Consequently, activating his bloodline did not cause any harm for Wang Ling as it increases the effects of his angelic qi, elemental manipulation, regeneration, and overall mental capabilities.

He could feel his control towards the Heavenly Flames to strengthen and its rate of regeneration also significantly increased, "Once this is over, I'll start with the second ignition of the Heavenly Flames and the Hell Flames."

Wang Ling looked up at Xiao Jianfa and took in deep breathes. Xiao Jianfa's attacks were sharp and were hard to follow. If he wanted to fight without worry, he needs the Shroud of Sanctifying Blaze to release from the cage of being pressured.

He crouched downwards and with both hands resting on the side, the ground cracked and an explosion that rocked the mountains boomed and Wang Ling's figure reappeared in front of Xiao Jianfa as if he was a beast pouncing at his prey.

Xiao Jianfa did not miss Wang Ling coming for him and as he saw Wang Ling moving like a missile out to get him, he bursts out laughing, "Good! Come at me with all your might!"

The earlier feeling of danger that haunted Xiao Jianfa disappeared, it was replaced by the powerful intent to fight the swordsman in front of him.

Xiao Jianfa slashed down at Wang Ling with his sword. A gust of wind followed the descend of Xiao Jianfa's sword. Wang Ling chose to dodge Xiao Jianfa's sword as he twisted his body.

Wang Ling poised himself to stab Xiao Jianfa in the neck. Xiao Jianfa used his left hand and punched Wang Ling's left hand upwards deflecting the blow but not entirely as the short sword managed to graze him near the eye.

Wang Ling felt his left hand numbed, but with the Shroud of Sanctifying Blaze, Wang Ling managed to quickly shake off the numbness.

With the numbness out of Wang Ling's hands. He quickly moved both hands towards Xiao Jianfa's nape. Holding him on the back of his head, Wang Ling gathered his sword qi into his knee and shot forth towards Xiao Jianfa.

Wang Ling tried to connect, but Xiao Jianfa reacted quickly enough to return the gesture of being kneed with a headbutt that used a forehead coated with sword qi and spirit qi.

The two strikes canceled each other out and both his arms were then held by Xiao Jianfa. Ignoring the heat of Wang Ling's flames, Xiao Jianfa threw Wang Ling away and then bombarded him with multiple wind strikes.

Wang Ling was in no proper position to even retaliate, but as he rode in the momentum of being thrown, Wang Ling slashed out and canceled out Xiao Jianfa's wind slashes.

By ignoring the ones that would not hit any vitals, Wang Ling released Vanquishing Blade and Retribution without hesitation whatsoever.

His body was being cut, but he cared not for it will heal. By the time Wang Ling finally managed to steady himself, Wang Ling was about fifty meters away from Xiao Jianfa.

Wang Ling cleared away Xiao Jianfa's wind strike and gathered qi into his palms, "White Sun!"

Wang Ling threw a ball of flame, towards Xiao Jianfa. It was promptly slashed into two parts but as a path was created and the two sides of the White Sun went pass Xiao Jianfa, Wang Ling closed his hands and detonated the ball of flames.

A smokescreen was made block Xiao Jianfa's vision. Xiao Jianfa only laughed at this kind of tactic and with a swing of his sword, the smokescreen was blown away.

Behind the smokescreen though were two White Sun waiting for Xiao Jianfa.

Boom!

An explosion happened and it rocked the mountains. A bigger smokescreen was created and when Xiao Jianfa was ready to blow the smokescreen away, a dreadful feeling emerged from beyond the smokescreens.

Boundless killing intent and bloodlust appeared, and Xiao Jianfa who was a battle-hardened cultivator felt his blood grow cold. His expression changed and for an instant, his reaction dulled.

His face became serious as the smirked on his face disappeared. That boundless killing intent was rocking him to his core. His mind became unstable and while in this state.

Xiao Jianfa sensed something was coming for him from behind. That thick and boundless killing intent appeared from behind and without a moment's of hesitation, he turned around and his qi shot up from middle-grand saint stage to level-3 dominion realm.

That abrupt rise came to a grinding halt when Xiao Jianfa saw Wang Ling coming for him. Although his cultivation had stopped at level-3 domination realm, the strike he had mage was still going on in its intended path.

Xiao Jianfa cursed, he knew that if he continued any longer his sword would gravely injure Wang Ling so he forcefully redirects his sword to the side.

As if Wang Ling knew such a thing would happen, he twisted his body and in one swift motion, he turned his blades to Xiao Jianfa's neck. With his right hand holding a sword on Xiao Jianfa's neck and his left hand with the short sword about to pointed at the chest, Wang Ling looked at Xiao Jianfa and announced with a cheeky smirk.

"You lose, grandfather."
