Alex said happily, "Ok, now that I've conquered my Pokémon, I should go to instructor Lisa quickly to get my reward. I hope I was the quickest of the rookies. Right, Zubat?"
Zubat only gave him a look of "Not my problem."
Alex said, "Of course, that's your problem too. Who do you think I will spend the money on."
Zubat looked a bit confused and then excited. His opinion of Alex rose sharply. Now, whenever he looks at Alex, he has an expression of "What a good trainer."
Most of Pokémon's minds are still very simple. As long as you treat them well, they will be close to you and treat you well.
As Alex moved towards Instructor Lisa's room, he thought, "Wait. Now I have a Pokémon to protect me and an efficient way of conquering Zubat. There will probably be a lot of rookies who are willing to pay TR Points to get help. I mean, which rookie wants to start as a Team Rocket Lackey who can hardly get a promotion.
I'm sure many would pay me 200 or even 500 TR points. And I can even rent the items for the Zubat conquering to these rookies (Iron cage, earplugs, flashlight)."
When Alex walked towards Lisa's room, the Rookies looked at Alex and his Zubat on his shoulder with jealousy. One of them even looked at Alex with anger. His name was Lars.
Lars was very tall for his age, about 180cm. Because of his size, he was feared by the under-developed teens. That gave this Lars a big ego. He thought he would be the first one to control his Pokémon. But a weak-looking guy prevented that from happening. That hurt his big ego a great deal.
He walked towards Alex and asked with a loud voice with visible anger, "Hey, how did you capture your Pokémon?"

Alex thought, "Huh... This idiot wants to threaten a person with a Pokémon without even owning one. Quite a blockhead."
Alex looked coldly at Lars and said, "Shut up, you idiot. If you want to know how I did it, give me 300TP points, and I may tell you."
Lars got even angrier and said, "You little bastard! Do you think that just because there are cameras in the hallway, you are protected? Once you are out of sight of Team Rocket, nobody can save you from me."
Alex gave Lars a menacing look, "I'll give you one last chance. Getaway and give me 100 TR Points as compensation. Or you've just made yourself a powerful enemy."
As soon as Lars heard what Alex had said and seen the cold eyes of Alex, he suddenly became stiff.
"Fuk! I'm such a hothead. What do I do now?" thought Lars.
Suddenly Lars said in a friendly manner, "Sorry, friend. Please, let's forget about what just happened. How about I give you 300 TR Points, and you help me to conquer my Zubat.
Alex said coldly, "400."
"350"
Alex said coldly, "400" again.
Lars looked at the floor and said quietly, "Ok."
Alex suddenly said peacefully, "Ok. I'll come to your room when I have time." Then they both exchanged contacts, and Alex went ahead.
The personnel ranks in Team Rocket are generally divided into 7 levels: Team Rocket Lackey, Team Rocket Member, Team Rocket Elite Member, Team Rocket Captain, Team Rocket Elite Captain, Team Rocket Executive, Boss (Giovanni)
Of course, direct subordinates of Giovanni like Koga, Lt. Surge, and Sabrina, besides the Three Beasts Carr, Orm, and Sird, have at least the same status as Team Rocket Executive. That means that if you manage to become a direct subordinate of Giovanni, nobody in the Team Rocket can order you, except Giovanni.

There are only 3 places that Alex can freely enter and exit. The first is the public dining hall, the second is the recruit dormitory, the third is the public training ground.
That means Alex has to wait in front of the captain dormitory or contact Instructor Lisa with the TRH device. Alex thought that the best option was to stand in front of the captain's dormitory to reach her.
As soon as Alex wanted to leave the Recruit Dormitory, Instructor Lisa and an Alakazam appeared before him.
Alex looked at the information from Alakazam and was shocked at how strong it was.
