《Dysfunctional – An Assassin’s Guide To Reincarnating In Another World》Dysfunctional - An Assassin's Guide To Reincarnating In Another World

Well, this has been a really annoying week. The other races, have been rapidly occupying the unoccupied areas in this world and that was forcing me to reshuffle my monsters around so that they won't be spotted and destroyed.
The Dwarves were using Earth Magic to build small fortresses all over the place and they were quite well guarded, sneaking past one of those looks near impossible. Unless, you know, you've got a Stealth barrier at your disposal.
Of course, them expanding their territory this much is concerning, so I want to have my monsters keep an eye on them, but the problem is that most of my monsters are too big for reconnaissance without being spotted, so I had to summon most of them back, they were all currently hanging out in the underground dinosaur cavern.
I then focused on mobilizing and spreading out pretty much all my smaller monsters...it wasn't as thorough as before, with plenty of blind spots, but it was the best I could do while staying unnoticed.
I was limited to using Snow Serpents, Lava Serpents, Sea Serpents, Goblins, Phoenixes and Devilrats, and I had Fuo using her Pixies and Imps to cover as many of my blindspots as possible.
Oh, and I had Az cast invisibility spells over all the monsters I sent out, so that they'd be harder to spot by anyone from the opposing sides that I was spying on.
I was finally done spreading my monsters out, and I was fucking exhausted. I'd managed to send some of my monsters into the part of the planet that used to be the floating island, and I've been observing the other races...looks like they've named themselves the Laus Domain.
But more interestingly, it seems like Belia announced to them that she was going to be attacking them on the 20th...which is today.
And in light of that, it looks like the other races had put a pause to their territorial expansion, they'd taken over most of the unoccupied land anyway, the only places they hadn't taken over yet were the three remaining nations, the mountain range between Abyss and Silvland, the snowy area between Silvland and the Rustlands, the grassy plains on either side of Silvland, and of course, the oceans and the wasteland area.
Pretty much the entirety of the rest of the planet was under their occupation now, they were putting themselves in strong positions to suppress any human dissent, or eliminate all of humanity if that's the route they want to go.

Oh, and on the other side of that coin, they were leaving the heart of the Laus Domain vulnerable to Belia's Dimensional Magic transportation, which she'd used to twice cripple the Rustlands.
After all, with so many of their combatants spread out to man their fortresses, it severely weakens the fighting power at the core of their domain. Is it possible that they don't know about Belia's Dimensional Magic? That seems unlikely, she knew all of Sant's powers, so it only stands to reason that he knows hers. But if they do know, then this makes no sense.
Well, if Belia and Silvland really are planning to attack the other races today, then the best case scenario for us would be if both sides effectively wipe each other out...yeah, that'd be really nice...

Point-of-View: Belia Lasmodeus
———————————————————————————
I don't know if I should be disappointed or excited...the way Sant has spread his forces out makes it really, really easy for me to deal a devastating blow to his side. I'll launch the attack in about, say...an hour? Yeah, that sounds good!
Now, then, where exactly should I attack? Hm, I think I'll go with...the Elves! Of all the races, they're the strongest on average, so taking out a sizeable chunk of their population should help even the balance of power in the world right now.
Considering how entertaining the Rustlands has been for the past few years, it'd be a real shame to let it get crushed by the Laus Domain like a bug, that would be so anti-climactic. More or less half the approximate five million-strong population of the Laus Domain had been sent out to expand their territory and build up structures to claim the unoccupied lands.
And of the approximately two and a half million that had stayed back in the heart of the Laus Domain, the majority were young, elderly or are responsible for tasks other than combat, such as the Dwarf blacksmiths. And a little over six hundred thousand of those that remained in the Laus Domain were Elves.
My forces number over seven hundred thousand strong, and yes, while most of those are lacking in real skill, my four sidekicks and four remaining summons should prove to be quite effective. Especially since I've all but fully earned the trust of the latter.
I then looked up as someone knocked on my door, before swinging it open without waiting for a reply...Shiro, of course. A few weeks back, he walked in on me while I was trying on a few different outfits since I was getting bored of my current outfit, and he ended up seeing...pretty much everything.

That was the worst. I can still see that hungry, lustful look on his face, as he burnt the image of my naked body into his eyes, until I hit him with a blast of wind and shut the door in irritation.
Ever since then, he regularly barges in, only to look disappointed when he sees me fully-clothes. This time, though, he looked more annoyed than disappointed...
"Hey, you told us that we're supposed to attack the other races today, but you haven't even told us what time yet, let alone the plan!" He snapped with a look of exasperation, "You always do this-!"
"Calm down, I literally just finished coming up with my plan," I replied sheepishly, "We'll leave in about fifty minutes, go get everyone to gather. We're gonna be attacking the Elves, we'll keep going for as long as possible before their reinforcements arrive and it becomes too much to handle. Happy now?"
"...mind sharing the specifics?" He inquired with a sigh.
"Sheesh, fine. I teleport and spread everyone throughout the Elf village and put up an imperceptible, durable, soundproof barrier, which will also prevent teleporting either into or out of it. It should be strong enough that only Sant and the Elemental Sages will be able to break through it, so, you know...run wild with it," I explained with a shrug.
"Not your worst plan, I suppose," He responded, as he headed out, now that he'd gotten what he wanted.
"Hey! Oh, don't forget to get everyone to gather, 'kay!?" I called out as he walked away.
"Whatever," Came the reply, as he shut the door and left.
Is that a yes? I really can't tell with him sometimes...
...
About forty-five minutes later, I was hovering above the castle grounds, where most of the troops had gathered. I decided to leave behind about a hundred thousand of them, just so that the place wasn't left completely defenseless.
With the current state of the world, even I can't afford to be too careless...after all, if I lose Silvland, it'll make generating chaos tougher...having an army gives me a lot of options.
Of the six hundred thousand I'm transporting to the Elf village, I plan to withdraw them after, at most, two hundred thousand of them die. Whatever happens, I won't let humans go extinct...with how naturally peaceful and honest the other races are, it'd be pretty much impossible to stir up chaos if humans are taken out of the equation.
Alright, then, guess I need to give an inspiring speech to motivate the troops...ugh, this gets more and more annoying each time I do it, it was fun at one point, but that point had passed a while ago...
"Greetings, o'holy citizens of Silvland! Today, we embark on a holy crusade against God's enemies who, uh...crawled up from hell in response to the incredible work that you all have been doing in vanquishing the accumulation of sin in this land! They wish to kill you all, therefore, we must strike them down, as such is God's will! After that, we shall finally erase all remaining traces of the accumulated sin by at long last slaying the blasphemous former princess, Agatha Silvland!"
I let out a quiet sigh as the cheers rang out all around me...how annoying. The whole point of chaos is that it's supposed to be fun...but the circumstances are such that I have to think things through more than I usually prefer to.
No, I need to look at it from a different perspective...yeah, I need to get through this period of caution, because once I do, I can go back to ramping up chaos with no second thought and absolute freedom.
After all, it would suck if I was to get killed due to carelessness, because that would mean that I'd end up missing out on whatever happens next in this world, I'd miss out on all the potential chaos to come.
This is literally the most entertaining time period I've experienced in my over fifteen centuries of existence, I'll be damned if I don't get to see it through till the end, I want to be in the thick of things until this epic saga of death and mayhem razes this world to the ground...

AI means Artificial Intelligence. But those words don't match Al, either of them. Neither Artificial, nor Intelligent. At least not at the beginning. I wager that there is no difference. But what will he think?

The Pharaoh's Dancer
"Do you know what to do, Amunet?" A voice as sweet as silk whispered into the young girl's ear. Amunet didn't look over her shoulder, but shifted uncomfortably on her bare feet before nodding her head. A soft hand touched her back and urged her forward. All eyes turned towards the girl dressed in transparent linen with her dark hair tumbling down her back and her violet eyes lined by kohl. Every movement caused the jewels on her wrists and ankles to dangle and shimmer in the light. She raised her head and found the Pharaoh's transfixed stare. His jade eyes narrowed in on hers and the room became still and silent.
