[Think of it as the type of journey one soul takes when they leave the body…]

Yeah, it was a technique that ensures their safety over that of Min Hong's, should their existence be threatened in any way…

In actuality, Little Fei's intentions were to develop some sort of necromancy technique based on a theory of his, which says;

Since their consciousness are wrapped in soul energy and spirit sense, they should be able to possess other living things, by simply subduing the soul of that living thing with the sheer power of the soul energy they were wrapped in, and control the mind of that living thing by also subduing its mind with the spirit sense they were wrapped in;

Hence creating a possession technique, where they could just bounce from body to body just to avoid death…

But the first thing was, he doesn't know the amount of soul force and spirit sense that would be needed to protect a consciousness once it was outside the body…

Secondly, was how long it would take that soul power and spirit sense to wear and tear once they were out of the body, and lastly, what range of soul power they would need to have to possess living things of various sizes…

Thus all Little Fei needed was an in person experiment, so that he can feel it and understand the right amount of soul power and spirit sense that would be needed for each possession process…

Let's say for instance it takes the soul power and spirit sense of a 2 Star Qi Creation expert to possess a cockroach, then from the results of this experiment, he would be able to predict the approximate amount of soul power and spirit sense required to possess a rat, or a cat, or a dog…

Thus, this trial that he and Min Hong were trying would yield enough data to help create the possession technique, and should this technique be completed, it will not only significantly help Min Hong in battle, or recon, or assassination missions, it would also help him flee much faster and elusive than normal…

Imagine an expert who can possess a simple cockroach and infiltrate the enemy's base, enter their war room, and then not only eavesdrop, but get the actual image of their battle plans…

Or someone like Bai Yi who could control thousands of bugs, splitting all his soul power and spirit sense into thousands of fragments, and then placing them in all those bugs, but his consciousness being inside a single bug;

Should all those bugs scatter in different directions and flee, before an expert would sort through that vast number of bugs to get to the one where his consciousness is, Bai Yi would have long escaped…

Thus Min Hong's spirit sense simply coated Little Fei and followed him through the path the spirit energy was coming from…

Once they entered the path of the spiritual energy, it was like a baby rat standing in front of a High Performance Leaf-blower…

They were almost swept into oblivion by the sheer amount of momentum the energy was moving with…

But they persevered and began to move into the incoming gusts of spiritual energy. Gradually they inched closer and closer to the source, and after about half an hour, they slammed into a barrier…

Min Hong was all too familiar with this barrier…

It is the same barrier that had always prevented him from accessing the spirit realm energy of the nascent soul stage back then; it was the barrier that separates the Natural [or Mortal] Ream from the Spirit Realm… But at this point, the barrier had been poked in so many places…

Min Hong used his own access into the spiritual energy to connect to this feeling, and the;

Boom!

Min Hong, Daniel, and Little Fei all had their minds blown to bits, as they felt Little Fei's consciousness was sucked into one of the pores in this barrier…

Little Fei popped out of the other side of the barrier and found himself in the spirit realm…

The place felt like and looked like heaven, there was only blue skies here, like those clear blue oceans, and lakes back on earth…

Beneath their feet were white plumes of numerous many clouds, and then they suddenly felt themselves move without actually moving their body…

It was like the feeling one had when a forceful gust of air brushes past someone…

Then just as they were wondering what happened, Min Hong suddenly heard a voice;

"Young child be careful!"

Then he saw a multicolored rainbow looking pillar of light shoot over from the distance and encapsulated them dragging them of forceful gusts of Spirit Realm, and instantly, Min Hong could tell that it was the divine sense of the 'Great Creator'…

"Child, where you are going is a place you might never return from…"

"You might get lost in here, and never find your way home, and it is not as simple as me just teleporting your consciousness back into your mind…"

Min Hong forced Little Fei's consciousness to bow, which was a task his physical body responded to via the spirit sense;

"It is truly a blessing for one to be graced with the presence of the Great Creator…" Min Hong transmitted mentally to greet the great creator;

"Don't mind the formalities.."

"But tell me, how did you end up here, because this is the 'Realm of the Divinities'; a place for the Immortals and the Celestials?"

The Great Creator asked referring to finding Min Hong a Spirit Realm cultivator poking around in a realm higher; the Divine Realm…

Then Min Hong explained what had happened, from the ongoing breakthrough of Princess Cui to him trying to find out the source of the Spirit Realm energy, then to ending up where he was at the moment;

"So you said, you got to the barrier between the Mortal Realm and the Spirit Realm, and then you connected to the surging spiritual energy with your own Spirit Realm cultivator Sense of Perception to get here?"

Min Hong shook his head, as the Great Creator went silent and Min Hong and Little Fei could sense that he was deep in thought;

"Wait… That also works too?"

"Yes it might… Yes it will… Yes it does!"

Min Hong and Little Fei could hear the Great Creator mutter to himself with increasing joy till He finally blurted;

"Little Kid, you have done a very meritorious deed, and I don't know what I can reward you with that would be able to compensate for what you have just done…"

"Eh?" That was the only thing Min Hong could say…

He was just trying to look for the source of an energy, and he did something that made him lose control and fall to the path of the spiritual energy, and this Great Creator had come to rescue him, then asked him question which he answered…

But now the Great Creator was telling him that he had done an unrepayable meritorious deed…

Did him just trying to get himself and Little Fei killed an unrepayable meritorious deed, or did this spirit being hit his head this morning…

Min Hong didn't what to think of the sudden overexcited state of the Great Creator at this moment, as he asked;

"I don't know what I have done… but might you be willing to shed your light of knowledge on this mundane one, oh great one?"

Min Hong didn't know how he came about the line he just spoke, but something was telling him it had to do with that;

Royal Literacy of Ancient Empires book he had in Daisy's system, which most likely Daniel had recently started learning…

"Hmm… I completely forgot I am talking to someone from the mundane world…"

"Let me explain what you have done to you…"

The Great Creator spoke as Min Hong paid rapt attention;

"Once you reached one of the opened innumerable gateways between the Mortal and Spirit Realm, all you needed to do is to just reach into it with your spirit sense, and your consciousness would be transported into the exact dimension where all that energy is coming from…"

"But instead of reaching into it, you latched onto the energy itself…"

"Is that it?" Min Hong blurted in shock;

"Yes, but apparently it seems I still have to break it down for you…"

"Take all the realms of the cultivation path like containers stacked atop one another, with holes bored into them to link them together…

That is the same way the levels of energy each of the realms in cultivation are stacked…"

"The first set of beings who get energy directly from nature, are the Aeon/Autarch Realm cultivators; take us as the topmost container, the biggest amongst them all…"

"Then we absorb all these energies just to cultivate [Nourish our containers], whilst the left over energy would be transferred through the hole in the topmost container to the next one, which is smaller and less nourished compared the topmost one…"

"Call this second container the God Realm..."

"The God Realm would then absorb those leftover energies from the Aeons/Autarchs to nourish themselves, [their own container], and then their leftover energies would then descend into the third container which is the Divine Realm, and they would also repeat the cycle of absorbing the leftover energies to nourish themselves, and then sending their own leftovers down to the next container…"

The Great Creator tried all he could to be as simple as possible;

"All we ever did was to move from one container to another, but no one has ever thought of using the energy themselves as a rope to climb beyond the realms possible…"

"At least not until now…"

"Though it is a very hard thing to do, it is not impossible…"
