Celestial Peak Chapter 547

"You shouldn't talk like that, Holy Emperor Rachel, it will affect her for thousands of years, you know. Mortals are susceptible to such disgrace, after all." Butler Sun said.
"The Wang Family?" Rachel, a Holy Emperor stands with the best the Universe could offer. She's above those who call themselves Gods and was one of the very few who can say to have mastered the laws of the elements.
However, even with all that she had achieved… before the Wang Family, she could not help but feel… awed. The Wangs were only a small collection of Mortals yet, no one could even dare look over their direction with derision.
Their cumulative combat strength stands at the peak and it only grows stronger with time. The Geniuses from their midst now all stand at the Apex even without the connection with the Main Family and with the strength of an Elder, they could already match the forces of a Third Generation White Tiger.
Rachel was millions of years old, but she had not met such Mortals in all her time in the Universe outside of the Wang Family. However, despite her adoration to the small family, she doubted they could do anything to salvage a situation as dire as the current calamity.
Holding Chang Ping, Rachel shook her head, "What are you doing here, Slaughterer Sun Wu? Didn't the GodKing went to take you to the All-Father? Why are you here?"
Butler Sun just laughed as he took the pill from Rachel's hands and forcefully fed it to Chang Ping, "Swallow it, do not lose hope my dear. We've been through worst, before."
Helping Chang Ping circulate the medicine, Butler Sun smiled with absolute joy, "Why did we come here, you asked? Well, that's because the Master of the House wanted to."

Butler Sun's words resonated around the battlefield that had now mysteriously grown silent, The Abyssal Demons momentarily stopped their killing, and the Revenants paused their slaughter. As for the Origin General, his brows immediately creased.
The one person he did not want to see walked in steady strides in the midst of the blood-soaked battlefield. Donning a Black Plated Armor, and a black spear in hand he stood straight.
With flowing black hair, a lean and fit body tucked into the glowing black armor, he stopped his steps amidst the field of death. His presence brought forth a new kind of sensation to the soldiers. The dying saw hope, and the fighting invigorated. As he raised his head and met the eyes of the man who stole the countenance of the child he had lost, the father gently raised his spear.
From the rubbles of a fallen family, they rose to the peak thanks to the spear of a single man the man revered by many, only overshadowed by his children.
But… his presence could not be ignored when standing against him.
The moment he stepped foot in the battlefield, its air changed almost immediately, and as he raised his spear every single enemy at a hundred radius, whether they be Revenants or Abyssal Demons all moved to kill Wang Shu Qing in accordance to the will of their creator.
The Origin General wanted to kill Wang Shu Qing… he couldn't be allowed to live or else the past would be repeated. The plan to takeover the Universe had already halted due to his presence once before.
The Origin General would not allow Wang Shu Qing to once again foil his plans thus, he didn't spare any effort to take him out. Tendrils and sword intents, all flew out to take his head and lacerate his flesh. From all sides, they pounced, swarming him, to take his life.

Wang Shu Qing, did not panic seeing everything coming his way. He just stood there, and held his spear with both hands. His expression unchanging, no fear, no excitement, only a stoic glare, suppressing everything.
His muscles flexed, his qi rose, and his domain compressed to his sword. A black light exploded from the blade of the spear. For the first time since his arrival to the battlefield, Wang Shu Qing opened his mouth, "Monarch Spear—"
Fwu! A single word commanded the wind to gather, his will to coalesce, and his everything to explode! Not even a quarter of a second it took for his spear to travel the horizon! His eyes turned completely red and the beings of death before him, were left suspended in the air, their swords, tendrils stopped inches away from him. In front of him, there appeared a white line, straight across the path his spear's blade traversed.
"—Annihilate."
With such a simple and calm set of words left his mouth, the line reacted. The space tore open and from there escaped an inexplicable and immeasurable force escaped! The rendered space turned to a storm of razor-sharp intent that destroyed the Demons and Revenants.
With a single, unapologetic swing he summoned the truth of his strength and with but a single strike he killed hundreds of what dozens could not face. Wang Shu Qing… with a single spear… overturned the tide of battle!
"MONARCH! THE MONARCH HAS ARRIVED TO FIGHT WITH US! THE MONARCH OF THE BATTLEFIELD HAS DESCENDED!"
"Raise your Weapons! Stifle your fears! The Monarch has stepped foot to the battlefield with us! The Wang Family! The Undefeated Family is here to lead us to Victory!"
"Do not falter! Pick up your weapons, pick up yourselves!"
To the defeated to the mutilated. Those who had fallen began to pick themselves up! With a single swing of the spear, saying nothing, and only existing.
The Origin General could see the flow of battle had already shifted. The despair brought by his ambush and the sudden deaths of the Mortals' companions were now blasted into the air.
Without fear, Wang Shu Qing, charged towards the rest of the Demons and Revenants.
Fueled by rage and despair the Mortals raised their weapons with the desire to end it all. They burn with fervor, brighter than it had ever been.
The Origin General could see that the situation was not to his advantage.
[The two fools over there are also preparing to use Heresy.] he said looking over the horizon, tens of thousands of kilometers away. The GodKings were preparing themselves, for the worst, [Tsk, I already harvested enough Kings and Emperors, this should be enough for the time being…]
The Origin General decided to close the Rift as Black and White Light floated up to him from the corpses of the fallen Holy and Devil Races.
[I still have to harvest the other.] he whispered as he closed the Rift he was staying in. Before disappearing however, he saw the GodKings glaring at him… and he laughed, [How Cute.]
