Celestial Peak Chapter 313

In the world of Lower Heaven, the strongest sword is the one that had reached Quintessence. A small glimpse of a Quintessence is said to produce a huge leap in a sword cultivator's advancement.
A single movement of a sword that had reached perfection is a sword that grants enlightenment. Wang Ling's sword was such a sword and as he opened the gate to the World beyond the peak the sword of the Gods trembled in the presence of such a grand figure.
They were but a pseudo-Quintessence weapons, they can never reach the level of the Quintessence without an owner. These swords do not have a soul, but they have spirit and a will. They cannot move around the world of their own volition but they can seek the most suitable owner for them in a ten thousand kilometer radius.
Swords of previous Gods have high values and will not actively search for an owner. But in front of a Quintessence Swordsman, that is not the case. A sword is only a sword in the hands of a capable user. If these swords will search for an owner then they will search for the best candidate.
But as they come into the presence of Wang Ling, they were trembling in excitement and anticipation. These swords wished to be wielded by him, no, they are begging to be wielded by the strongest swordsman who surpassed the intent of their previous owners.
At this moment, Wang Ling was the King of the Swords.
However, the 26 swords with God Might do not even made Wang Ling flinch the little bit. He saw a familiar face with her mouth open. Wang Ling approached her patted her head like a senior and stepped past her.
Yan Renhuo had many things to say, but as she saw the smile on Wang Ling's countenance she heard him say, "Get out, we will talk later."
Yan Renhuo was pushed out of the room and now only Wang Ling remained. The swords in front of him were trembling in excitement and started revolving around Wang Ling wanting to be chosen.
However, Wang Ling did not pay them any attention and had the rest of his four swords come out. With that, he whispered the name of Suzhen and Fer and two Flames of Chaos came out of his body, "Melt it all."

With Wang Ling's orders, the two beasts began to move. The sword was startled and began to hum and release sword intent. But none of it was useful for no wielder was present.
Wang Ling watched as the swords tried to escape their inevitable fate. Watching the swords to hum was somewhat melancholic and satisfying for Wang Ling.
"You seem to be enjoying yourself. You already reached the pinnacle-first meridian, you can reach the second meridian after one more step, is that the reason for your delight?" The Gray Figure casually began speaking.
"You can say that, but it is not just that I am also happy to see a familiar face. But, I still find that something is missing, a void that I cannot comprehend. It is unpleasant but I find it welcoming so it is making me smile."
The Gray Figure was silent but he did not say anything to Wang Ling. The focus of this journey is to become strong and the Gray Figure would welcome it if Wang Ling can focus on that goal alone, but something is stuck behind his thoughts.
[It is not so bad, but it must not become his main goal… but if I can use this...] the Gray Figure spoke from the bottom of its heart, its thoughts and intentions are for Wang Ling to grow it did not care about its method for it only knows what is most efficient and there is no such thing as good or bad for this being.
The God Weapons were not so easily melted and it took a total of three weeks before the flames managed to fully melt it all. The world beyond the peak cannot do anything against Wang Ling's actions.
The owner had already been registered as him, the dozens of weapons had acknowledged him and was begging him to be their master whatever Wang Ling does matter not to the World. The World is just there as a 'sheathe' to keep them from rusting and being loss in time.
The World beyond the Peak was the sword sheathe of the swords and Wang Ling remained in that sheathe for three weeks without a problem. He had no problem staying in such a world for years if he so wills.

Having said that, it was impossible to do it as his life was in the line. Wang Ling's lifespan has a limit and Wang Ling must use that limit to the fullest or else he will regret it in time.
Waving his hand, Wang Ling brought out the Reaper and Heaven's Will, with a wave of his hand he took command of the flames and then shrouded the melted sword with his qi granting him the full control of dozens of swords with God Might.
Having personally controlled the swords with God Might, Wang Ling finally understood the power it holds. With him knowing he subconsciously put on a smile and had the Reaper and Heaven's Will devour the blades.
He knew none of the material used to craft these swords but with the Everchanging Holy Stone, the swords adapted without problem especially for Heaven's Will. The process of having the two swords meld into one was not something so easily done and it took him months in order to complete the first melding of the Heaven's Will and the melted swords.
As for the Reaper's that has less Everchanging Holy Stone than Heaven's Will it was only natural that it will take so much longer.
With the advancement of his sword intent the more vulnerable the barrier of the next stage became. Soon enough, he reached the second meridian of Immortal Spirit Foundation right after the melding of the Heaven's Will and the God Swords.
He was still jus at the first-second meridian but the longer he stayed in that world the stronger his cultivation grey. After achieving Quintessence on the sharpest killings word, the sword intent he masters no longer has any place to go to.
With that being the case Wang Ling decided to use this excess to cleave the barrier of cultivation level and after cultivation level.
His Chaotic Origin Foundation glowed a bright light and Wang Ling embraced this light no problem. Wang Ling never stopped his pursuit of strength and his current goal was the next level, so, he would cut the barrier that stands in his way no problem whatsoever.
And so, from weeks after weeks, it turned to month after month and soon enough it became years.
Three years passed and his lifespan had become 77 years but his growth had surpassed his previous expectations. Having spent three years melding his natal weapons with God Swords, he managed to draw out the God Might that still remained in these swords.
But he decided to leave a part of what the God Might for future use. This is the Lower Heaven, he might just need to use this kind of God Might when the time calls for it.
Wang Ling raised is head and steam came out as he released the air within his body. As he opened his eyes, a grayness of his pupils had become deeper than it was before.
The swords inside the World beyond the peak had been consumed by his swords now the limit of his Heaven's Will is already at 10,000,000 kilograms. The swords he had the Heaven Will consume were not so simple after all.
"10,000,000 kilograms, if I drop it on a mountain will the mountain break?" Wang Ling questioned. This is a higher realm when compared to the Celestial Spirit Realm so it was natural that he questions it, "Well, I can't actively go destroying mountains, I may incur the wrath of others, I am still at the third meridian, having bastards like those will be most unfavorable. It is time to get out of here."
Wang Ling brought out the Reaper that is sharper than ever and had cut the world. Though it was just a single motion, it was enough for the world to recognize his intent to come out.
Wang Ling stepped out of the World beyond the Peak and there, he saw was not what he imagined to see. With a smile, he asked, "Have you waited here all this time?"
Yan Renhuo also smiled back to give an answer, "I have been meditating for three years is all there is to it."
"What determination, I applaud you."

Wolf's Tail Reboot
I always thought death would be the end, but I later found out that it was just the beginning. I was a slave for my entire life. I served diligently, hoping I would be free someday. But then I died. My stomach was slashed open in a flash, and I bled out. I was ready for death; I had been since I was first collared. I was even happy to sleep an eternal rest. I just didn't realize that death was my opportunity to really live. -------------------------- Author's Note: I don't plan on having any explicit sexual content, but the tag is on so that I won't feel restrained in my writings. Also, the updates will be sporadic at best since I can only write when I'm free which is, unfortunately, rare.

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
