Biyu, Mishi, and Yin took Samuel to shop. Earlier Xian had the plan to go with them but when that phone call came he became restless. He lied to Mishi telling her to take mom and Yin as he came up with some work. After they left, he was pacing in the living room as it was making him worry. He was biting his nails in nervousness when Mark reached home with Lau Lan. They saw Xian in the condition and got confused.

"What happened, Xian?" Mark asked and placed his hand over Xian's shoulder, who came out of his thoughts. Lau Lan too walked near him and asked why it seemed that he is worried.

"Guys, a problem has come," said Xian in a damped voice.

"What happened?" Lau Lan asked.

"I got a call a few days- the day I got into the accident. He said that Mishi will betray me. I got so busy that I did not think about that further. Today I got a call with a different number. He said that I should enjoy these few days with Mishi because on the New Year something big would happen. I am scared. Two times we got separated. She almost had a near-death experience two months ago and now this. I am scared," said Xian. He had tears in his eyes.

Mark and Lau Lan looked at each other. "Xian, it can be a prank," Mark reasoned.

"What are you saying, Mark? How could this be a prank? I mean it is weird," said Xian and rubbed his eyes. Mark made him sit and asked, "Did you tell Mishi about this?"

"No, I will not. I just want to handle this my way. I do not want her to get disturbed because of this," asserted Xian.

"Xian, do not panic. Your current face if she will see, she will be worried. Let Lan Zhan come and then we will think about what we have to do next. Who could be this new villain? Bai is in jail. Zhao cannot do this as he is already married then who could be this new villain?" muttered Lau.

"Is it Bai's husband?" Mark asked.

"No, he is not. It feels like it is someone close to Mishi and knows her," answered Xian. "Wait, could it be Hu Shen? No, what am I thinking? He has a family," murmured Xian and then rubbed his forehead.

"Who is Hu Shen?" Lan Zhan asked. The trio looked in his direction, who was standing beside a pillar. "When did you come?" Mark asked.

"Just a few minutes ago," replied Lan Zhan and walked towards them. He got seated on the couch beside Mark and told Xian to continue further. "Tell us who Hu Shen is?" Lan Zhan inquired.

"Mishi's classmate just for a month, I guess. He then shifted to the Netherlands," answered Xian.

"How do you get to know about him?" Lua Lan asked him.

"He returned now and starting his business here. We went to his house to meet him and his parents. Actually, his parents were missing Mishi a lot so we went there," Xian replied to him.

"Is this not weird his parents recalled her after so many years?" mumbled Mark.

"No, he lost Mishi's contact and he must have got busy in his own life," Xian reasoned.

"And now he returned and found Mishi. This is ridiculous!" stated Lan Zhan and laughed.

"This Hu Shen seems suspicious to me too," said Mark.

"Is Mishi close to him in any way?" Lau Lan asked.

"What are you saying? Why would she be close to him? It is just that he was his crush," Xian snapped when they all looked at each other.

"But the voice seemed different," Xian then stated.

"It can be changed over the phone. Now, let me handle it. Give me the number of that guy," asserted Lan Zhan. Xian nodded and gave him the number. Lan Zhan forwarded that number to the control room. "Do not worry, Xian. Nothing will happen this time. We all will fight together and overcome this thing too," pronounced Lau Lan.

"Thank you. You are my gems," said Xian and then got up, stretching his arms out ready to hug them. They too got up and hugged him tightly. "If we are your gems then what is Mishi?" Lan Zhan asked.

"She is love," replied Xian with a smile. They kept standing in that pose for a while before pulling away from each other. "For Christmas, I have invited the people. Let's have fun at the party," said Lan Zhan, smiling and looking at all of them.

"Mei Fan will come too?" Xian asked.

"She will. I do not know. If she will get undercover then she will not. My busy girlfriend," said Lan Zhan and sighed.

"Liling will come. So, I am happy," stated Lau Lan.

"When you two will marry?" Mark asked them.

"We have not thought. For now, we cannot," answered Lan Zhan. They then again got seated over the couch. Xian called Mishi to ask if they were done with shopping. She answered his call. "Xian, I will call you later. There is so much noise here," stated Mishi from the other side of the phone.

"Okay," Xian said and hung up the call.

"They are still outside. Should we cook for them?" Xian looked at them.

"Yes, why not. Mark is the best cook amongst us so we should take this risk of cooking," stated Lan Zhan with a smile.

"I want to make Mishi's favorite dishes," said Xian and smiled.

"Bro, there are other family members too," said Lan Zhan.

"You can eat that too," Xian snapped back at him.

"No, why would I eat the dishes which your wife likes?" Lan Zhan questioned and started teasing Xian. Xian pulled up a face when Lan Zhan put his arm over his shoulder and said, "I am just teasing you. Well, Mishi loves the cuisines I like." He then started laughing. Xian hit him on the shoulder.

"Let's go to the kitchen else we won't be able to cook anything," said Mark and they all left for the kitchen.

Zhu Rui was walking through the pavements while Anurak was walking beside her. "Rui, please do not walk so fast. You will hurt your legs," said Anurak. Zhu Rui did not stop and kept walking and they were out of the market. "Why did you suddenly left the mall? Where are you walking to?" Anurak asked then.

She halted so was Anurak. "Why are you walking with me? You should go your way," Zhu Rui shouted at him. The people looked at them when she turned her face away.

"I was- was just-" he stopped speaking as he heard the sobbing of Zhu Rui. He reached out his hand to put it over her shoulder when she started running. "Rui," he shouted and ran after her. "Oh My God, how fast is this woman?" mumbled Anurak as he was running after her.

When her legs gave up she stopped, catching her breath. Anurak stopped beside her and asked her how she could run so fast. "He was laughing with his friend and not even once thought about his wife," muttered Zhu Rui.

Anurak did not say anything about this. "I will kill him," said Zhu Rui and wiped off the tears from her cheeks. Anurak was amused to see the woman in front of him. "What will you do?" Anurak asked.

"Something he has never thought of," said Zhu Rui and then took out her phone. She called Zhao but he did not answer her calls. Anurak was wondering what Zhu Rui could do when he heard she was talking with the local police about that. She knew the native language of theirs so easily conversed with the police. She then cut the call and looked at Anurak who had an inquisitive expression.

"You are an amazing woman," he said and a chuckle escaped his mouth. Zhu Rui smiled. "He did the biggest mistake of his life," murmured Zhu Rui when Anurak asked her why did she marry Zhao when- he stopped speaking.

Zhu Rui looked at him. "Because I love him. I want him to be happy but he is still in his past. I do not know why I am telling such things to you when I even do not know you," she muttered.

"Ahh, yes. But sharing reduces pain," said Anurak and smiled.

Zhu Rui nodded and thanked him for giving company to her. Anurak smiled and told her that she would definitely get her husband's love back. Zhu Rui thanked him and then apologized for taking his precious time.

"Ahh, it is fine. I am happy that I got to know such a wonderful woman in this short time," Anurak stated and smiled. Zhu Rui smiled back when the police called Zhu Rui back. She answered back and told them she was coming there. After she was done speaking with the police, she turned to Anurak and said, "Time to part our ways. It was nice meeting you."

Anurak nodded and then walked away from there while Zhu Rui looked for a taxi to go to the police station.
