《Glory e-sports》Chapter 81: If you're lonely, you can go find someone else.

Lu Feng had something to do in the evening, so Wei Xiao was in the room by himself.
He finished washing up early, ran to bed, covered himself with the quilt, and closed his eyes to sleep.
One solo, two solo, three solo…
To hell with sleeping! He couldn’t sleep!
Wei Xiao opened his eyes.
It was only a little after ten o’clock, so how could he fall asleep.
Of course, this was also somewhat related to the fact that he had something on his mind. When he thought about his plan, Wei Xiao couldn’t help but pat at his own face.
Calm down, calm down. Win the game first, and then think about it some more.
But…how did one kiss?
The 19 year old virgin knew nothing about kissing.
That’s right, Wei Xiao had given up the two million bonus and fought with his life on the line for the sake of a little kiss.
He wanted to kiss the captain, so that the captain would understand his intentions thoroughly.
This kind of ‘like’, not the other type of ‘like’.
Sharing a household register didn’t only mean they would have to be father and son. They could also be fellow brothers, oh, wait… lovers!
Wei Xiao took a deep breath and took out his cell phone to search up on kissing.
He’d only just taken a peek at the results when he quickly clicked out the page.
This was no good…
His grandma had said before, look at nothing that is not consistent with propriety!
Forget it. It was just a peck. Just because he hadn’t eaten pork before, it didn’t mean he’d never seen pigs run!
Wei Xiao’s brain filled in the blanks, and his imagination almost heated himself up so much he turned into a spicy crawfish.
It was too hot in the room, and he really couldn’t stay here anymore. He went outside for some air.
Due to Coach Chen Feng’s strict orders, the other three people in FTW were all obediently hiding in their rooms and sleeping.
Wei Xiao didn’t dare to go look for Bai Cai.
He couldn’t tell Brother Cai about this. Based on Brother Cai’s small guts, he would be scared out of his mind. He was still hoping that Brother Cai would play well in the competition and help him win!
He couldn’t tell anyone, but these affairs of the heart bounced around in his thoughts. Wei Xiao could only go down to the seaside and stand in the wind.
The island at night was quite different from how it was during the day. The blue sea was dark, and the silvery-white sand was faded, leaving only the sound of the roaring waves.

Wei Xiao was wearing his team uniform and didn’t feel cold, but his heart calmed down significantly.
He casually found a rock and sat down, breathing in the salty scent of the sea breeze.
“Quiet?”
Wei Xiao was a little startled. He turned his head and discovered that a young man had been seated beside him for a while.
A sea blue team uniform, black hair blown into chaos by the wind, single eyelids, a tear mole, and a haughty attitude.
Wei Xiao was surprised, “God Kim?”
The person sitting here getting blown at by the sea breeze was Pro’s Kim Sung-hyun, who nodded slightly in response.
Wei Xiao saw that there was a spark at his fingertips, it was a half burned cigarette.
Kim Sung-hyun noticed his line of sight, “Want one?”
Wei Xiao shook his head, “I don’t smoke.”
Kim Sung-hyun’s lips curved, “Good child.”
This tone of voice was very similar to Old Dog Yuan. He was worthy of having been taught by Yuan Ze.
Wei Xiao’s goosebumps popped right out, “Bandit Yuan, disperse!”
Kim Sung-hyun was stunned, then realized, “F*ck, he used to always say that to me.”
Wei Xiao guessed it, “Is he much older than you?”
Yuan Ze’s age was a mystery. He spoke like an old beast, yet when he quieted down he seemed to be only 20. His age seemed to depend on whether or not he was acting human or not.
Kim Sung-hyun: “Five days older than me.”
Wei Xiao was startled, “Then how does he have the face to say that to you?”
He understood it as soon as he spoke. He’d bullied Kim Sung-hyun by taking advantage of the fact that he didn’t know Chinese.
It was unknown how long Kim Sung-hyun had been sitting there for, but it seemed that he still wanted to chat, “When I just entered FTW, I couldn’t speak a single word of Chinese and had to rely on him to translate for me.”
Wei Xiao was really impressed when it came to this point, “Captain Yuan really is proficient in eight languages?”
Kim Sung-hyun: “Maybe not eight languages, but five or six for sure.”
Wei Xiao was amazed, “He… how did he do it?”
Kim Sung-hyun was two years older than Close, and he’d joined FTW one year ahead of Close when he was only 18 or 19. Yuan Ze was only 5 days older than he was, making them the same age.
How had the 18 year old Old Dog Yuan mastered five or six languages!

Kim Sung-hyun: “Don’t judge him based on how he looks just Chinese. He’s actually of mixed blood.”
This was really the first time he’d heard of it. Wei Xiao asked, “He can’t be a mixed blood from five or six countries, right?”
Kim Sung-hyun: “Almost…”
Wei Xiao was dazed for a second.
Yuan Ze’s father was a pure Chinese businessman, but his wife was a Korean with mixed blood.
With this mix, Yuan Ze really was a child with mixed blood from five or six countries.
Yuan Ze’s grandmother was Japanese and Korean, and his grandfather was a mixture of English and French, so he was proficient in Japanese, Korean, English, French, and Chinese.
His best language was Korean, because Yuan Ze had lived in Korea as a child.
This was too amazing. Wei Xiao said in surprise, “Captain Yuan’s life background is something that even novels don’t dare to write about.”
Kim Sung-hyun laughed, “How does that count? His parents later divorced and formed new families. He followed his mother and stayed in Korea until he was 10, then went to the United States until he was 13. He returned to China with his father when he was 14, and later…”
This seemed to involve personal privacy. Kim Sung-hyun leaned in and continued, “He joined FTW in the same year as me. I wasn’t familiar with the surroundings or the language, so I could only talk to him.”
One could imagine this scene.
The 18 year old Kim Sung-hyun had come to a China that was strange to him and met Yuan Ze, who could speak Korean. It would be weird if they didn’t become close.
Wei Xiao paused for a moment, then said, “Then, the relationship between the two of you must be really good.”
Although they were mutually hostile on a daily basis, it was the kind that could only happen if they had deep feelings for each other. If they were really unfamiliar, they would only nod and greet each other when they met.
Kim Sung-hyun stared at the cigarette between his fingers, “Right. He taught me this, too.”
Although he’d lit a cigarette, he hadn’t smoked from it at all. He simply let it burn down on its own.
Wei Xiao disparaged him, “Can’t he teach anything good?”
Grandma had said it before, smoking was harmful to one’s health!
Kim Sung-hyun was amused, “Close refused to learn.”
Once he heard the name Close, Wei Xiao’s eyes brightened instantly, “He also tried to influence my captain?”
Kim Sung-hyun: “Of course. Your captain was very quiet when he first joined the team. He suspected that he had social phobia, and flipped through a good many psychology books.”
Wei Xiao thought about it for a while and couldn’t quite imagine it, “How could my captain have social phobia!”
Everything about Close was good. Quiet couldn’t tolerate anybody saying anything negative about him.
Kim Sung-hyun said to him, “You’ve never seen the 17 year old Little Close.”
Wei Xiao was instantly sour with jealousy, but there was nothing he could do. It was true that he hadn’t seen him then.
When the captain was 17 years old, he’d only been 15. Although he’d been playing Glory at the time, he’d only been accompanying his classmates and abusing newbies. He hadn’t experienced the fun of the competition at all.
“Can you tell me about it?” Wei Xiao pressed down the sour lemon in his heart and asked Kim Sung-hyun curiously.
Kim Sung-hyun stubbed out the cigarette and said, “At the time, your captain was a little shorter than me, he was handsome, but his aura was too cold, and he didn’t allow anyone to get close. I didn’t say more than five sentences to him in total over the first half a month.”
“Even when we were playing training games, he wouldn’t say a word.”
Wei Xiao was surprised, “Was it okay for him not to communicate while playing the jungler position?”
Back then, the commander of the Team of Gods, FTW, was the support position player Yan Jiang. Although Close wasn’t the commander, the jungler was supposed to lead the rhythm of the game and needed to maintain communication with his teammates.
Kim Sung-hyun sighed, “That’s why Ah-Ze, oh, I mean, Old Shit, suspected that he had social phobia.”
Other than the simplest monosyllabic sounds, the 17 year old cold teenager didn’t say a single word.
He was silent, quiet, and pushed people thousands of miles away.
Yuan Ze might be a dog, but he was a warm-hearted one. He was willing to help Kim Sung-hyun adapt to Chinese life, and he also wanted to lead Little Close out of his psychological barriers.
He stayed up late reading several psychology books and tried to get close to Lu Feng.
After trying out several rounds of theoretical knowledge, Lu Feng finally spoke and asked him, “What’s the matter?”
Yuan Ze: “……”
Lu Feng: “I don’t like talking to people. If you’re lonely, you can go find someone else.”
Yuan Ze: “……………………”
To hell with the f*cking social phobia, this kid was just filled with pure arrogance!

Searcher
I was just like everyone else. At least, I thought so. Everyone grew up in a mansion with servants, trained to be a debutante, had a traveling archeologist for a father, and gave it all up to do whatever the hell they wanted. Right? Well that’s what I did. I was happy. As happy as a single twenty four year old girl can be living in an apartment selling shit online to pay the bills. Not actual shit, that's gross. No, I bought stuff from garage sales, thrift stores, and junk shops, and resold it in my online store. I was pretty good at finding stuff to peddle to my customers. I made rent every month and didn’t have to strip. I’m a bit too chunky to swing around a pole anyway. Life was great! Until two sexy men broke into my apartment and woke me up from the most erotic dream my sexually depraved mind could come up with. One was between my legs, the other was... Oh well, it was a dream and I didn’t even get to finish it. Those bastards! Now I’m supposed to believe my dead father wasn’t an archeologist, but some kind of paranormal agent working for a secret organization called The Guard. My ability to find items for my customers is just a perk inherited from him. And I’m supposed to use my inherited powers to save the world. All while these hunks of man flesh guard me from other paranormals out to get whatever the hell they think I have. A certain body part is dripping with excitement, literally. But my mind is saying “Hell No!”
