Zhu Rui stepped closer to Zhao and then further said, "Do not look at me with a startled look. I was that glasses girl who proposed to you 9 years ago but you ignored me that time. I then thought to give up on you as you used to see only Mishi that time. Years passed like that and you even left your house for Mishi. But she did not fall for you instead fell for the top entrepreneur of our country."

"So, you were the one who was stalking me?" Zhao asked.

"It was not stalking but it was my love. I waited for my time but now I think that will never come if I will not make any effort," stated Zhu Rui. Raising her hand she showed him her ring finger and said, "Now, we are only a step closer then you and I will be one."

Zhao slightly laughed and then put his hands on either side of his waist. "You think so high of yourself. Even if I will marry you, then there will be no lo-" He could not complete his words as Zhu Rui put her finger on his lips.

"I do not want to hear that thing anymore. As I told you before, there is now only one love in your life that is me," muttered Zhu Rui and then put her hand down. Looking around she further spoke, "I liked the room."

She turned to leave when Zhao said, "even if we will marry there will be no love from my side so it is better to lose all your hopes from this relationship."

Zhu Rui smiled and tuned back to look at him. "Zhao, it is wrong to eye a married woman. One day you will start loving me," said Zhu Rui with a warm smile and then left from his room. Zhao stomped his foot in anger and then rested himself on the couch. "So, she is the one who told my dad everything about me. That time she seemed to be very timid," murmured Zhao and took out his phone.

Chang was holding hands of Ru Shi and tried a lot to escape from the night club but it was not that easy. One of the goons was at the entrance. "What will we do now? That goon is still there," murmured Ru Shi.

"Brother Zhan will come in a while. So, do not worry," said Chang, looking around the club. Lan Zhan on the other hand reached the club. "Lau, stay here," saying this Lan Zhan stepped down the car and went towards the club. His two colleagues were waiting for them and they entered the club.

The goon at the entrance noticed them when they giving their police Identification cards. He sneaked out from there and told his fellows to come out of the club as police was there too. One of the goons noticed Chang from the first floor and walked towards him. He almost reached there when his phone rang and he left from there.

Lan Zhan called Chang to ask him about his location. Chang answered his call and told him they were in the bar. Lan Zhan cut the call and went there with his colleagues. Seeing them Chang became happy and told Ru Shi about that. Lan Zhan ran to them and asked them if they are okay. Chang thanked them all and came out of the club.

Outside the club, in the car, Lau Lan noticed five strange people coming out of the pub and they were quite in anger. "They seem suspicious," murmured Lau Lan and with his phone, captured their photos. Though they were far away from them but Lau Lan succeeded in capturing their photos.

Lan Zhan came out of the club with Chang and others. Lan Zhan took Chang and Ru Shi with them and came towards his car. Chang and Ru Shi got into the car while Lan Zhan got into the driver seat. "Chang, I told you not to be after that case. See he is after you," said Lan Zhan when his phone rang. He looked at the screen and told them Mishi is calling.

"Did you tell her?" Chang inquired.

"No, I have not tell her till now. But I told her to stop you from stop involving you with that guy," muttered Lan Zhan and gestured them to not to speak as he answered the call.

"Yes, Mishi. Why did you call me?" Lan Zhan asked. Mishi talked with him for ten minutes and then cut the call.

"What did Sisi say?" Chang asked worriedly.

"She was saying that she will talk with you tomorrow," replied Lan Zhan.

"Why did you tell him?" Chang questioned and rubbed his forehead. Ru Shi was getting scared by all of this which Lau Lan noticed. He looked at her and asked, "who are you? I think you are getting scared by all of this."

Lan Zhan and Chang looked at Ru Shi. "Brother, she is a client. Gan Dewei is behind her father death so I am fighting for her case," stated Chang.

"Chang, why are you doing this?" Lan Zhan asked. "You want to lose your life by doing this?" he further questioned.

"Brother, why would I want that? You are worrying too much," said Chang.

"Then what was that inside the club?" Lan Zhan asked. "He send those goons after you and we do not have any proof against them. DO not do anything. It can affect many lives related to you," asserted Lan Zhan.

"Brother, I became lawyer for a certain reason. I am not that stupid. I wanted this to happen. I wanted Gan Dewei to call me and he did," muttered Chang.

"What do you mean?" Lan Zhan asked.

"I have tapped his call. I have recorded the talks between us," said Chang. Lan Zhan and Lau Lan looked at each other and then asked Chang what he was trying to do.

"I will tell you later. First let's go home," said Chang. He then turned to Ru Shi and said, "I think you should not stay alone. Brother, she lives alone so I am thinking of taking her with me to Chunhua's apartment. I am staying with her these days."

Lan Zhan nodded when Ru Shi said she would like to go home but Chang refused saying that she would not go there. Lan Zhan then started the car and left for Chunhua's apartment.

Xian and Mishi were done with the dinner and were going to sleep when Xian noticed that Mishi was worried. He went towards her who was sitting on the chair, in front of the dressing table. "Mishi, do not worry. Don't you know Chang? He must be after that case because of some reason," muttered Xian and put his hands on her shoulders.

"I am worried, Xian. Chang keeps the things to himself since he was a kid and after mom dad died I was not able to give enough time to him because of the jobs. He does not tell his worries so easily," said Mishi.

Xian made Mishi got up from the chair and cupped her face into his palms. "He does not want to make her sister worry that is why he did not talk much. He put things to himself because he loves his sisters a lot," muttered Xian.

Mishi smiled and then hugged him. "You know how to make me feel good. Indeed Chang is like that. I am lucky that I got a brother like him. He is a younger to me but he always cared for us like a big brother. He is the reflection of my father," said Mishi.

Xian was caressing Mishi's head and said, "Your dad was a great man. He is the one because of who I am at this level. I am lucky to have his daughter in my life. Mishi I am thinking of something. I am thinking we should go on a family trip."

Mishi raised her head to look at Xian. "It is a great idea," said Mishi.

"Then we can have our honeymoon there," said Xian with a smirk. Mishi hit him on the shoulder and said, "you always think about these things." Saying this he released her grip from him but he did not let her go.

"What things I am thinking about?" Xian asked circling her thumb near Mishi's lips.

"Nothing," replied Mishi and told him to leave her.

"Do not be shy, Mi. Let's do that," said Xian with a broad smile.

"Do- do what?" stuttered Mishi.

"That you desperately want to do with me,��� said Xian and leaned closer to her. Mishi gulped and closed her eyes tightly and when leaned to her ear and whispered, "I am talking about sleep. Let's sleep, Mi."

Immediately Mishi opened her eyes and looked at him when Xian released her and laughed at her. "You are blushing Mi. I never know you think about those things," said Xian in a teasing tone. Mishi hit him on the shoulder when Xian not to do so but Mishi did not stop. Xian caught her hand then kissed her gently on the lips. "Let's sleep, Mi" said Xian and then planted a soft kiss on her forehead.
