《Glory e-sports》Chapter 194.2: Bai Cai: I hate you bold and fearless people the most!

The commentators certainly wouldn’t say that there was a problem with FTW. They only focused on praising the winning team.
Competitions where there were ups and downs were more lively. 3U wasn’t a weak team, and especially when it came to Cong Yi’s elemental shaman, it was really a hero that was worth being sent into the ban position.
Chen Feng came up on stage and glanced at the three little ones.
Ning Zhehan was a little flustered, but this brat’s moods came and went quickly. Wei Xiao would be able to get his spirits back up with just a few playful words.
Although Yue Wenle had been ganked throughout the whole game, there was no problem with his mental state. He was eagerly looking forward to the start of the next game.
But Bai Cai…
Chen Feng shifted his gaze away and stared at Wei Xiao’s computer screen. “Have Brother Cai follow you in the next game?”
Wei Xiao tilted his head to look at Bai Cai. “Brother Cai?”
Bai Cai’s tensely strung heart relaxed a little bit, and he was just about to speak…
Wei Xiao: “Brother Cai says that he doesn’t want to follow me.”
Bai Cai: “???”
Chen Feng: “Okay.”
Bai Cai: “???”
Yue Wenle: “I want to use the frost hunter in this game.”
Chen Feng: “Brother Cai will use the elemental shaman, then.”
Bai Cai: “???”
Wei Xiao: “Okay. That’ll also free up a ban position. Caicai, you can do it!”
Bai Cai: “………….” I can do your daddy!
What did it mean to catch the white cabbage and put it up on the shelf? They’d be live broadcasting it now for everyone.
The third match began.
Both sides had already played for an hour and a half, and the score was even.
No matter who won this game, it would be the match point.
Would it be FTW who preemptively took two points, or would 3U snatch up the advantage from behind? It all depended on this game!
The BP ended. Both sides had traded support heroes.
Because FTW had first pick, they’d locked in the elemental shaman directly, while Cong Yi took the holy priest that Bai Cai had used in the previous game.
Wei Xiao took the blood thief, and Lu Feng locked in the blood warrior.
The audience couldn’t help but scream shrilly when they saw these two choices.
Neither the blood thief nor the blood warrior were strong heroes in the current version of the game, but there was a small easter egg that could be triggered when both talents were used at the same time.
In the backstory for the talents, the blood thief had been reborn again because of the blood warrior, so they had a linked skill––life sharing.
Of course, the symbolism of this small skill was greater than its actual usefulness. This skill could only be used when both sides’ health was greater than 60%, and it had to be used during a non-combat state.
It was a little link that didn’t break the balance of the game, but it left the audience with a mouth full of sugar.
“I don’t care, even if FTW loses this game, I’ve still managed to enjoy my ship!”
“F*ck, fellow sister upstairs, we want to enjoy pure sugar. Don’t insert blades into it on your own!”

“Sugar has to be enjoyed, and the competition has to be won. Go, go, go FTW!”
Wei Xiao couldn’t help running his mouth, “My lord, I have been waiting for you.”
This was what the blood raven thief said to the blood warrior prior to his death in the game’s backstory film.
The three little ones felt their goosebumps jump straight out, and they shivered instantly.
Lu Feng: “……”
Wei Xiao tilted his head to look at him. “My lord?”
Lu Feng: “Shut up.”
Wei Xiao laughed cheekily, then spoke through time and space to Glory’s Mic Explosion King again, “Don’t broadcast the segment where my general told me to shut up!”
It would be strange if it wasn’t broadcast, you little lunatic with all your plays!
The third game of a BO5 would start to test the overall quality of the professional players.
In the first game, players were in their most relaxed state. They might win with a bang or lose the game with their overconfidence.
The second game was still alright, because the first game acted as a warm-up. This was usually the most splendid game in the BO5, where both sides would fight desperately in a way where either I live or you die.
But once it reached the third match, the high level of concentration and focus that had lasted for an hour and a half would weaken, and the players’ feelings about the competition would become complicated. Their emotions might get heavier, and they might start to lose their sense of self or even feel depressed.
FTW’s side was pretty good, but 3U’s side was feeling some slight fatigue.
This couldn’t be judged based on how they’d won the second game. They hadn’t felt any less pressure on their minds.
Wen Wei, who’d struggled with all his might to suppress Yue Wenle, now felt a little flustered…
Pressuring the mid and bottom lanes was 3U’s magic weapon that they used to limit Close. Once this magic weapon failed, the situation would become difficult.
In this game, Asleep and Cong Yi remained together. One stood in front, with one following behind tightly.
Wei Xiao was still on his own, while Brother Cai followed behind Yue Wenle’s figure.
The commentators: “We rarely see Brother Cai’s elemental shaman.”
“He only took it for one game in the previous season, but he played it really well.”
“Brother Cai’s support position has always been very stable. Last year, he followed Close and fought from the South to the North, showing quite a few brilliant plays.”
“I heard that Quiet and Bai Cai are old partners, but we didn’t see them cooperate together today.”
“It’s said that they’re old partners, but that’s from their youth training camp days. When it comes to cooperation, Bai Cai and Yue Wenle have been together for a bit longer.”
“That’s true…”
The commentators only spoke about the surface situation and were very polite, but the fans understood the implications.
“What’s with this! The grandmaster is Cacai’s soul, okay!”
“The commentators have gotten too unrestrained with their boasting. Brother Cai’s support is very stable? That’s a zen type salted fish support who is afraid of making mistakes!”
“Seriously speaking, during this regular season, I only started noticing Brother Cai’s existence after he went off with Quiet…”

“FTW’s a little off target. Wei Xiao’s obviously a jungler core, and Bai Cai’s particularly sticky towards him. Does tearing these two apart even make sense?”
They would understand very soon: It made sense.
The aggrieved feeling carried over from the previous game to the current game. Yue Wenle’s frost hunter acted inhuman right from the start of the game, taking advantage of the time when Asleep was clearing out the jungle to suppress Wen Wei like crazy.
Wen Wei was really miserable. He was very aggrieved about having to fight one against two, and he even had to encounter Yue Wenle’s ‘bullying’.
He lost two lane soldiers in a row and couldn’t hold back anymore. “Yue Wenle’s lost all reason, come and get him!”
Cong Yi: “Right away.”
It wasn’t only Wen Wei who felt this way. The commentators, the audience, and even Bai Cai thought so.
Damn it…
Brother Cai was about to go crazy from creating totems in order to protect Yue Wenle.
Wei Xiao provided them with vision. “Asleep’s heading over.”
Bai Cai’s heart leapt up. He was just about to suggest that Yue Wenle come back to his senses, but unexpectedly, the frost hunter moved extremely quickly, shooting out an ice arrow to decrease his opponent’s speed even as he pulled away from Asleep in the blink of an eye.
Wei Xiao saw this series of moves through the minimap. “Beautiful!”
Brother Cai was stunned for a brief moment before the attack totem in his hands arrived at Yue Wenle’s side in the nick of time.
Yue Wenle was calm and quiet even as his ice arrows whizzed over towards Asleep’s body.
Cong Yi healed Asleep, pulling the health he’d lost back up again.
The frost hunter didn’t deal enough damage in the early stages. Even if there was an attack speed increase, it was still difficult for him to cause substantial damage to Asleep, let alone when there was a godly healer like Cong Yi beside Brother Sleep.
In this first wave of ganking, it looked as though neither FTW and 3U had made any mistakes, but on a deeper level, FTW had earned the advantage!
Yue Wenle didn’t need to kill Asleep. What he needed to do was to interrupt his attacks.
The thief needed to kill his target first whenever he attacked. If he wasn’t able to suppress Yue Wenle right at the start, then it would be difficult for him to continue his pursuit, especially when Yue Wenle wasn’t on his own.
Asleep and Cong Yi retreated, and Yue Wenle continued to suppress Wen Wei, causing a small crack in 3U’s rhythm.
Wei Xiao ordered Little Ning, “Try your best to stay beneath the tower.”
Ning Zhehan nodded hard. “Yes!”
Wei Xiao went to the top lane and cooperated with Lu Feng to kill Xuan Long again.
Xuan Long was already very zen in this game. He shouted after sending out three First Bloods in a row, “Brother Long is sacrificed to the heavens for endless power. Screw their daddies, 3U!”
What else could they do?
They could only find a way to honor his sacrifice, feeling a wave of heartache for Student Xuan Long who was hugging and crying for himself.
Unfortunately, Asleep and Cong Yi had no way to be as arrogant as they’d been in their previous game.
Six minutes later, Asleep was able to gank Yue Wenle and kill him.
However, from ten minutes onwards, Asleep realized what a terrifying experience it was to be dominated by the ice arrows.
The frost hunter was one of Yue Wenle’s famous heroes. His understanding of its ultimate move was too strong, and his ice arrows never missed.
When it went out the first time, Asleep was locked in place.
When it went out the second time, Asleep was locked in place again.
When it went out the third time, Asleep was locked in place…again.
The audience was shocked. “This accuracy is too exaggerated.”
“It’s like Yue Wenle’s put a positioning device on Asleep’s body!”
“These ice arrows… they’re enough to put anyone into seclusion!”
The commentators’ eyes were sharper. “Everyone should pay attention to Quiet’s positioning.”
“The vision that Quiet’s providing is too accurate.”
“Can blood thieves be played like this?”
“They can! The blood raven thief has very high endurance because of its blood sucking mechanism. He doesn’t need to go back to the base at all and can really move around freely.”
“So, you mean that Quiet figures out where Asleep is, so that Yue Wenle can shoot out his ice arrows so accurately?”
“That’s exactly it!”
“This cooperation… they’ve definitely practiced for a long time.”
In fact, they hadn’t practiced for that long. At least when it came to Yue Wenle, he hadn’t wasted much time on this.
Wei Xiao always gave him the right vision and had an accurate grasp on his skill cooldown time. He could mark the right angle and provide him with enough of a range of vision.
Yue Wenle drew his bow and released his arrows and could always lock Asleep in place one step before he attacked.
20 minutes later.
Asleep’s rhythm was completely disordered, and the frost hunter who hadn’t been suppressed in this game had already become the daddy of the entire canyon!
A group fight broke out in the bottom lane. Bai Cai’s totem controlled Wen Wei, and Yue Wenle only needed two basic attacks to leave Wen Wei seriously injured.
Wen Wei burst out with a curse, “F*ck!” This kind of damage was poisonous!
Things became even more poisonous later on. Asleep locked onto Yue Wenle, and reasonably speaking, a marksman would absolutely die after a thief went around them and attacked from behind.
But Yue Wenle didn’t even move. He stood there steadily and shot out one arrow after another, straight into Asleep’s face.
Bai Cai’s cold sweat poured down. “I hate you bold and fearless people the most!”
His mouth might say so, but his hands threw all the healing totems he had onto Yue Wenle’s body.
The frost hunter’s HP went up and down like a roller coaster, falling all the way to the bottom before rising back up to the peak. He stood steadily, vividly displaying what it meant to ‘stand still without moving but my opponent can’t kill me.’
System Announcement––
