Old Man Li instructed as Daniel who got the information directly from Min Hong brought out the 'Soul Slayer Blades'…

"Draw this image and surround it with these runes…"

Old Man Li tapped Min Hong on the forehead as the figure of a formation which looked like two inverted triangles which formed a perfect star surrounded by a perfect circle…

Then there was some runes that were drawn on those circles that were hundred times more complicated than drawing horoscope signs…

Daniel took over an hour and depleted over 70% of the remaining Qi he had left…

"Now put a drop of your blood within this formation and activate it with a Mid-Grade spirit stone…"

Daniel did as instructed and all of a sudden he saw the spirit stone melt into liquid and sensing that one Mid-Grade spirit stone might not be enough, he added four more…

Then after the five spirit stones turned into liquid energy that mixed with the drop of blood he placed within the formation, then he saw the blood split apart and flow through all the runes on the Soul Slayer Blades as the blades began to hum and glow…

The moment the formation on the blades were activated, Old Man Li sensed it and without even saying a word, Min Hong summoned the Death Dragon as they all climbed atop and headed over to the 'Pagoda of Ascension'…

On getting to the massive doors of the pagoda, the group saw a massive blood red formation glowing on the door as if something within the Pagoda was calling out to something but the massive doors was preventing that thing from entering…

"Is that a good sign?" Min Hong asked…

"No, that, is a great sign…"

Old Man Li simply laughed as he gazed at the undulating formation on the massive doors of the pagoda…

"So, where does he go from here?" Little Wu brought their attention to the matter at hand…

"Whatever material you used as your point of contact would keep undulating with increasing intensity the closer it gets to the rest of its kind…"

"Luckily for you, you said you gave the Yin Sword to your little companion…"

"Thus, you should be able to sense it and use that medium to find your way back…" Old Man Li answered…

Daniel simply touched the 'Soul Slayer Blades' and sensed several connections coming from different other parts of the universe…

But of all these connections, there was one which was giving off a deep sense of familiarity asides from the rest;

"Gotcha!"

Daniel smirked when he sensed a very vague sensation of Min Qing, from one of the connections, as this simply meant she had bonded with the weapon, then he simply called out to the weapon…

Min Qing who was quietly cultivating within the ancient formation with Min Qing suddenly began to sense something thrash around within her storage ring, sending her consciousness into her spatial ring, she saw the sword Min Hong gave to her humming at a very high pitch as it thrash around everywhere like as if it was looking to be set free, or more like it wanted to reunite with something and the spatial ring was in its way…

Min Qing finally flicked her ring and brought out the sword, she tried to run her finger across the blade in a bid to calm it, but the sword was jerking hard it was literally shaking her like a curtain in the wind…

"What is going on?"

Min Qing who was oblivious to the fact that, the sword escaping her grip was the only thing that could bring her man back from where she was at this point, continued to even increase her grip and even went to the extent of infusing her Yin Dao into it, and the sword finally began to calm down…

But just as it was about to return to its docile state, the 'Minion Mark' within Min Qing abruptly lit up as she subconsciously and involuntarily threw the sword into the sky with her full strength…

The size of the sword kept decreasing the more it forced itself into whatever was behind the energy barrier, but still it kept piercing through with the determination that could rival most living beings…

Daniel who was within the void felt the connection between him and the sword get stronger and stronger as he increased the intensity of his summons….

The sword which was now creaking on the verge of breaking because it was being put too much stress and finally, tis tip poked out of the void as Daniel instantly sensed it, but it was about 10,000 miles away from him and from what he could sense, the sword was going to break in less than ten seconds.

Daniel flapped his wings as he left several afterimages and lightning sparks behind before bolting in the direction of the sword…

Nine flaps later, he was already seeing the silvery glow of the spatial ripple in the distance and from what he could sense, the sword was just about breaking.

With a final flap of his wings, Daniel got to the point where the sword was poking out from, he stretched out his hands which was now shimmering with silvery light and stabbed it into the tiny gap…

Then he ripped it apart like a very fragile and soft curtain…

The space tore wider and just as he was about to enter, the hair on his neck stood on its end…
