Point-of-View: Sylvar Miirphys
———————————————————————————
Is this really happening!? Is it an illusion? No, it isn't...he really just summoned tens of thousands of monsters with a literal snap of his fingers. There are so many of them...I recognize a lot of the different types from the history book illustrations...Giants, Abominable Snowmen, Giant Spiders, Werewolves, Two-Headed Alligators, Hydras, Firefoxes, Giant Poison Frogs...and so many more...
"Do not falter, Sylvar, the fact that he summoned so many monsters means that he himself is no threat to us by his lonesome!" Exclaimed Bell, before firing out a massive lightning bolt and destroying a few hundred of the monsters.
She then finished transforming, her hair standing up wildly as a bright electric glow shone out from her eyes and hair, powerful streaks of lightning crackling all around her.
"Oh, so then you're the Lightning Sage...and I'm guessing that makes you the Wind Sage? Interesting...this might be more of a challenge than I thought, I think I just might go all out. I am Kuro Black, the ruler of Abyss, The Dark Nation, and I'll advise you not to underestimate me," He remarked with a dark smirk, before snapping his fingers and adding, "Well, I guess I don't need these anymore."
As he snapped his fingers, all the monsters he summoned vanished in an instant, just like that. And then, he transformed...dark black wings grow out of his back, curved spikes extended out from his elbows, two horns formed, one on either side of his head and a third eye opened on his forehead, as a red marking pattern formed on his face and arms.
Those horns and that third eye...those are definitely features of Demonic possession...he must have resisted getting his mind taken over. But those wings and that tail...those look like Vampire features.
But that can't be...how could a human absorb the powers of a Vampire? Is that even possible-...no, it clearly is possible, by the looks of it. This guy's the real deal...I need to transform too or I'm dead.
Green streaks appeared in my hair and my eyes began glowing, as wind swirled around me...I then took my spear into my hands, before focusing my gaze on Kuro, who drew out a pair of swords.
"It is time for you to die!" Exclaimed Bell, drawing out a couple of small hidden daggers, before rushing towards Kuro in a destructive flash of lightning, the sky darkening and crackling with lightning as she shot forward at a blinding speed.
As she closed in on him and flung a couple of daggers at him, he swiftly evaded her by flying straight up and then firing a large, pressurized blast of water down at her, which struck her and knocked her down with a gasp of pain, her lightning going a bit haywire.

I think he just effectively short-circuited her...still, I doubt that would keep her down for long, but my bigger concern is Kuro's reaction time...he reacted to her speed so effortlessly, he seems to be more or less about the same speed as her but his reaction time is seriously insane.
He then rapidly swooped down towards me while forming a massive fireball...no, that can't be right. This shouldn't be possible...he has both Fire and Water Magic? But how?
Damn it, I don't have time to think...! I coated my spear in intense wind and swung it up at him, he swiftly blocked it with one of his blades, but it wasn't enough to stop my attack, as the wind around the blade of my spear burst out upon impact and shredded off his skin and flesh-...wait, what the hell is up with his skeleton!?
There's barely a scratch on it, and he's healing rapidly, his flesh is regenerating at a stunning rate...I then narrowly evaded as he swung his tail at my head, the edge of it scratching the side of my forehead and cutting off a few hair strands. I coated my spear in wind again and swung it across towards the left side of his head.
He flung the blade in his left hand straight up and stopped my spear with his bare hand, the skin and flesh on his left hand and arm getting shredded off but the bone remained intact. Did he just...deliberately let his skin and flesh get torn off, just to prove a point?
His expression says...yes. He met my gaze with a slight smirk, before tightening his grip on the blade of my spear with his partially exposed hand...and then, with the utmost of ease, the blade of my spear shattered like glass, into dozens of tiny little pieces.
N-no way, impossible...that blade is supposed to be harder than diamond-...he then grabbed the handle and swung his right foot at me, striking my chest and face in a blindingly rapid double kick, breaking the ribs in my upper right chest as well as my nose.
I let out a gasp of pain as blood poured out of my nose, before he swiftly spun me around and powerfully slammed his left foot just below the base of my neck, cracking my collarbone and sending me flying back at a breakneck speed, crashing and skidding along the ground painfully, before slamming onto a large rock and letting out a sharp cry of pain, blood pouring out of my mouth.
He's fast, but it's on par with our speed, and the same goes for his strength. So on paper, we should be dominating this fight since we outnumber him...but the fact that our power levels are similar to his own is irrelevant. Because the bottom line is that he's way more skilled that we are, and a lot more sturdy too...his skeleton is incredibly dense, and on top of that, his healing capabilities are unreal.

Suddenly, a massive lightning bolt blasted down at him from the sky, one big enough to wipe out a large building. It burst forth with a blinding flash of electric light and a violent, devastating crackle, nearly deafening me. Bell was back on her feet, a triumphant look on her face as the blast kicked up a huge dust cloud, the air all around the blast site crackling and sparking violently.
As the dust cleared, to reveal a huge smoking crater, there was no sign of Kuro...did she just wipe out all trace of him?
I saw for sure that he got caught up in that...w-we did it...we beat him-...my line of thought was then cut-off as bright orangish-red flames suddenly burst out from the middle of the crater...and he reappeared, without so much as a scratch on him, along with a displeased look on his face. What...what did he just do?
"Huh, I got careless, that was way too sloppy on my part...alright, then, that's it, no more holding back," He remarked with a dark look in his eyes, shifting his gaze to Bell, who flinched a bit, before gritting her teeth and tightening the grip on her daggers, lightning blazing all around her like a massive electric aura.
And then, he vanished again...before reappearing behind her, one of his blades raised. She spun around in alarm and began to jump away, but she was too slow, as he slashed across at her torso diagonally, cutting through deeply, blood pouring out as she let of a cry of pain and collapsed onto the ground with a look of agony, clutching the wound as her body trembled.
He then pointed his tail at her with a purple ball of dark light forming at the end of it...before he could fire it, I scrambled to my feet and fired out a blast of pressurized wind at him, forcing him to jump away. I then shot towards him at my top speed while firing out a barrage of wind blasts at him, landing in front of Bell.
Alright, time to get serious, here goes nothing...I formed a massive storm by violently twisting and swirling the air all around the area, creating a hurricane-like mass of wind around us. This should do some damage, or at least slow him d-...he responded by suddenly increasing the size of his wings and rapidly flying through the gusts of wind with ease.
Oh, come on!
He then vanished...crap, behind me-...oh, no, double crap, I fucked up...he's reappeared right in front of me. He suddenly fired out a sticky web net from his hands, which wrapped around my body before I could react, restraining me.
He then shot out a bolt of lightning at me, striking my midsection and electrocuting me, knocking me down as my body went stiff and numb...damn it, even if I wasn't ensnared in this web, I wouldn't be able move right now...
Ow, my skin is burning...is this net coated in some kind of acid? He then charged up a large purple blast in his hand, pointing it at me...that looks like bad news, I-I think I'm going to die here...I grimaced as he aimed the blast at me, bracing myself...
"What's with that look? Don't forget...you two attacked me first," He stated icily, his eyes reflecting his murderous intent.
Right as he fired the blast at me, Bell reached out with a stifled gasp of pain, grabbed my ankle and teleported us away, just before the blast could hit me...we were back on the beach.
"Ahhh, damn it, that bastard!" Bell screamed hoarsely, before violently coughing, blood pouring out of her mouth, her skin extremely pale, "I think...that I...I am poisoned...I need to...cast a toxin extraction spell....so keep quiet...I shall need to...focus..."
"Good...luck...with that. And...once you're done...could you...heal me too?" I requested, wincing in pain from all the injuries I'd gotten.
"Tch...figure out how to do it yourself."

———————————————————————————
Tch, they got away...after the way that Halfling girl lost her shit after I mentioned that I'm human, it seemed inevitable that we'd have conflicts with the other races, so I thought it'd be a good tactical move to get rid of two of their Elemental Sages...but fighting two of them at once was tougher than I thought, they're not as skilled with their elements as Az is with his water and ice, but they're still really powerful.
I didn't expect them to actually manage to kill me, good thing I activated Phoenix Resurrection beforehand, that was a close one...I definitely should have taken that fight less lightly, I underestimated them. One on one I'm confident that I can take them, but two at a time might be tough. Heh, that's what she said...
