"No, but I suggest you prepare… I suspect that your next mission might cover up for all these times you haven't taken one…" Daniel gave his thoughts;

"But at least you have earned some little bits over the course of these periods in hidden quests…" He added;

"About a million… Majority of that was deposited when you fixed your relationships with your girls and when you obtained the Nihility Essence Flame…" Daniel revealed;

"Cool… The moment we are done with our mission in the Land Of Stones, I will challenge the Pagoda Of Ascension…"

Min Hong felt a little bit nostalgic at this point, he hadn't challenged the Pagoda in about two years now, and he felt that was making him lack a bit in terms of battle sharpness…

The sun was already out and up in full throttle when Min Hong reached their hideout, and after releasing his aura and making his presence known, the stone was rolled away from within as he was escorted by two of the Peak Nascent Soul experts who were behaving like puppets…

On getting to hive itself, Min Hong realized that the hideout had been optimized to accommodate all the experts they had, which had reached about 1300…

"What happened?"

"I never knew you were going to take this long, and I almost had a search party set out to look for you…" Gong Yi was the first to react the moment Min Hong arrived;

"Thanks a lot, but I'm fine… I just had to go resolve some issues with the Pirate Leader and our flying ship, and I met with a little trouble on my way back…" Min Hong explained;

"It's good enough that you are back and safe… We have finished our preparations, and ready to begin…" Gong Yi reported;

"But you have to go check up on Ki Ting and the Princess first, they have been worried sick about you…"

Xiao Gui added from the side as Min Hong sighed to himself with a thought;

'Were these people really thinking anyone within the Land Of Stones could harm him?'

But he nodded his head either-ways, and made his way towards Ki Ting's room first since he might obviously get to spend much time with the princess…

Min Hong had barely even knocked before the door swung open, and contrary to expectations, Ki Ting on the surface wasn't overly excited, rather she had red eyes which showed that she had not gotten an ounce of sleep for the past three days, and a concerned expression written all over her face…

Min Hong entered and locked the door behind him;

"Are you alright, you look like you haven't had a rest in ages…"

"It's nothing… I can rest now that you are back safe…"

"Do you need anything?"

It was a simple room with very little space since they had to fit over a thousand of it within the hideout, thus, asides from a bed and a table, there was no other furniture within the room, thus Min Hong had to spoon her on the bed whilst Ki Ting snuggled into his embrace just like before as she began to ask;

"I am really glad you sent some experts to come bring us here from the inn… If they had arrived any later, all of us might not be present here at this point…"

"Our mission to gather information turned out to be a little more complex than it was, and we couldn't come back to update you guys on the progress, so we had to send someone over whilst I and Gong Yi found a solution to our mission…"

"I haven't been able to thank you for saving my life…"

Ki Ting then turned around, but because she had snuggled in too tight with Min Hong, when she turned, her face was less than an inch away from Min Hong's, then her face moved…
