《World of Experts 》Chapter 130: Power Awakening

“Hahahaha! Admiral Pan Feng, I’m such a kind person. I’m giving you a painless death.” Wu Batian clapped his hand: “Guard, bring my good thing over.”
Soon, a trusted aide of Wu Batian placed a small bottle on Wu Batian’s hand. It was a green bottle and it was not very big. Perhaps, it could only hold 50ml of liquid. The liquid inside it was also green in color. It was so green that it would make people alarmed. At a glance, anyone could see that it was not good medicine.
Wu Batian smiled and said: “Alas! My Admiral Pan Feng, come on, drink this.” Wu Batian couldn’t help sniffing the ‘wonderful fragrance’ of that green liquid, and he seemed to be charmed and intoxicated. It was a good thing made in his level 2 Hospital. It was a kind of highly toxic medicine, called Bamboo Green Liqueur.
However, speaking about it, Bamboo Green Liqueur was also not a high-grade medication. It was just a kind of the most basic poisons in > game. This poison had a strong, unpleasant smell, and its color was also obvious. At a first glance, even a fool would know that it was poison. If one wanted to cheat other people to drink it, then it might be… very difficult. However, once you truly drank it, then you would suffer a poison debuff for 50 seconds, losing 2 HP per second (Wu Batian was using a tier two Bamboo Green Liqueur). In such a situation, even a level 20 fighter, who had no special life bonuses, would die. Not to mention, Pan Feng was a knight and was just level 16.
At this moment, the dazed Pan Feng opened his eyes. There seemed to be something missing in his eyes and gained something else. Upon a careful look, he was no longer as arrogant and condescending as before. Although his gaze still revealed his foolishness, he seemed to be calmer and looked honest and simple.

Pan Feng nodded calmly and said: “Okay! This time, it’s my fault. I deserve to be punished. I can’t blame others.” Pan Feng opened his mouth, waiting for Heroic Overlord Under Heaven to feed the poison by himself. He was not struggling, which was very different from his usual style.
Wu Batian was surprised when he saw this! In his view, Pan Feng should be resisting fiercely. When did Pan Feng start to obey him like this? Could it be that Pan Feng was intentionally acting like this? Impossible! It was absolutely impossible for him to act so skillfully. Wasn’t Pan Feng loyal to Absolutely Godless? That also didn’t make sense. If he was Absolutely Godless’s person, then he would never wait to die so obediently. This was truly strange! Unless…
Wu Batian pondered for a long time, and suddenly, he asked: “Pan Feng, you…, did you hit your head in the battle just now?” Yes, there must be a problem with Pan Feng’s head. This question of Wu Batian truly hit the point!
Pan Feng just smiled honestly. His eyes were still dim, but there was a hint of light. The dimness without light and the dimness with light were completely different. The dimness without light meant still alive but the will had already died, but the dimness with light meant the person was dying but he still had the will to live. However, what caused Pan Feng to change like this?
In fact, it was very simple! In a sentence, Pan Feng had awakened.
Awakening! In >, the abilities of historical NPCs were not completely released from the beginning. Their personalities and skills would undergo some subtle changes with the growth and accumulation of experience in life. When these changes gradually accumulate to a certain extent, and the person was stimulated by specific events, quantitative changes would transform into qualitative changes. At that moment, they would awaken!
After awakening, the character and skills set of the historical NPCs would undergo certain changes (pseudo-historical NPCs could also awaken, but the conditions for awakening vary from person to person).

This time, Pan Feng underwent ups and downs of life and death, which finally stimulated him to awaken. It was precisely because of this awakening, Pan Feng’s character had become somewhat simple and honest. Even his skill had become stronger!
[Skill Name: Admiral Pan Feng]
[Skill Grade: historical NPC’s skill, no grade classification]
[Skill Type: Active, 15 MP]
[Weapon Restriction: Melee]
[Current Rank and Mastery: Level 2, 395/400]
[Skill Effect: +12 attack and +1 agility for 10 minutes, (true*) the first attack after this skill is activated will trigger a critical-hit.]
Compared to before, Admiral Pan Feng skill had one more effect to trigger a critical-hit for the first strike. With this kind of effect, Pan Feng could raise the momentum with one attack when charging into the enemy troops. As long as he didn’t run into too strong opponents, he would be able to forcibly tear the other side’s formation. Moreover, if Pan Feng had this ability today when fighting against Feng Tianhao, then he might have forcibly defeated Feng Tianhao relying on the might of this critical hit. After all, regardless of how good your spear techniques were, as long as the power was strong enough, power could break through any technique. A critical hit was broken like that! Unless under an exceptional case, it was very difficult to dodge or block critical hits! This was the system setting.
Pan Feng replied to Wu Batian: “I’m no longer the same me of before! I have already awakened.” In the end, Pan Feng still opened his mouth and raised his head, waiting for Wu Batian to end his life. Although he was going to die just after awakening, which was a very tragic thing, it was also enough that he had awakened. At least, his life had such a memorable period of awakening.
However, a long time passed without Wu Batian making a move because he had already understood! Now, Pan Feng obeyed him. As for Pan Feng’s awakening, he was also eager to learn about it from Pan Feng’s mouth!
Wu Batian yelled in a heroic manner: “General Pan, everyone makes mistakes, but being able to recognize one’s mistake and change is the greatest thing. You have already awakened! Very good.” Wu Batian personally untied Pan Feng and said: “Since you are no longer you of before, your past mistakes are written off. In the future, my world will depend on General Pan’s blade! I hope General Pan will not disappoint me.”
Pan Feng was greatly moved and nodded with sincerity. He then explained the matter of awakening to Wu Batian in detail. One had to say that Wu Batian was very satisfied with the awakening! In addition, Pan Feng also mentioned a very important thing! It was a matter related to war tigers.
Needless to say, Absolutely Godless had supplied the war tigers. However, if anyone wanted Absolutely Godless to give a war tiger to use, then he must swear a heavy oath to the system. Within the > game, he had to unconditionally obey any instructions from Absolutely Godless! In other words, all people who used war tigers were the death soldiers for Absolutely Godless. They could never betray Absolutely Godless. However, Pan Feng rejected Absolutely Godless because of his arrogance before, and he never used a war tiger. Even in the battle against Blowing Wind Left A Scar, he used a war horse!
Pan Feng was arrogant before, so he didn’t want to mention the situation between him and Absolutely Godless before. Therefore, he never told anything to Wu Batian. But now, he had no reason to not say it.

Coeus?
Author's Comment: I was asked about reading my work on other sites. The answer is simple: Currently I am not active in any other networks than royalroadl.com. Only here, I correct mistakes and errors. If you read it anywhere else and have to pay for it, or have to deal with an annoying amount of advertisement, You Are Being Betrayed. You would do good if you make other people in that network aware of it. This is a free project of mine for the purpose of having fun. And if people try to make money with it you shouldn't bother visiting their website. The only one whom I actually allowed to have my work on his website is Armaell who invested the time to compile them into pdf. (http://armaell-library.net/author/andur) ——————————————————————————————— Reading Order of the Multiverse-Books ——————————————————————————————— About a boy who isn’t quite normal and doesn’t see himself as a human being, but is taught differently as he finds out about the world's secrets. Though not everyone is happy about his existence. This is inteded to evolve into a full blown space opera with elements of magic thrown into it. ——————————————————————————————— The OneShot goes FullStory. Trying to go a little more SciFi and alternate reality this time. I am not entirely sure how this fiction will turn out. And I am not sure on the tags either. They may change. Bear with it. As always, how chapters turn out is up to my mood.

I am trying to learn English better but since I don't have enough money for books, courses or tutors, so your criticism and support will have to do. This is my first time, so please be gentle. The Hunt
Cecily's blade swung, hitting its mark as always. The man's arm fell to the cold grass of the prison with a familiar thud. He let out a blood curdling scream. A warning to the rest. Stay away, the Hunter is here. That's the name they'd given her, the Hunter. After she cut off the man who tried to rape hers masculinity, they stayed away. She'd made it clear anyone who tried to touch her would be hunted and slaughtered. Cecily kneeled down, pushing the man's face into the dirt so she could use his back as a seat while she trifled through his belongings. "You're hurting my ears," she told him, no remorse in her voice. "Quiet down before I really do kill you."The man but his lip, well aware that she wasn't lying. Sobs shook him, making for an uncomfortable seat. She, however, didn't particularly feel the beed to kill him. It happened, not often, but it did. "Oh, hush up," she hissed, taking out a bag of rations with her metal hand, "it doesn't hurt that bad."With her good, human hand, she dropped the plastic bag of food into her own bag. She pushed up, off the man back. As she was about to walk away, bag slung over her shoulder, brushing against her autumn colored braid, she turned back to him. "Consider yourself lucky," she said, no hatred in her voice, there never was. "Consider yourself lucky that you didn't do anything stupid. And even luckier if one of the scum bagged criminals in here feel a little light in their hearts and help you. Consider yourself luckier if you die there."With that, her old black and white Nike sneakers carried her off into the brush of the huge prison.
