As the elevator rose up to the top floor of the condominium, Li Juan looked at the man who stood with countless shopping bags on his one arm while holding a black and white photograph in his other arm.

From the moment, Lee Tae Yang received the picture of their baby after Li Juan's first sonography test, he has buried his eyes on it.

With a wide smile on her face, Li Juan reached to grab the shopping bags from his hands.

"What are you doing?" He shifted his eyes from the photograph to Li Juan who was bending down.

"It's too much for you to hold, let me help you,"

"I can hold it," He moved the shopping bags out of her reach.

"Let me hold it, so that you can take a look at our baby properly,"

Lee Tae Yang shut his eyes as a big fat smile spread over his face.

"I am sorry...I just can't stop looking at the picture, how can our baby be so cute?" His voice turned tender and soft as he spoke.

"Yangyang, our baby has only grown into a bean size and how can-"

"So what? Its our little bean," He retorted.

Li Juan pinched the space between her eyebrows as she wondered about the change that has been visible in her beloved Yangyang.

"Yes, yes...it seems like I have to babysit both baby and daddy,"

"Did you say something?"

"Hmmph," Li Juan puffed and continued to lean on the elevator wall,

Lee Tae Yang held his urge to laugh.

Is she really jealous that he was giving attention to their baby but not her?

"Xiao Li," He voice out in a pacifying tone as he placed the photograph back to his jacket's pocket.

Li Juan gave him sidelong glance and tilted her head to the other side.

"My pretty Ju, what did I say last night?" He moved towards her and tried to cajole with her a kiss,

However just before his lips touch hers, Li Juan slightly turned her face and the kiss fell on her cheeks,

"Didn't I tell you that you are my first baby?" He again tried to kiss her and to his surprise, Li Juan dodged him,

"What are you doing?" The lines on his forehead creased as he cornered her to the elevator wall, threatening her to steal a kiss.

As Lee Tae Yang leaned to capture her lips, the elevator reached the top floor and shot open.

Chen Da Meng's who was about to enter the elevator, froze as he witnessed the shameless act infront of his eyes.

"Get a room, you shameless people," He wished to say but when he saw the familiar silhouette of his ice cold boss, Chen Da Meng was caught in surprise.

"Ahhh Boss... good afternoon, miss Li.. Ah Miss Bai, Chen Da Meng messed up his greetings in shock.

When he knew about his boss's relationship with the young miss of the Bai family, he concluded as it was something built to improve the cooperation between the two families.

However as he saw more of their interactions, he was amazed to realise that, they were madly in love with each other to a point where they went on feeding him with dog food.

"Hi there, assistant Chen," Li Juan cheerfully greeted back as if nothing happened and snatched few of the shopping bags from Lee Tae Yang,

"Ahhh Boss, Let me help you," Chen Da Meng regained his bearings as he saw the countless shopping bags.

"It's fine," Lee Tae Yang answered as he walked out of the elevator holding Li Juan.

"Miss, let me,"

"Thank you assistant Chen, we have already reached home. Did you wait for a long time, assistant Chen?"

"No miss,"

Lee Tae Yang pressed the pass code of the penthouse and let them in,

"Xiao Li, rather than hoping around, go and take proper rest," He suggested in a serious tone.

"Yes majesty," Li Juan grinned and turned to face Chen Da Meng, "Assistant Cheng, I will get something to drink,"

"No, miss," He refused when he caught the brooding face of his boss.

His lady boss has always been kind and considerate to offer him food every time he visits.

It was an unexpected gesture from the young miss of a wealthy family.

"I will take care of it," Lee Tae Yang affirmed Li Juan who was about to de-route to the kitchen.

"Okay then, assistant Chen, I will see you around," She smiled and walked towards the bed room with the shopping bags.

"Report," the joyful look on Lee Tae Yang's face replaced with his iconic poker expression as he ordered.

Not long ago, it came to his notice that were some people following Li Juan and monitoring her every movements. Since There were murder attempts against her, Lee Tae Yang immediately instructed to gather the information about the people and suspicious activities around her.

"The people who have been following young miss, they are related to Bai Corporation," Chen Da Meng said with a smile,

"I think they are keeping an eye on miss,"

"Bai Corporation," He went silent for a moment. How can he forget that Li Juan is the queen of Yu palace? It is normal for them to protect their queen, even if she refuses their services. Lee Tae Yang let out of a sigh of relief.

"What about thing that I asked you to get?"

Chen Da Meng picked a square box from his bag and handed over to his boss.

"Boss, are you sure about it? Bai family has already looking after young miss and second young master never leaves her side. Is it necessary to keep a tracking device on her?"

"I don't want anything to happen to my woman and my child,"

Though Lee Tae Yang said it with an indifferent face, Chen Da Meng could pick the traces of rapture sparkling in his eyes.

No way!!!! They are having a baby? Is that why boss rushed out of the client meeting yesterday? Is that way he is being extra careful towards the people who are around miss Li?

"Boss," He gulped a mouthful of saliva before gaining attention of Lee Tae Yang who was examining the box, "congratulations,"

"Me? No boss," Chen Da Meng denied even though he was the one who leaked out the news of their boss being in a living relationship with his girlfriend/fiance.

"She have so many things on her plate now. I don't want anyone to disturb her, even it is someone from my family or hers," Lee Tae Yang's voice had an unusual coldness as he commanded.

He will not allow anyone to meddle with Li Juan's life again.

Once the sun set beyond the horizon's of the Jing city, on the top floor of the sky castle, Tang Wei Sheng's doorbell rang continuously,

Since Yang Xiong was the only person who visits him, Tang Wei Sheng opened the door without even checking, ready to chide his assistant for disrupting his peace of mind.

However, it wasn't Yang Xiong, but a woman.

She removed the cap which covered her face and revealed her identity.

"Wei Sheng, its me, Ning Jing,"

It took a moment for him to recognize the woman who stood erect at his door step in a pair of hoodie and loose pants.

It has been more than six months ever since they partied their ways after calling off the engagement. Why is she here, now?

"Hey can I come inside?" Ning Jing inquired as she began to remove her shoes.

"No,"

"Hey, don't be a meanie, Win," She smiled and let herself into the penthouse. "So this where you live?"

"Why are you here?" He blocked the intruder who barged into his house.

"I am just here to celebrate my retirement," Ning Jing stated her purpose of visit, "I am ending my acting career and planning to move to Y country."

Tang Wei Sheng stared at her with a plain face.

"I know things were little difficult between two of us. But I want to end our relationship on a good note by having a last drink with you before I leave the country. You know, I don't have any friends here," She grinned and picked up a nicely wrapped bottle from her backpack.

"Just this one, I will leave once we finish this,"

"Fine," Since they've already severed the ties and lacked animosity towards each other, Tang Wei Sheng led her to the living room.

"You seem different than what I've expected," Ning Jing commented as she took a seat on the couch.

Tang Wei Sheng ignored her words and moved towards the kitchen.

As he was picking up the glasses, he saw Ning Jing walking towards the shelf where his precious possessions were kept. Tang Wei Sheng darted back to the living room to stop Ning Jing.

"Is that you with Senior Mo and CEO Ye?" Ning Jing pointed towards the picture of a group of five teenage boys,"

"Oh yeah, you guys went to high school together," She replied herself and moved to the other picture.

It was taken from a stage performance where the actors and crew with the a grand trophy.

However, as soon as Ning Jing's eyes fell on the majestic and regal looking couple in the middle of the group, a murderous glint flashed in her eyes.

It was Tang Wei Sheng and Li Juan. Even though it was picture from their school days, it was enough to evoke her Ning Jing's bottled up jealousy and hatred towards Li Juan who ruined her life.

"It is quite unbelievable that Li Juan turned out to be the young miss of Bai Corporations. Were you shocked when you found about her identity?" Ning Jing tried her luck to know about Tang Wei Sheng's feelings.

"I thought you are here to have a drink?" Tang Wei Sheng rebutted as he sat on the couch.

"Yes, yes," Ning Jing returned and took a seat next to him. "Why should we waste our time discussing about some one who got a terrible record with every single men who come across with her?" She opened the wine bottle and poured out the red wine into two glasses.

"What did you say?" Tang Wei Sheng's voice turned sour as he interrogated.

"I am not saying that she is a slut for going after different men. She just got her priorities correct." Ning Jing casually said and extended the wine glass towards Tang Wei Sheng.

"She always wanted to find that lost city and she tried every freaking way to fulfill her dreams. She used every possibility...whether it is her junior or Zhang Zhi Jun or that doctor guy who turned out to be a big shot. She used them all...Unlike someone who couldn't let go the person whom they loved for years and brutally got cheated right under the nose,"

"Are you reminding me about my incompetence or are you sympathizing with me?" Tang Wei Sheng asked as he sipped the wine.

"Am I not allowed to sympathize with you even if we are in the same situation?" Ning Jing retorted.

"What do you know about me?"

"All i know is that, I've fell in love with you,"

Tang Wei Sheng let out a sneer as he continued to drink liquid which is surprisingly started to burn his throat.

"Are you here to propose another deal for your Ning family? I am sorry to say that I don't do it anymore...there is no need for me to suck up to someone and compromise on my dreams and desires," He made his point clear before Ning Jing.

"I loved you, even before you become the mighty Tang Wei Sheng of Tang corporations," Ning Jing confessed all of sudden,

"You know, how happy I was when I met you in Y country? I once swore that I won't come back to this doomed place. But I've returned to c country for you, only for you...I have become an actress so that you would start noticing me. But you didn't... When I proposed....you...you... rejected me for someone else,"

Ning Jing's voice trembled as she spoke to the man who remained aloof.

"Who is she? A street rat who lived a lowly life. Does she have any beauty or character? She kept changing men as if she is changing clothes. What does Li Juan have that you always failed to notice me?"

"You don't understand... no one can understand what she meant for me," Tang Wei Sheng chugged down the wine directly from the bottle,

"No one..no one can replace her place in my life. But that's not the case for him, so you better leave before he comes," Tang Wei Sheng blurted out in drunken stupor.

He had high tolerance to alcohol, but for some reasons, after consuming wine which was brought by Ning Jing, Tang Wei Sheng could feel that the alcohol started to affect him.

Once he loses his control over his mind and body, his alter ego will take over.

But more than anything else, the thing which scared Tang Wei Sheng the most was the presence of Ning Jing.

Though his alter ego prefers Li Juan the most, he won't let go of an opportunity to quench his sexual desire and plant his evil seed in a woman.

"I won't go," Ning Jing adamantly said and moved closer to Tang Wei Sheng. She appeared drunken even though, she only had few glasses.

Tang Wei Sheng tried to push her away.
