The man that had just arrived looked like he was in his 40s, he was radiating with power. Below his feet was a spirit beast that was mix between an elephant and a falcon, it was a [Terror Winged-Elephant] and was also at the night level of nascent soul stage.

As Wang Ling and Bai Xue hid inside the foliage, the level-9 nascent soul stage man flew down. The devil cultivators saw this man descend and all of them kneeled down to show their loyalty and respect.

The Second Senior stepped forth and bowed down to the man and called out, "Master Black."

The man called Master Black raised his hand as if to say such pleasantries wasn't needed. Turning his head over towards the Ancient Devil Wyvern, the man smiled in recognition which made Second Senior have a celebratory smile on his face.

"Where is the sacrifices? We best enter the Devil Palace before the sunrises. I don't want those pesky 'righteous' sects meddling in my business."

Second Senior bowed his head before calling out the other devil cultivator. He made them bring the sacrifices in front of Master Black. There were thirteen women and thirteen men tied up and had blindfolds covering their eyes.

Most of them were sobbing while some had lost all hope and had rescind themselves to their eventual fates.

"Please, don't kill us. I don't want to die, I don't want to die…" their cries were heartbreaking but Master Black just look at them with indifference and commanded the devil cultivators to take a sacrifice each.

Soon, twenty-six devil cultivators walked over and held the sacrifices by the hair. They raised them up and took out red daggers from their storage rings. Placing them by the neck, the devil cultivators waited for Master Black's commands.

Taking out a red mattress and placing it in front of him, Master Black cried out, "Oh devil, grant us the power and pave the way for the Palace of the great Devil King, open the barrier erected by the [Holy Race]!"

Master Black took out a red dagger himself and stabbed it into the red mattress. Red light burst forth and the devil cultivators who held the lives of the sacrifices beheaded them with a clean horizontal slice.

Blood spurted out like a fountain, but no blood found its way on the ground. A suction force appeared from the red light. The blood was sucked into the red light and coagulated to form a spear.

The blood spear hovered in the air. Spirit qi that was out of this world swept the area. The devil cultivators began revering the blood spear. Master Black raised his head in reverence and grabbed the blood spear.

"The [True Devil Spear] has appeared, oh great True Devils, may your weapon break the barrier that binds your kin and let me inherit its power." Master Black slowly positioned himself and threw the True Devil Spear with all his might,

The True Devil Spear that was made from the coagulation of blood and light from hell. The True Devil Spear was not a weapon, but a formation, it was used to break through barriers such as the barrier in front of them.

The True Devil Spear rendered the air and let out the wails of souls. Its barrier, that was the barrier, reacted to the presence of the True Devil Spear and immediately broke out with a resplendent light.

Blue light shot up before turning into a white beast that was ready to meet with the True Devil Spear. The beast that had been formed span over twenty meters large, the spear was only two meters in length and was not even wider than three inches.

The white beast roared out wanting to rebuke the existence of the spear. But the spear cared not for the presence of the beast and sustained its speed. The spear clashed with the beast and night became as clear as day around the back of the mountain.

The Ancient Creed Mountain experience shaking that reached Creed City. Those who were already tucked and was sleeping in Creed City woke up and came out of their lodgings.

After coming out, they saw it, a white light coming from the back of the mountain. They could only see the flashes of light, but they could feel the immensity of the pressure coming from that light.

"Is a weapon being birthed? Or is a tomb opening? What is happening to the Ancient Creed Mountain?"

One of the onlookers questioned but none managed to answer this question. They too were in the dark without any information they can speak of. The earthquake stopped and entire Ancient Creed Mountain became eerily quiet.

No one made a sound and soon after, the clouds that was over the mountain parted and a seemingly invisible curtain enveloping the peak of the mountain appeared. The curtain was torn apart as a red light passed by and as the white curtain was shredded to pieces, the peak of the mountain trembled and an ancient palace appeared.

The palace was big and was even larger than the Peak of Ancient Creed Mountain. The palace radiated devilish might and those who saw it trembled.

The people of the Creed City began to tremble as the aura of slaughter and destruction entered their hearts. In that instant, everyone who saw that palace trembled in fear.

Wang Ling and Bai Xue watched as the peak was replaced with the palace. But through Wang Ling's eyes, he saw no palace but a battleground. Although the aura of devil was present, there was another qi in there. That qi made his bloodline roar.

That was not the only thing he saw. The shredded curtain was quickly reassembling itself. A great attraction force erupted and the 1 kilometer radius suddenly became a vacuum. The qi of the world was absorbed by that curtain and the barrier that had been destroyed was being erected once again.

The formation was not enough to completely destroy it, but that was not the only thing happening as not only was the qi being suck in by the curtain, but the devil cultivators, trees, rocks, and everything that was in the 1 kilometer radius was flying into the barrier.

Everything that was sucked in disappeared. The hundreds of devil cultivators disappeared and Master Black who was the strongest of them all was also sucked inside and the only one who has yet to be pulled inside that place was Wang Ling who had already transformed into a devil just so he can fly away.

But it was as if the barrier had a never ending hate for him that the instant he transformed into a devil, the suction force increased. His attempt to flee was destroyed and together with Bai Xue who also failed to flee was force to enter that barrier.

"Shit, I hate being trap inside this things. Wang Ling, you better be thinking how we're to get out of here." That was Bai Xue's last words as they entered the barrier.

Wang Ling was silent all throughout the experience.

Creed City.

The palace that had replaced the peak of Ancient Creed Mountain disappeared as the white curtain was rebuilt and the red light did too. No one really knew what happened but as the palace disappeared, so did the oppression and as soon as the oppression and fear disappeared from their hearts. Despite the earlier occurrence, most of the people present started entering the Ancient Creed Mountain as soon as possible.

A fierce gust of wind hit Wang Ling's face as he and Bai Xue found themselves falling down.

The two of them immediately brought out their wings and flew down carefully. Wang Ling and Bai Xue landed on the ground and they immediately started looking around. The place they were in was a forest, but the trees around them was not the same kind as the trees in Ancient Creed Mountain.

The trees around them had no leaves in them and the surrounding area looked like an ancient battlefield with craters everywhere. The area was littered with skeletons that had been around for god knows how long.

Wang Ling walked into one of the skeletons and tried picking up a weapon, but as soon as he picked up the sword on the ground, it turned to sand. The weapons were so old that they didn't have value even as a scrap metal anymore.

"This place is a [Mini World]." Wang Ling remarked as he looked around. He had been into many Mini Worlds before, and although they were called Mini Worlds, the area they encompassed vary.

A single Mini World might be as large as a city while others might be as big as the entire continent of Blazing Wing.

"Where should we go? This place was opened by those devil cultivators, and we don't know why and have no other information regarding this place." Bai Xue hopped on Wang Ling's head and started rambling.

"I don't know where we should go, but I think we should head for that place." Pointing at the palace atop the highest mountain, Wang Ling continued, "The exit is most likely there, but there should be a lot of devil cultivators there. Fights is going to be unavoidable if we go there."

"Let's get this over with and kill those that needed to be killed and run from those we can't touch." Said Bai Xue which Wang Ling agreed to without any hesitation.

Wang Ling turned to look at the castle and saw the Terror Winged-Elephant flying over to the mountain. On the back of the Terror Winged-Elephant was a figure which Wang Ling could vaguely make out as Master Black and beside Master Black was seven other people. Wang Ling knew one of these people was Second Senior, as for the other six people, Wang Ling didn't know any of them.

Bai Xue watch too but her body jolted as she sensed people coming their way.

"Two devil cultivators, one is a level-1 nascent soul stage while the other is on the second level. So, are we running away again?" Bai Xue asked.

"No, there's no need. Just like you said, kill those who can be killed and run away from those we can't. Besides, we already know where the devil cultivators won't be looking for us even if some of them dies here. This place is, after all a Mini World.

"We can kill as much as we want and plunder their treasures if we want to."

Wang Ling said and quickly made his move. Wang Ling made his move and went to kill those who were coming his way. Taking out his sword and unfurling his wings, Wang Ling quickly found his and targets.

The two devil cultivators saw Wang Ling and felt the thick killing intent coming from him and immediately registered him as an enemy. They took out their swords and tried to fight him but Wang Ling did not care about their retaliation.

With a sword in hand, Wang Ling moved like a lightning as his he broke through the sound barrier and began slicing through the flesh of the level-1 nascent souls stage devil cultivator.

Wang Ling moved in and started his attack from the waist before separating his body in two different parts. The devil cultivator's companion was just about to assist but Bai Xue who had been resting on Wang Ling's head jumped over and transformed into her Black Tiger form.

Activing Phantom Claws, she began tearing her enemy apart. The head of his enemy was crush under her large claws and finally turned his body into paste as she brutally smashed it with her weight alone.

Wang Ling then plundered their valuables before burning them to ashes. After doing so, Wang Ling and Bai Xue moved along and went around to see if they can find anyone to kill.

His original targets of spirit beast bloodline might be gone outside Ancient Creed Mountain. But this was a Mini World that's mysterious enough to let him dread that some spirit beast with a devil bloodline must be here somewhere.

And just as his mind was wondering if there was a spirit beast in here, he heard a roar coming from somewhere.
