A date!!!! From the moment, Li Juan asked Lee Tae Yang out, it felt like he has been stepped on clouds while drenching on honey shower.

Whether he was working or not, every single memory of her brought a smile on his face, revealing his cute dimples.

He was so anticipated about the date that he often dazes out and crashed into the glass walls of neurology ward like an idiot.

Though Chi Yan and Hao Ren teased him in the beginning, when they finally realised that none of their words has fallen into his ears, they stopped it.

He was lovestruck and his fluttering heart was far beyond rescuing,

Lee Tae Yang stood in front of his wardrobe a confused face,

He woke up early in the morning, it is better to say that he haven't slept last night due to excitement.

Lee Tae Yang shook his head and tried to stay focused to pick a suitable outfit for the day.

Thanks to the mandatory military discipline, he was taught to dresses up neatly and appear well-groomed for every occasions. But this day was different, it was a special day.

Since Li Juan has always seen him in hospital uniform and lab coat, he wished to try something new to impress her.

After much contemplation and countless rounds of outfit rehearsal, he decided to play it safe by wearing a white and blue thin striped shirt under a casual denim jacket and black chinos.

Though Lee Tae Yang suggested that he will pick Li Juan from her home, she refused it and told him to meet at a cafe next to the central library.

When Lee Tae Yang reached the entrance of the cafe he saw Li Juan who has immersed herself in a book, a thick black framed glass resting on her face.

She wore a loose white tee and baggy jeans with a normal pair of sneakers.

She was dressed too casually yet stylish and cool enough to gain attention from onlookers.

Even after he walked beside the table Li Juan did not raise her eyes from the book,

"Xiao Li,"

Li Juan averted her gaze from the book to the handsome young man standing in front of her eyes.

She let out a sigh of relief and smiled warmly at him,

Lee Tae Yang took a seat opposite to her with a puzzled face, "Is there any problem?"

"Do I have something on my face?" Li Juan asked him,

"Huh?"

"Everyone is looking at me. Is there anything weird on my face?" She repeated and wipe her face with a tissue,

"Who is looking at you?" Lee Tae Yang swept a glance across the room and immediately a group of high school girls sitting at a corner shifted their eyes from Li Juan before whispering something themselves.

"Do you want to leave?" He asked her,

"Nah, it is okay. They got another specimen to probe on," Li Juan chuckled, "Dr Lee you look stunning in casuals,"

Hearing her casual remark, he was left embarrassed,

Ofcourse, he took more than an hour to choose an outfit to impress her but who knew that she will praise him.. directly onto his face?

Why is she so open and free minded about things which normal people hesitates to talk?

"What do you want to drink?" He picked up the menu and tried to change the topic.

"I have never tried any of these, so I will drink whatever you choose. Ahhh, wait...I will have a latte, I want to see the latte art," Li Juan sounded elated as she ordered,

"Okay, I will have the same then,"

"Excuse me," One of the girls from the group approached their table,

"Yes," Lee Tae Yang replied,

The girl was still in her teenages and appeared cute like a doll.

"Do you have a girlfriend? If you don't have one, can I get your number?" She said in a breath,

Lee Tae Yang glanced at Li Juan who was silently observing the girl with a bit of jealousy.

"Huh, actually I have-"

"Not you big brother," The girl interrupted him and pointed her finger at Li Juan with a shy smile, "you..do you have a girlfriend?"

Li Juan was taken aback for a moment and looked at Lee Tae Yang with a startled face,

"I am sorry, but that person is taken," he tried to control his bewilderment and notified in an authoritative voice.

"Oh..sorry then," The girl apologized and left the table with a disappointed face.

"Did they really took me as a boy?" Li Juan wished to cry, "Is that why they were gawking at me? Jeez, those girls should check their eyesight..."

"Then I should check my eyesight too...When I first saw you, I also thought that you are a boy. It was during CPR that I...," Lee Tae Yang's eyes subconsciously travelled to her chest, when his mind remembered the softness of her cushiony chest, a red tint spread over his cheeks.

"cough cough," Li Juan tried to gain his attention, "So do you have any plans for today?"

"Actually no, is there anything you wish to do?" Lee Tae Yang touched his reddened ears and asked.

"I have something in my mind, but we can't do it,"

"What is that?"

"I want to go hiking in mountains, but we don't have mountains in S city and it is already noon,"

"We can go hiking next week," He said casually,

Does that mean they are having a second date? Li Juan's eyes lit up in exhilaration

"Normally everyone goes to parks or movie theatres for a date, should we also do that?"

Lee Tae Yang was silent for a moment, "Is it necessary to go hiking in mountains? How about sea cliff?"

"Great," Li Juan agreed and sipped her foamy latte, creating a moustache above her lips, "This one is good," She smiled and continued to sip her latte,

Lee Tae Yang looked at with smiling eyes and reached out to wipe the foam, shocking Li Juan all at once,

"Oh no, they are a gay couple," The girls from the corner table gasped loudly, "No wonder that brother looked so offended."

"Oh my god, they look so cute with each other,"

Li Juan touched her forehead in helplessness and drooped her eyes into the latte,

These girls are too much!!!

However, Lee Tae Yang appeared cool-headed about their comments,

His mind only captured the words, " cute with each other"

Li Juan sat on the shotgun seat of Lee Tae Yang's car and enjoyed the cool sea breeze. After getting out of the hospital, she never went out much and she was so excited to see the open sky.

However, the place where Lee Tae Yang took Li Juan was a military base in S city.

Since S city was the largest coastal city in the country, the naval base of the C country's army was situated in the outskirts of the city.

"Why are we here?" Li Juan asked him,

"There is someone whom I would like you to meet,"

"Hmm," She didn't probe much into it. It was his long awaited holiday and he should have postponed some appointments for her.

"Can you wait here? I will come back in a moment," Lee Tae Yang got down from the car and led towards the visitor's office near the giant entrance of the naval base.

When Lee Tae Yang came back, he saw Li Juan leaning on the windowpane, like an impatient kid, the moment her eyes fell on him, Li Juan opened the door and got down.

"Too bored to sit inside?" He inquired with a smile,

"Hmm," She nodded and leaned on to the bonnet of the car, "you should have told me if you had any previous appointments, we could have met some other day,"

"He will be here in a few minutes,"

"Whom are we meeting?"

"Someone special," Lee Tae Yang moved closer to her, "I want to ask you earlier. Why are you wearing glasses on a date, miss? People might think that I picked up you from some study sessions," He smoothly removed the glasses and stared at her dark eyes,

"I know that glasses make me look ugly, but-"

"With or without glasses, you look pretty," He commented and slowly inclined his head, his long fingers touching her soft cheeks,

"Yaaa!!!!" A deep masculine voice rang there, startling the couples, "What are you doing?"

Lee Tae Yang let out a sigh and turned towards the direction from which the voice heard,

A young man in military uniform stood erect with a shocked face,

"There he is," Lee Tae Yang said to Li Juan and walked towards the young man,

"What were you doing?" Guan Tian Long was on the verge of explosion. He was so delighted when he got the message from the visitor's office that Guan Tian Long got a visitor. Since his family visited him last week, he was a bit confused about the identity of the visitor. However, when the officers in the visitor's lounge said that a visitor is a young man, he was surprised to know that, his visitor was no one else, his own cousin. Even though they were in the same city, his busy cousin never paid a visit during the weekends to the military base.

But he never expected that he will witness an obscene scene in front of his eyes. His cousin who always remained single actually brought a boy with him and what was more terrific? They were about to kiss...right in front of a military base.

God, what will happen if his grandpa knows about it?

"How can you be so shameless in the broad daylight?" Guan Tian Long asked while faking a pleasantry smile,

"We didn't kiss," Lee Tae Yang refuted,

"What if someone sees you with that boy and tells grandpa? The grandson of general Guan likes men?" Guan Tian Long widened his eyes,

Lee Tae Yang gasped and pulled Guan Tian Long's ears,

"Come with me," Lee Tae Yang dragged his cousin towards Li Juan who remained with a puzzled face. "Look carefully,"

Guan Tian Long raised his eyes and examined the pretty boy standing in front of him.

Though he is not supportive of same-sex relationships, he could not help but agree that his cousin's boyfriend was extremely good-looking.

"Xiao Li, this is my cousin, Guan Tian Long," Lee Tae Yang said,

"My name is Li Juan, nice to meet you," Li Juan smiled introduced her self in her soulful voice,

"You are a...," Guan Tian Long covered his mouth in shock and looked at his cousin, Lee Tae Yang leaned over and whispered in his ears,
