Point-of-View: Fuo Wesroh
———————————————————————————
What's going on...? Flare guns are being fired up all over the place, I could see rising streaks of red-colored smoke all over...and they're not clumped in one area or anything, they're well-spread out...this seems really bad. I felt a vibration coming from my pouch and reached inside it...oh, one of my Call spells is ringing.
I took it out and ran my Mana through it, forming the communication link. This Call Spell Card is linked to someone from the Guild, one of the administrators, I think...I gulped nervously, before talking into it hesitantly.
"Hello?"
"Miss Wesroh? This is an emergency, hundreds, maybe even a few thousand, enemies suddenly appeared at the center of the Rustlands, before spreading out and running wild, as they currently are...we don't know where they came from, but they must have used some form of teleportation that the protective barriers cannot defend against, so it's safe to assume that they were brought here by Belia Lasmodeus. Spread word to the other Adventurers as soon as possible, whoever these people are, they're not just attacking our Adventurers, they're attacking any and all civilians they come across as well, even women and children!"
"That's-...understood, I'll relay the message," I replied affirmatively, before flying up and looking around, trying to spot the nearest Adventurer to me...I'm really glad I got the ability to fly without using Vampire Mode.
There, I see someone! Oh, it looks like two people...good, I can spread word faster this way. I zipped down towards them, landing on top of the wall next to them...it's Selesa and Lusk.
"Oh, hey, Fuo! Listen, I need your help...can you convince this guy to use his tentacles to-."
"Please help me," He pleaded with me, trying to get away from her.
"We don't have time for this, didn't you two see the flares!? We're under attack, we need to spread the word and then quickly subdue the threat. Don't use the summoning spell, there are apparently a lot of enemies, so we need to divide and conquer, we can't afford to fight them in teams if they outnumber us, that'll leave too many of them unattended...we just have to hope that we can outmatch them enough to negate their numbers advantage. Got it?" I relayed and instructed them as quickly and briefly as I could.
"Right, I understand," Responded Lusk, his face turning serious before he ran off swiftly, going off to relay the message.
"That was a lotta info you dropped on me all at once...could you repeat it?" Asked Selesa sheepishly.
...how did this idiot even make it to S-Rank?
I then noticed a commotion somewhere below us...smoke was flowing up from the side of a building, and I could hear the faint sound of screams...and the way Selesa's dog ears were twitching and her expression, she could hear it too.
"Let's go check that out," I remarked with a grimace, flying towards the smoke.

"Wait for me!" Called out Selesa, following after me, "The zippy way you fly, it's kinda like an annoying bug."
...she's the one who's annoying.
As we closed in on where the smoke was coming from, I got a better look at what was going on...they all look like normal humans, but their physical strength and magic are all around A-Rank...I count at least forty of them here...how are there so many of them? None of the other nations should have this many A-Ranked Adventurers...no, the way they're fighting, it's clear that most of them are amateurs. What's going on here?
Well, I don't have time to think about it, I need to stop them, they're killing the civilians! Good, the sun is still out...I rapidly began gathering solar energy, letting it fill my body...I had learnt to let it course through my entire body instead of just my palms, not only does it let me fire several blasts for a significant amount of time, but it also made me three times stronger and faster, it only takes ten seconds to finish absorbing, lasts for about five minutes if I don't use any huge massive blasts, indefinitely if I don't fire any at all, AND it restores my stamina.
This way, I can keep Vampire Mode in reserve...or combine it with Vampire Mode for an even greater boost. I then zipped down towards them, evading as one fired a chunk of earth at me, and then quickly flying up as another fired a slash of water at me. I then swiftly pointed my hands at each of them and fired out powerful Solar Beams at them, piercing one through the chest and the other through the middle of the face, killing them instantly.
As Selesa swooped down and tore a couple of heads off with her hand-blades, I formed an ice spear and slashed one of their throats, before springing back as another leapt towards towards me and swung a sword down at me, shattering the tip of my spear as I swung it across to deflect the sword.
She began to drive the blade towards me, but before she could, I swiftly fired another Solar Beam at her, piercing through her heart and killing her. I then quickly formed a pair of ice blades and spun myself around swiftly, slashing off a couple of heads as two more sprang up on either side of me.
Meanwhile, Selesa was firing powerful slashes of wind to tear them apart...and they were all pretty terrible at blocking and dodging. And their attacks aren't great either, they're powerful, but very erratic and random, they're just swinging and firing wildly, hoping to connect as much as possible.
We may be outnumbered, but they're outclassed. Looks like we're about halfway done with the enemies in this area, and the civilians that were being attacked had managed to escape already. I hope it's going better elsewhere throughout the Rustlands...
"You...I know you, you're a filthy blasphemer who abandoned our holy nation!" Yelled one of the remaining enemies in this area, pointing at Selesa, "Where is the blasphemous former princess!?"

"In yo mama's STD-infested dickhole!" Came the response, followed by decapitation as she shot towards him and swung her right hand across at his neck.
It didn't take long after that to finish off the rest, I let out a sigh of relief as I killed the last one, the solar energy throughout me starting to fade. I better absorb some more, the sun is going to set soon. On another note...
"Hey, Selesa, are these people...?" I inquired with a frown.
"Yeah, pretty sure they're from Silvland...actually, I'm almost a hundred percent sure since that last guy called me a blasphemer. It's weird though...they're all like, A or S-Ranked level, though they don't know very much how to fight...this is strange," She responded with a frown...oh, right, she's such an idiot that I forgot that she was apparently good at deductions.
Suddenly, in the distance, a mass of ice burst up, the top of it visible above the buildings...no question about who's over there. That area should be secure then, I doubt he needs any help.
"So, then, Silvland is attacking us? Which means that they've joined forces with Belia Lasmodeus. But why?" I asked in confusion.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Came another voice from above us...that voice, was it K-...no, it's the right voice, but that tone...n-no, impossible..., "No way, it can't be...you should be dead...Shiro."
Not only is he alive...but based on his eyes and fingernails, he's gotten possessed by a Demon and resisted it taking control of his mind. That means he's even more powerful that he was before.
"Hey, you, horny slut!" He called out to Selesa with a lustful gaze, "You can join our side if you agree to become my fuck toy!"
'Our' side? So, then he's with Belia Lasmodeus too? This is bad...
"That's, um...a hard offer to turn down-."
"Hey!" I snapped with a glare.
"Kidding! After all, the good guys will probably win, and that'll make me look pretty stupid if I defect to the bad guys," She replied sheepishly.
I swear...
"Hm, that's too bad, you weren't a half-bad fuck...but I guess I'll have to kill you," He sighed, pretending to be remorseful, before breaking out into a wide smirk, "I'll crush you both, especially you, Fuo...you cost me big time, I'm gonna majorly fuck you up for that!"
"Oh, yeah? I'd like to see you try...," I growled in reply, as I entered Demonic Vampire Mode...he's sorely mistaken if he thinks he can beat me that easily...

Point-of-View: Belia Lasmodeus
———————————————————————————
Screams of women and children, people pleading for their lives and running around like cockroaches, the scent of blood in the air...this is exactly the kind of chaos I hoped for! Looks like Shiro and Hacte already ran off to have their fun.
I won't use Observation Magic to watch them the whole time though, I'll just check on Shiro every so often to make sure he won't go after Kuro...speaking of whom, too bad, it doesn't look like he'll be waking up for a while yet.
Oh, well, we can save him for next time, it'd be a waste to kill him unless he's at his best. Now, then, I think I'll go find someone strong to fight, it's my first time actively participating instead of just watching it all play out from the sidelines, after all, so I should find someone good. I'll unleash the ten Demons I've got stored up a bit later, it's still too soon to play that card.
I'll look around without using Observation Magic, it's more exciting that way, it'll be a surprise who my first opponent is! I then swiftly flew around, scanning the area as I zipped about rapidly...suddenly, I felt a slight rumble from the west...what was that? Let's check with Observation Magic...oh, what's this, a large mass of ice appeared to the west, a few kilometers away...it's decided, that's where I'm going!
I used a teleport spell to get there instantly, above the ice. A tinge of excitement ran down my spine as I met the gaze of the young man who cast the Ice Magic, sitting atop the mass of ice with a cold glare in his eyes...and inside the ice, were over two hundred of the Silvland troops. This human has fascinated me for a while...if not for all the external power boosts recently, he'd easily be the strongest human to ever exist...just what is he?
I want to find out!
"Judging by your appearance, you're Belia Lasmodeus, right?" He remarked icily, pun intended, before standing up and raising his hand, "I don't care what you are, I'll freeze you, shatter you and then crush you into cold dust..."
Shatter AND crush? Seems a little excessiv-...suddenly, the sky above me darkened, and I looked up to see...a massive, spiky sphere of ice, it was like a meteor...hold on, was he always this strong!? No, he's gotten stronger somehow...even I can't pull off Elemental Magic on this scale, not even close...
This is gonna be fun!

Survival In The Apocalypse
Plot: The era of turmoil has begun. A meteor shower destroyed most of humanity's cities, right after a sudden disaster the world's habitat changed completely. Organisms that were once extinct appeared again, plants and animals quickly changed and evolved strongly. Civilizations that once disappeared have reappeared, unlocking mysteries from tens of thousands of years ago. Dimensional portals appeared, and countless races also followed the portal to the human world. From here the battle for survival between countless races broke out, which can be seen as the darkest pages of history in human history. Overview of the main character: Name: Noah Nickname: Ice Frog. Biography: Parents disappeared at a young age, lived with his brother. After the age of ten, his brother also disappeared. Since then, he has lived in exile at the beginning of the street. Because to continue living, I used to do many jobs, from begging to stealing, I have been in and out of prison many times. Although he is a sinner, Noah is a man of principles, not the type of person who likes to do wrong things. Due to living in a bad environment, Noah's personality is very closed, being a careful person, thinking before and after. He has no passion for gambling or prostitution, he prefers quiet places. Note when reading the story: The series has a slow plot, many gore scenes. Not suitable for short-tempered people, love purple, hate lies. Because it's the apocalypse genre, what's bad in real life is in the story. This is a survival story, not a self-made story, so there is no coloring, bragging, flirting, or going for a walk. As for human values, please read and feel.
