Celestial Peak Chapter 468

Killing intent, bloodlust, pressure, all of these were the same. But knowing that does not mean one would where it came from. So, where did it stem from? One's soul and one's animosity that builds over time. It gets stronger with every life taken and with every spike in one's emotion, in short, it has roots in one's life experiences.
The culmination of one's lifetime, the essence of one's fighting prowess. Though some had greater killing intent than others, the fact remains the same that, like cultivation, it improves with time, and… Wang Ling had been cultivated for tens of thousands of years.
Unknowingly honing it by killing billions of practitioners who got in his way. He slaughtered town's worth of lives at first, then he moved to city's worth, then countries worth until finally, at some point in his life it was said that he managed to kill a part of the continent.
Leaving nothing but desolation and the stench of rotting flesh and blood that stays for years to no end. A lonely man he must have been, yet a deadly cultivator. Stories about him were heard, deadly, ruthless, and uncaring, he was a killing machine trapped in a small world.
Thus, in that world, he cultivated the strongest killing intent and in the current cosmos, only a few could match him, but for his anger to suffocate thousands of people… that was something else beyond normal recognition.
The world turned red in the eyes of those who could feel it. Many had fallen victim to the surprised rampage and those who still stand dare not approach its source. Images of their own death flashed before their eyes at the thought of fighting such a monster.
The only monster who could very well match such killing intent would be Sun Wu, the Slaughter Emperor Spear, but that man stands before Wang Ling and he, was speechless.

"You're… real?" instinctively, he could tell, it was unlike before. Sun Wu stood before Wang Ling and seeing those eyes filled with seething rage for his family, it was the same as before. Tears fell as he asked him once more, "Tell me… are you the son of my friend? Are you the one who I care for all those years? Show me the Haloes and the Wings that you once bore, not a single lineage the Revenants possessed! I beg of you, allow me to give my Masters a chance to smile wholly once more!"
"I am, the true Wang Ling, always had and always will. I clawed my way out of the afterlife just to return!" With his killing intent still rampaging, four of Golden Rings appeared on the back of his head, "But that is not enough, correct? Thus, I must show you that I am the true Wang Ling. I cannot show you my wings and my haloes at once, but I will show you something more than enough to make you believe."
DONG!
A silent gong echoed, a gong only a select few could hear.
The Deities turned to Wang Ling with widened eyes and Roan who had been silent all this time smiled as he fell on his knees, "The All-Father had summoned the Family Bell!! I have truly been blessed!"
Roan threw his mask away; his Hellish Qi ran wild as his smile became pure. The sight of the Bell of Heavens or as he called the [Family Bell] caused him to smile until he cried.
No one, not even Wang Ling knew the significance of the Bell of Heavens. It was a weird sight to see such a being like Roan crying for no reason, especially in the eyes of Humans, but Sun Wu's mouth was open wide sensing that a Devil was with Wang Ling.

He could remember a time when the Two GodKings visited their Family Head to mourn. It had been said that Wang Ling was someone that was of importance to them as well, and seeing a Devil by Wang Ling's side unearthed such an event.
Just a little more, that's what the loyal Butler had been hoping for. Only a few more reasons for him to finally believe. Sun Wu had cared for Wang Ling since he was little. He wished for this person to the true Wang Ling so much. He wanted to reunite with the one he treated as his own Grandson.
But Wang Ling said nothing further. He began walking and then, he ran, only saying, "Follow me."
Sun Wu, still confused about the situation paused only to have the twins look at him weirdly, "Old man, I know beings like humans have problems with aging but you already have an infinite lifespan, right? Do not act like you have dementia on us."
The twins did not appreciate seeing him attack Qinyang earlier. But, Qinyang helped Sun Wu move, "I apologize for the Qing and Ming, they are rough with words for they do not know how to be soft. Please, quickly follow Sir Wang Ling, "they" should be arriving soon. Sir Wang Ling must have wanted to use them as proof of his identity."
"I thought you were a rough girl like the others, but you're a pretty kind girl, aren't you?" though Sun Wu was feeling conflicted being help despite being so strong, he was pleasantly surprised to encounter such a girl, "You remind me of Yue."
"Thank you, my mother was strict about my conduct," Qinyang said as they followed Wang Ling.
Chang Ping moved together with Sun Wu, and Roan who kept crying savored every ring of the bell. They all moved together and eventually reached the giant wall of the city, no one had to worry about being seen, everyone had already been knocked out thanks to Wang Ling's still rampaging killing intent.
No one would dare approach them unless they were people on the same level as Sun Wu.
"So, what are we doing here?" Sun Wu asked.
"Didn't you see Wang Ling rampaging? We're here to witness him unwind." the twins answered but that was not much of an answer.
Sun Wu was confused, but soon enough he understood what they were talking about because from the horizon was a tide of Revenants bearing the face of his First Young Master.
Sun Wu wanted to step up, but Chang Ping stopped him, "Don't, let him do it."
"Watch me, I'll show the difference between the real one and these fakes."
They were still a kilometer away, but as Wang Ling already saw them, he brought out two swords. His eyes without any light, his sword was ready to kill without any hesitation.

They send him to Elrich, a world with monsters, demons, and where adventures await. However, his goddess liaison is a bit of an airhead and messed up his reincarnation. What sort of place awaits him in this world full of danger and uncertainty? This world is harsh, not at all the fantasy fluff and harems he'd imagined. Will he be able to keep his sanity with death around every corner? This story has LGBTQ friendly themes. It touches on drug use, child molestation, rape, children committing murder, death sentencing as a form of punishment, and questioning one's sexual identity. There are some harsh themes, since this is meant to be a harsh world. Some themes touch upon the MC directly, the others happen to secondary characters. I try not to go into too graphic of detail and I believe that this story is 16+ friendly. I promise that these themes tie together in the end to make a cohesive whole and are used to provide back story for later developments.

Monghe, stuck in a school exemplifying strength for most of his life, began to understand what he needed to do in order to be strong instead of weak. Story is mostly about nothing. Fermboi does most of the nothing. Aventina does most of the military things. Bolahulag does a balance of economy and military. Derai focuses on economy. Monghe spitfires what it means to be a typical hero. Hopefully this is enough to give a general idea to people who don’t like going blind aside from the work being purportedly “good.” Who am I kidding, my writing is terrible. I hope it improves though.
