to others, but should always guard against the harm others might do to him.
After all, for now, Shi Hao and Feng Tianhao didn’t know much about Soaring Through the Highest Heaven, moreover, there were also other unknown players in Heavenly Kong Village. Therefore, it was absolutely impossible to reveal all secrets to him.
However, since Soaring Through the Highest Heaven had already noticed something, Shi Hao and Feng Tianhao had to give some reasonable explanations.
Otherwise, as a player, Soaring Through the Highest Heaven had higher autonomy. He was different from the NPCs under Shi Hao, who were subjected to strong constraints after the successful recruitment. As long as the NPCs weren’t the fellows like Lu Bu, they would almost never rebel.
In order to avoid awkward situations between them and Soaring Through the Highest Heaven, moreover, make things difficult to talk about serious matters in the future, Shi Hao explained: “Little Heaven, you should have noticed it. To be honest, that buff skill is mine…”
Shi Hao casually said some nonsense, making Soaring Through the Highest Heaven even more confused. And finally, Soaring Through the Highest Heaven also confirmed it. That skill was indeed a skill of Shake the Heaven. As for the specific effect and grade of the skill, he didn’t understand it.
Merely, in Soaring Through the Highest Heaven’s view, it was also strange. A fighter actually had such a skill. Although it was very powerful, a fighter just had a single skill slot. If other people grasped more skills later and used them together, this single buff effect might not be able to outdo them.

Soaring Through the Highest Heaven didn’t understand why Shake the Heaven willfully chose such a powerful skill as a fighter. Looking at the effect, it should be an A grade skill.
Shi Hao had no extra explanation for this. If he continued to explain, then could it be that he also needed to tell Soaring Through the Highest Heaven that he initially chose the fighter profession to join other people’s village, then get to mid-high-leveled position, and finally marry Su Xiao?
As for the SS grade Soul of the Warrior, there were just three SS grade skills in the entire server. He purely got it because of that special black helmet, and even more because of that inexplicable BUG.
To tell such a thing was purely courting death.
Therefore, Shi Hao would never say more.
Shi Hao had not even told the other party about the matter of his profession changing into Soul Warrior via the Light of Evolution. If he had told this matter, then Soaring Through the Highest Heaven wouldn’t have been so confused.
Like that, Soaring Through the Heaven would have naturally misunderstood, thinking Shake the Heaven had intentionally become Soul Fighter and learned assist-type buff skills.
Merely, the matter of Soul Fighter was also not much simpler than the matter of Soul of the Warrior. Even among the current members of Twin Dragons Village, only Feng Tianhao and Passionate Archer knew it. Shi Hao had told Feng Tianhao during the regular secret conversation.
As for Passionate Archer, he had seen it himself, it was impossible to not admit it.
However, Passionate Archer and Shi Hao had gone through trials and tribulations. Moreover, Passionate Archer was also just a solo player. There was no messy relationship behind him.
Therefore, Shi Hao was also very assured of Passionate Archer.
Now, Soaring Through the Highest Heaven didn't continue to ask more. He just gave himself a reasonable explanation: “You can’t understand God’s thoughts!”
Alas! Speaking about it, Soaring Through the Highest Heaven was truly a straightforward and good-natured person. Although he liked to act cool, he would never do messy things.

At this moment, Soaring Through the Highest Heaven suddenly wore his brown bear costume for some unknown reasons. His appearance was very suitable with his character.
Very proud, but also very kind and dignified.
The time passed… the sky seemed to dim gradually. And at that moment, outside Twin Dragons Village’s gate, an honored guest finally arrived, Su Family’s Martial God, Su Wu.
When Su Wu arrived at Twin Dragons Village’s gate, Wang Fu welcomed and brought him to Twin Dragons Village’s Council Hall. Su Wu was very happy. This high-standard treatment was something other players could hardly enjoy. His previous act of courting death was worthwhile.
Naturally, he also knew that Su Xiao’s contribution was not small for this.
After all, in this grand Twin Dragons Village, others’ movement was limited to the market, how could they enter the Twin Dragons Village’s Council Hall like Su Wu?
Suddenly, not long after Su Wu stepped into the Council Hall, a graceful fairy came. She looked very beautiful in pale-yellow clothing, which seemed to be dyed especially by the tailor shop. She happily greeted Su Wu: “Big Brother…”
This person was naturally Su Xiao, who had not yet completely recovered her memories.
Speaking of it, Su Xiao had always been the jewel in the palm of the Su Family. If it weren’t for Su Xiao’s persistence to get together with Shi Hao when growing up, Su Wu would have never gotten angry with Su Xiao. After Su Xiao lost the memories of Shi Hao, she naturally became a lot closer to Su Wu.
Su Wu was inwardly surprised: “This girl, since she got together with that bad boy Shi Hao, she hasn’t been so polite to me. Could it be that she took the wrong medicine or finally figured out my painstaking care? Shouldn’t…”
Shi Hao and Feng Tianhao could clearly see the confused look of Su Wu.
Shi Hao, however, said nothing. This matter was caused by Blowing Wind Left A Passion and his big brother should be the one to explain it.
Feng Tianhao understood in his heart and said: “Village Chief Su, you were killed last time…” Feng Tianhao took care of the previous matter first, then he led Su Wu to a hidden room and told the story of Su Xiao’s memories being sealed.
One had to say that, although Su Wu was shocked to hear Blowing Wind Left A Scar’s words, he had to believe it.
Su Wu was stunned for a while.
First, Su Wu quickly understood the importance of this game. Although he had heard some rumors before, he had never known it so clearly. Now, Su Wu would pay more attention to this game in the future, striving to strengthen himself to become a superman.
Second, no matter how disobedient Su Xiao was before, she was his biological younger sister in any case. He was worried about Su Xiao suffering any permanent injuries due to this. Fortunately, with the guarantee of Blowing Wind Left A Scar, Su Wu believed that his younger sister wouldn’t have any side effects. As for the memories that Su Xiao had forgotten, only the matters of Shi Hao were sealed, everything else was fine. Otherwise, Su Xiao wouldn’t have been so obedient like that.
Thinking about it, wasn’t this good? For Su Wu, the matter of Su Xiao forgetting Shi Hao was good news. Nothing else was more important than this.
Su Wu came back to his senses and a weird smile appeared on his face as he thought: “It’s fine! Since this is the case, I’m relieved. As for those useless memories, lose then lose.”
Feng Tianhao also guessed what Su Wu was thinking, but he was not surprised at all.
In Su Wu’s eyes, the current expression of Blowing Wind Left A Scar was more and more pleasing.
After all, Blowing Wind Left A Scar’s younger brother, Blowing Wind Left A Passion liked Su Xiao. And now that Su Xiao had forgotten her ex-boyfriend, wasn’t that a great thing?
Thinking this, Su Wu laughed, and seeing this, Feng Tianhao also smiled meaningfully…

Trailblazer
The story of a man who accidentally wrote another world into existence. Everyone breaks away from their mundane daily life in one way or another. Our protagonist, an unfortunate consequence of circumstance, being no different, often escaped the harsh reality of life by writing stories of an alternate world of swords and magic. Though he recognized the difference between reality and fantasy, he could've never imagined what would happen, when the line between the two blurred as lightning struck down from the skies, and his escapism fantasy became all too real... After he came to, he would soon learn that things in the other world aren't quite as he remembered them to be. The world he wrote of had become but a shadow of its former self. Albeit hesitant at first, he sets off on a quest to find out the secrets behind the Trails, yet even then, he can't help but wonder... Can he really bring his world back to its old glory? —————————— I have never written a story before in my life and now I'm doing so in a language I don't natively speak. Groundbreaking quality is probably not something to be expected, but I do my best to keep things readable. With the necessities out of the way, both constructive criticism and other suggestions are very much welcome, and I'll do my best to take them into account when writing future chapters.

First conceptualized and written some 23 years ago. Only until last year that I did some improvisations and improvements to what I had kept in the dusty corner of my room all these while. This story sees the light of the day because I challenged myself, that's all. 2. English is the 6th language that I speak. And in RRL, I'm using British English mostly to write my story. 3. Easier said than done. Rather than subjecting me to subjective comments/reviews about the language, point it out and suggest an alternative. One or two would do just fine. It goes a long way. After the End: Serenity
We all want to believe we are heroes of our own story - unless we want to be the villain, of course. At the end of everything, the Final Reaper decided he hadn’t been a hero. Driven by a desire to right the wrongs he was subjected to, he killed everyone who wronged him or his people - which turned out to be everyone that wasn’t killed by someone else first. He'd won - but it was a hollow victory. Eventually, Order’s Voice found a way out. If the only existing being would agree to give up most of his power, the Voice could reset the multiverse to an earlier time with a few minor changes. Of course, the Voice couldn't ask it that way. It could only ask if the Final Reaper was willing to start over from when Earth was first brought into Order. It was an easy decision, and yet it wasn’t. Was he willing to go through eons of pain again to not be alone? Yes. In a heartbeat. Not that his heart beat anymore. Now it would. Perhaps he could even be a hero, this time. When he landed in his old body - more or less - on Earth, the Final Reaper once again became Thomas. He was both and neither. He needed a new name for a new life. Serenity. ------------------------------------------ While this is technically a System Apocalypse story, it's a System Apocalypse that is designed to have a large percentage of the population survive and prosper. There are a lot of problems that come with the appearance of the Voice, and it's entirely possible to lose. Earth has some special opportunities, but also special challenges. The first time around, Earth won the first round and lost the second. Serenity has ten years from when the Voice arrives to prevent that from happening. It will be a group effort; Serenity can't win alone - which is difficult for someone who's been alone for as long as he has. Of course, that's only his second priority. ------------------------------------------- Updates Daily A note on the nonhuman lead tag: He isn't human, and hasn't been human for a very, very long time (or maybe not long at all, depending on how you count it). He still thinks of himself as human, either way. The content warnings are mostly to give me room to write; this fiction is not intended to be edgy, but once in a while a character will swear or someone will get seriously injured. The cover image is a Chandra/Hubble composite image of VV 340 / Arp 302 / UGC 9618. While we're not going to space itself any time soon in the story, people from elsewhere are coming to Earth and Serenity will visit other planets. Plus, I like space imagery.
