"As we proceed towards the last and final award of tonight, we would like to inform that the gala will be starting with the customary ball dance with the winners," The host enthusiastically notified the audience,

The customary ball dance was the main high light of the evening. It was an event held to improve the cooperation and harmony in the business world.

"To announce the title winner of the Business man of the year, I would like to invite, Wen Shen Yi, the minister of commerce and trade,"

A well dignified man in his early fifties showed up at the dais with a pleasant smile and greeted the audience.

"As the minister of commerce and trade of C country it give me an immense pleasure to inform you all that, with the collaborative effort of every single businessmen in the country, we are continuing to maintain high GDP rate. I take this opportunity to express of heartfelt gratitude to everyone and let's work hard to lead our nation into greatness, Thank you," He concluded his words and read out the results,

"Businessman of the year 20XX, Lee Tae Yang, the CEO of Lee corporations,"

The crowd went silent for a moment,

"CEO of Lee corporations?"

"Oh good lord no one has ever seen in him in person. Is he really coming to get the award?"

Li Juan who was lost in her own world, raised her eyes and searched for Lee Tae Yang in the crowd. Earlier when she called Lee Tae Yang to inquire whether he is attending the event or not, he informed her that, he will be a bit late,

While the anxious crowd was waiting to meet the renowned CEO of Lee Corporations, the bright spotlight fell on the man who was sitting on a lonely corner,

Once the man was spotted the crowd followed the direction of the light and gawked in astonishment,

The man wore a neat black tuxedo. Even without any expression on him, he exuded the prestige of a true leader. He was very handsome as if he was God's most meticulously sculpted work, however, his invincible emperor like aura over powered his good looks.

As the man walked along the aisle, the spot light followed him closely.

"He is the CEO of Lee Corporations, but he looks so young...I am falling for him,"

The woman in the crowd expressed their views shamelessly,

Lee Tae Yang walked up the stage and received the award,

The female host who was mesmerized by the man standing on the stage as a mighty emperor who own the entire place under his command, shrieked in joy as he approached the microphone to render his acceptance speech.

"Is that it? It must be the shortest acceptance speech in the history of the award ceremony,"

Various comments floated in the air,

"CEO Lee, please don't leave, we have few questions for you," The event hosts enthusiastically stopped Lee Tae Yang from leaving the stage,

Once the award distribution was finished the guests were led to the ball room, for the customary dance session,

"She used to be a street rat,"

"She must have sucked up to brother Jun, other than that I don't understand how will a girl like her ended up in Bai family," Mo Yan said in disgust,

"Rather than spewing non-sense why don't you go and clarify in person?" Ye Ling who got furious upon hearing their words challenged,

"Oh then, lets go and find out by ourselves," Xie Long who accepted the challenge and dragged them towards Zhang Zhi Jun who was talking to some delegates,

"Ahha all of you are here together," Zhang Zhi Jun smiled with an amicable face. Since five of them were busy with their life, they rarely had opportunities meet as a group.

Though it was an indirect comment to him, since they were "friends," Xie Long ignored his comment and went on talking,

Ye Wu Fan looked at Zhang Zhi Jun and Li Juan with a worried face.

He clearly understood Mo Yan and Xie Long was preparing to throw dirt over the girl who stood with an indifferent expression,

Even before they could say something, Lee Tae Yang's towering figure approached the group,

"Yes, he is our family friend and my sister's best friend," Bai Yu answered for his brother and looked at the couple who has become the center of attraction of the night.

Lee Tae Yang gently placed his hand on Li Juan's waist and started to move along with the music,

Under the admiring eyes of the audience, the man in black suit was fitting to the woman who wore an extremely beautiful black gown, as if they were a couple.

No one could believe it,

Two equally charismatic people with strong imposing aura complemented each other, giving off the vibe of a couple made for each other.

"So, director Bai, you didn't tell me?" He asked her with a wide smile,

However, Lee Tae Yang raised Li Juan's arm and placed on a kiss on the back of her palm before releasing her,

"You don't have to wait any longer," She said with sparkling eyes as she walked away from him,
