"It seems like you did good, Sister Renhuo. I may have seen a new side of you after that graceful display of that fierce halberd of yours." Wang Ling simply spoke with honesty.

Yan Renhuo showed a sweet smile before turning it into a teasing one as she asked, "If that is so, how about you accept my proposal to become my dao companion? I am pretty strong after all."

Raising both hands Wang Ling apologized before keeping silent. Such a reaction illicit a laugh from Yan Renhuo and Bai Xue who was riding on top of his head.

With a yawn, Bai Xue spoke, "You two, let us move out, the Trial Elimination had ended and according to Wang Hong, this is the time when the first day should end. Ling, Renhuo, let us go to Yue'er, she said she'll give me something good."

Wang Ling and the rest prepared to leave. The Trial Elimination had ended, and it was now the time for them to leave. A day of rest is given to those who manage to pass the first day.

People from the Trial Representatives and came for their people and left taking them somewhere else. Seeing such a sight, Wang Ling and Yan Renhuo also left after their jade sticks glowed brightly.

The glow of the Jade Sticks did not vanish as a loud voice was heard echoing from somewhere in the Invincible City. A loud voice echoed throughout the entire city without missing a single corner or a room. Even those enjoying themselves in a room were disturbed by the said voice that resembled that of an old man.

"The Trial Elimination had ended and it is now time for the real event!" As the voice sounded out, the crowd that had gathered began to scatter. The Ten Year Bout's first day was not done yet, it was what Wang Ling thought.

The old voice was then heard once again, "The Trial Elimination had ended, but it had ended too fast and according to the proctors of the Bout, those of the Trial Elimination had yet to feel tired and no injuries had been sustained. The last of the Representatives have also arrived hours ago, so without missing a beat, we are to start the Second Event of the Ten Year Bout, the [Jade Hunt] is about to begin!"

At that very moment, the Invincible City that is said to be unshakeable began to shake under the loud cheers of everyone present. The cheers of everyone shook the buildings and the representatives who were either resting or taking their time somewhere was startled at the sudden announcement.

"Why the hell are they doing this now? To extend the first day? Bullshit! There must be some strings to this!" Someone at the Red light district howled.

"Hays, are the people of the Grand Sects and the Generals watching this? How come it feels like the old fogeys of the Origin World descended to make fun of this event?" Another one complained about a restaurant.

"Haha, come and let us begin. Open the Red Land Gates and I shall collect my dues. Come, I have business with those bastards above me!" A laugh echoed from an auction house armory.

"Fuck off, I'm sleeping!" Someone cursed out from an inn.

The Dragons and Phoenixes rankings have many geniuses both straight-laced and eccentric bastards. Meaning, there were different reactions to the sudden announcement of the old man behind the voice.

There those who were thrilled while there were those who just wanted to mind their own business. But no matter what their reaction was, no one could deny the voice of his enjoyment as his laughter echoed around the Invincible City.

"Hahaha, know this you little young'uns. Those Representatives who do not come to the Red Lands Passage (Gate) in under an hour, you will be forfeited and your name will be blacklisted on the Origin Passage for fifty years! Try and ignore my call if you dare!"

Those who had been cussing out became frantic all of a sudden and left for the Red Passage with haste. They did not want any of those punishments so they hurried along like their lives depended on it.

Wang Ling and his batch who had nothing better to do also listened to the instructions of the old man and left for the Red Land Passage.

The Red Land Passage was not the gate that leads to the Red Lands. It was rather one of the many worlds of the Red Lands that the Ten Year Bout event uses to accommodate the Jade Hunt event.

It was located at a place called Invincible Tower. This tower was the size of a two-story building and when one enters the building, they do end up in the Red Lands Passage.

This Red Land Passage can only be opened a single time over the span of ten years, making it the perfect place where the second even to take hold. The Second Event was a simple battle royal where you search for the Jade Stick of two representatives.

Just outside of the Red Lands Passage Entrance (name of the building), every examinee of both genders were present. Some looked nice while some looked like they had just gotten out of some steamy business,

With the arrival of Wang Ling's group, the voice of the old man was heard, "Those who was at the Trial Elimination, step forth and enter the Passage! You will be the first to go in as you people will gain a five minutes advantage over your opponents as a way to show we are not bullying those who just finished their fights!"

Wang Ling had no problem with that and stepped forth and ignored the others. He entered the passage together with the rest and as he did, he found himself all alone without anyone with him in the middle of a forest.

He looked around and saw the blue skies. He looked around and only saw the green trees. He sighed as he thought, "This is going to be a long one."

Thirty minutes later, everyone finally got to enter!
