The Legend of Min Hong Chapter 502
Advertisement
The duo currently sat within the carriage with eyes that were lost or seemingly possessed, and in the man's hand was a seal; a mysterious mark which seemed to have been burnt into their palms…
Oddly, they neither nor spoke to one another, and it almost looked like they were both unaware of the other's presence, as the carriage sped along the road headed towards the direction of the Chun Super Clan...
These were none other than the Tribe Leader and Lady of the Village of Sang...
But when once considered the fact that it had taken Min Hong's group a total of two weeks to get to the village of Sang from the Empire when one excluded their mission duration in the land of stones, one can only wonder how these duo were able to reach the Dogon Empire in two days…
This was due to the type of Spirit Beasts that were pulling their carriages; it was a rare breed of spirit beasts that runs and never stop until they die, and there were two of them pulling this carriage...
Thus, they arrived at the Chun Super Clan about half an hour after they crossed the borders of the Dogon Empire, and in less than five minutes afterwards, they were already standing in front of the lazy looking Chun Hai;
"Welcome, Master has been awaiting your arrival…" He said before leading the duo respectfully to their throne hall…
One would think the throne hall would be the location where the meeting would be held, but that was until Patriarch Chun waved his sleeves and the entire throne turned 180 degrees with the back of the throne facing them, and behind this throne was a small door, or more like a small door was embedded into the back of the throne…

Patriarch Chun then slit his palm and slammed it into the back of the thrones as his blood trailed across the several runes etched on the small door, and when this trail of blood finally met at the bottom the entire rune then began to glow with purple light which kept increasing in intensity until it reached a crescendo;
Boom!
The door at the back of the throne exploded into bits but, strangely the golden shards that scattered from this door hung mid-air as a portal spun to life behind the chair; Patriarch Chun then walked in, followed by the Tribe Leader and his wife…
The moment they entered, the portal dispersed as the resulting suction force sucked in all the golden shards towards the back of the chair before the door was reformed once again like it was never broke in the first place, whilst the entire throne rotated back to its normal position…
The trio then arrived on the other end of the portal and found themselves standing in the middle of a massive formation with complicated ancient purple flaming runes which were just dimming off…
This formation was the endpoint of the portal that appeared within the throne room and it had brought them into this strange world which was extremely vast and dark with an ominous aura permeating the entire area…
Furthermore, there were several mounds jutting out of the earth within this place which were erupting with purple flames at irregular intervals, providing the little and only source of light within this landscape…
This place was empty except for a massive throne which was at least 10 meters in height and about 3 meters in width which stood right at the center of the landscape…
On this throne sat a statue, looking into the distance like an overlord overseeing the entire dynasty under his dominion…

It had a black trident upright trident on one hand and the other held the skull of a strange, mythical beast of unknown origins;
"Mighty Emperor… Mighty Emperor, I call to thee!"
Patriarch Chun called out and for about five seconds, there was no response of any sort, until all the mounds jutting from the ground simultaneously erupted with purple flames that were almost ten meters in height;
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
One after the other, they erupted, pouring out flames searing flames which began to gather together at the spot over the head of the statue on the throne…
The flames then gather into a ball of flame which condensed into some sort of ancient script, and then;
Whoosh! Bang!
The flaming ancient script then slammed into the head of the statue as vein like veins of purple flames began to spread out from the head of the statue down to its feet before the eyes of the statue abruptly snapped open;
Boom!
A shockwave spread out in all direction slamming into Patriarch Chun, the Tribe Leader and his wife as they all threw up a mouthful of fresh blood which hovered mid-air, before floating over to the statue…
"Why have you disturbed my hibernation!?"
A deep thick low but growling voice reverberated within the trio as they all grew weak in fear, falling helplessly and weakly to their knees in front of this entity;
"Mighty Emperor, we bring news from Commander Lingzi of the Sang Tribe…" The round tribe leader spoke with his head bowed to the ground;
"You may speak!"
"Thank you, Mighty Emperor… The Bloodline Descendant of the Dawn Sovereign have been found!"
"Unh?"
Bam! Blergh! Splurt!
The voice within the statue sounded shocked and seemed to mistakenly lose control of his aura which slammed into the trio in front of him, causing them to vomit another mouthful of fresh blood;
"Yes, Mighty Emperor… Though he is yet to awaken, the descendant himself is only a step away from making that a reality as he is already at the Peak of Awakening Stage…"
"Are you sure it is the bloodline of the Dawn Sovereign!?" The statue's eyes flared as it emphasize its desire for confirmation of the news;
"Yes, Might Emperor… The child currently resides within our tribe…" The round man replied;
"This is bad news; an extremely horrendous one to boot!" There was a deep sense of unease apparent in the statue's voice…

Project Alpha: A Summary - 'Old Republic to Current Operational Era'
This is the beginning story of an ongoing epic written over a period of ten years. A labor of love for me. We start the story with the summary of what started it all: Project Alpha. A project conceived by the Supreme Chancellor to prevent another Hyperspace Conflict. The project; like all government run projects, spawned other 'side-initatives'. One of which results in the creation of our five main protagonist which are the main characters of the next series of stories. We start at the end of the Great Hyperspace Conflict. The prologue addressing what effect all of this has on the New Hope Era of the Star Wars saga.

The Worst
A try on a virtual reality oriented story, about a guy who's absolutely mundane and anti-social but through FSK a VRMMO finds himself beingone of the worst people on the net. Maybe it's just stress relief or trying to have fun but this one is one step closer to writing a little better.You might find words that have mistaken letters in them or grammarbut I'm pretty confident in my english although it's not my main language.Lastly I would like to say report that the novel will have Mature contentof the worst sort, so please refrain from reading it unless you are an adult.

Life is a game, with intrusive microtransactions.
Life is a simulation. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging we are just a part of someone's dream, lines of code existing to give purpose for some machine or anything, but why would this unknown entity add microtransactions in it? Maybe because that way it can wake up faster, by consuming parts of it's dream, until... well, who cares about an unknown entity that has nothing to do with this particular story?
