When they got outside, Gong Yi whistled and a large figure swooped down from the clouds and the moment it landed, Little Ming trembled slightly as she blurted into Min Hong's mind;

Min Hong was insinuating at her Mimic bloodline which will soon give her the ability to add another bloodline to her current arsenal…

The bird sensed Little Ming's presence and instantly, its eyes went slightly red as it gazed towards Min Hong with a threatening gaze…

It was a Nascent Soul Magic Beast whilst Little Ming is a Dan Formation Magic Beast which had the potential to become a God Beast or even more, thus Min Hong wasn't bothered at all…

Moreover, he could snap the bird's neck like a dry twig so he wasn't bothered at all…

Gong Yi climbed atop his hawk as well as the rest of his group as he looked towards Min Hong;

"You can come ride with us… You don't have to fly all the way to District 21, you know?"

Gong Yi invited Min Hong but the rest of the group wanted to use that as an opportunity to boast to Min Hong that they were still higher than him in some aspects…

"Hmph! Hateful bunch… I feel like smacking them all in the face…"

Little Ming obviously sensed their intentions and her short tempered self was already repulsive at their behavior;

"Smack their faces we will!" Min Hong replied mentally but grinned outwardly before replying;

"Oh, no worries, I brought my pet along…"

Min Hong used the word pet very endearingly, rather than the way people call their mounts here…

The group were stunned and began to look around searching for Min Hong's mount, even Gong Yi frowned slightly thinking Min Hong was simply rejecting his kind gesture because he wanted to showcase his wings again…

But before their thoughts could stray far away, they saw the earring on Min Hong's ear wriggle and slither its way to the ground, very tiny, weak looking and unassuming in every sense of it…

The Hawk thought it had seen a free meal and began to approach the tiny worm with intent to eat, and the group were about to burst out laughing when a bright and brilliant azure green glow erupted out of the tiny worm…

Boom!

Four massive azure green feathers with runes atop them flapped out of the brilliant glow, almost smacking the hawk in the face causing it to jump back in fright almost throwing its passengers off its back…

Then the glow dispersed and a unique and mysterious dragon stood in front of all of them, stunning them all, Min Hong inclusive;

"Hehe he… I got you too unh!?"

The smug tone of Little Ming echoed within Min Hong's head as he mentally asked;

"How?"

"Well, I have always sensed that I haven't truly unlocked the extent of the powers I currently possess, and not like I cared before, but this detestable bald chicken and the vermin atop it just stepped on my nerves!"

She responded almost causing Min Hong to erupt in laughter when he heard the term 'bald chicken'…

Not like the hawk was bald, but Little Ming just felt the need to vent her fury verbally…

Little Ming who stood almost thirty feet in height, towering over everyone present, beast included, roared proudly into the heavens…

Her wings were dual on each sides, with one just above the other, granting a more powerful thrust into the air with each of their flaps, and added shield or defense when attacked…

The patterned scales that ran from her head down to her tail; which was actually a slumbering Viper, with a red core on its forehead as well as poisonous smoke coming out of its nostrils with every breath…

'She seemed to have evolved again… Perhaps it was the effect of having a Sage Beast bloodline mix with yours…'

Min Hong analyzed mentally as he continued to study Little Ming and though there were tons of other changes present on her and probably within...

But this wasn't the time to be studying all of it, thus Min Hong simply flashed atop her standing alone on the massive space atop Little Ming which was enough to contain at least twenty people [Yeah, that was how large she was at this point…]

Min Hong looked over to them and returned their ridicule;

"You guys should really hop on here, we will get there faster this way…"

He said with a smug grin, one which caused Little Ming to reveal one of hers, though not as beautiful because of her massive maw, fangs and smoke billowing breath…

"*Scoffs playfully* Are you saying that my Suiyan is slower than your-?"

"Little Ming…" Min Hong revealed;

"Shall we have a race then?"

iao Gui asked seemingly confident in the hawk whose innate talent was flying at blistering speed, and from the looks of it, he seemed to have witnessed it in action;

"That would simply be stressing my pet…"

Min Hong replied with a regretful tone and expression causing the group to think that he was backing out…

After all, how is it possible for a bird who could fly from birth compare to an ordinary serpent that had just evolved into a flying beast, and that is not taking the cultivation difference into context;

"Don't tell me you're trying to back out now, after all those confident words you just spoke…" Rin Chen jeered;

"Of course not…"

"I just felt some wager and bet will do, so our pets wouldn't just get exhausted for no reason…"

Rin Chen sneered once more, as Ki Ting's eyes widened in shock when she saw Min Hong take out a purple-gold looking card which had his name and the figure; 500,000 written atop it with his name below the card…

This was Min Hong's share of the 1 million merit points the Hong Dynasty had shared to Min Hong…

Gong Yi was also stunned, and then it suddenly came to him that Min Hong had most likely bet on himself during the trials;

'But how sure was he in conquering both trials?'

Gong Yi thought to himself in wonder as the rest of the group look to him…

The rest of the group could sense that Gong Yi was unwilling to bet on the wager and became slightly downcasted, thinking that Min Hong had just scared them away with a simple wager which would mean one strike more against their group VS Min Hong…

Gong Yi sensing what was going on felt that this competitive spirit amongst his group might be really healthy, so with a smile he added;

"I can spare you guys 40,000 merit points…"

Instantly the eyes of the rest of the group lit up in delight as they quickly coughed out 15,000 merit points each from their pockets with Rin Chen begging earnestly;

"Please guys, when we win, I want that technique and I will forever be in your debt…"

"Hmph! Are you the only one who wishes to fly?"

Ki Ting snorted at Rin Chen before folding her arms in utter disagreement;

"Arrgghhh! Goddess Sis Ting Ting, have mercy on this lowly soul of mine…"

"Your grace alone is enough to carry you soaring above the clouds…"

"Your prestige is stronger than the strongest of wings, and your temperament lighter than the lightest plume feather…"

Rin Chen comically began to shed fake tears as he tugged on Ki Ting's sleeves whilst heaping tons upon tons of flattery on Ki Ting who though knew that he was just doing that to get what he wanted, but couldn't help but bask in such voluptuous amount of flattery;

"Hmph! You shall serve me for 15 months straight for that!"

She spoke looking in the other direction whilst stealing a glance at the kneeling Rin Chen;

"Your grace and mercy are immeasurable, goddess Ting Ting! This lowly servant shall do as he has spoken!" Rin Chen replied as Ki Ting finally handed over her card to him…
