Xian and Mishi came out of the room after getting ready. Mishi went to the room where Biyu and Chunhua were staying. As she knocked on the door, a minute later a man came to open the door. Mishi was confused to see the man.

"What are you doing here?" Mishi inquired confusedly and at the same time scared.

"I've booked this room. So, it's obvious I'm staying here," replied the man rudely. Mishi got confused and then apologized to the man. She went to Xian to ask about that when she saw Xian was talking with someone. She stood beside him and heard the talks.

"What are you saying, Lan Zhan?" Xian questioned. Mishi held Xian's arm when cutting the call.

"What happened? Do you know aunt Biyu and Chunhua aren't in the room? I mean in which room they're staying?" Mishi asked.

"Mishi, they aren't in this resort," said Xian angrily and ran his fingers through his hair.

"Where are they? Did they leave for shopping earlier than us?" Mishi asked.

"No, they aren't in Shandong province. The wedding is in Chengdu," muttered Xian.

"Chengdu? Why there?" Mishi questioned.

"But they did come here," said Mishi.

"Yes, they were here but then they left early in the morning. All flights are booked for today, so we can't leave today. We have to wait till tomorrow," stated Xian.

"But why did they do that? They would have woken us up," said Mishi. Xian looked at Mishi and asked, "They want us to spend time."

"Wh- what?" Mishi exclaimed, looking at him. Xian put his around Mishi's shoulder and said, "It's like our first trip together. Don't you want to enjoy this moment with me?"

"Umm… but what will we do here all alone? We can leave for Chengdu in a cab," suggested Mishi.

"It would be uncomfortable. Let's go tomorrow. I'm booking a flight for tomorrow," said Xian and took out his phone from the pocket. After 10 minutes, he looked at Mishi and told her he had booked the flight for Chengdu.

"Let's go for breakfast first," said Xian to Mishi and held her hand. They walked down to the dining area. Xian made Mishi sit on a chair and then sat opposite her.

"What do you want to eat?" Xian asked.

"Order anything," said Mishi. Xian noticed anger on Mishi's face but kept mum. He called a waiter and then ordered Shandong's signature breakfast cuisine, Men Zi. The waiter wrote their order and left from there.

"Why are you angry?" Xian asked, looking at Mishi.

"Of course, I am angry. I had a business meeting. Although my presence wasn't important there then I'm an employee. Zhao being a kind man granted me leave and then you all lied to me." Mishi blurted out her anger.

"I didn't lie but I apologize for this behavior," said Xian with an apologetic look.

"I don't know if you're telling the truth or not," said Mishi sternly.

"Why do you think I would lie?" Xian asked. "I seriously don't know. Don't get angry at me," said Xian.

"I'm not attending any marriage. I've to attend the meeting," said Mishi and got up from the chair. Xian grabbed Mishi's hand, "where are you going on your own?" Xian inquired in anger. Their breakfast order too came. Mishi jerked off Xian's hand and walked out.

Xian put whatever amount came from his wallet on the table and ran after Mishi. Mishi was out of the resort and was booking a taxi for herself when Xian grabbed her arm.

"What happened to you? You're getting angry for no reason. I was with you the entire time so I don't even know about this." Xian reasoned.

Mishi dialed Chang's number which Xian saw. "Why are you calling him?" Xian asked.

"To tell him that I'm not attending any marriage. For them my profession isn't important so the same goes for me, I don't care about them," muttered Mishi.

"What happened to you in just a few seconds? Why are you talking like this? You will call there and then what- they will get worried. Cool down and don't get angry," said Xian but Mishi didn't listen to him, instead called Chang and put it on her ear.

Xian snatched the phone from Mishi; cut the call and turned it off. "Xian, give my phone back," said Mishi.

"I won't until you will throw away your anger," said Xian in a serious tone.

"They shouldn't need to do this. You're not getting my point," stated Mishi.

"I got it. Being an employee your first duty is towards your company, Lan Zhan lied to you, and then we both are left alone here. You could've used this time to attend that meeting in Shanghai. Sorry, for getting you involved with me. This will not happen in the future. I assure you," asserted Xian.

Mishi cooled down and then started walking towards the seashore. The resort where they were staying was close to Qingdao Golden Beach. Since it was the end of November, so, there were hardly any people on the beach. Xian followed Mishi. "Lan Zhan, you shouldn't have planned something like this." Xian thought.

Mishi wasn't wearing any thick coat above her dress and was getting cold when Xian took off his long coat and put it on Mishi. Xian then hugged her from the back and said, "Don't be angry at me. I am feeling sad. Forgive me...."

"I don't know why am I getting angry? It's just my mood isn't good. Sorry, I burst out my anger on you," stated Mishi and held Xian's hand.

"It's fine. You can get angry at me anytime. You can burst out your anger at me whenever your mood will be bad. I love every gesture of yours," Xian whispered in her ear.

"How can you be so calm? If you would've got angry at me then I would've gone away in anger too but you stood beside me. Don't you feel-" Xian didn't let Mishi complete these words and turned her towards him.

Stroking her hair, Xian tucked some of Mishi's hair behind her ears. "I love you and trust you, so I will never get angry at you. Just thinking about you shoo away my worries and when I look at you, my anger also washes away."

Mishi put her head on his chest while Xian lovingly kissed her head. After some time, they pulled away when Mishi held Xian's hand and started walking with him on that shore. Her hairs were flowing with the breeze. Both were smiling looking at each other and kept walking on the golden sand beach.

"Aren't you getting cold?" Mishi asked while putting off her coat when Xian stopped her. He then made Mishi wear the coat and said, "I don't want you to catch a cold. My immunity is strong so nothing will happen to me."

"You don't have to portray yourself so strong. Let's eat first and then we will go to the market. Since we have come here so we should enjoy," stated Mishi.

"Let me click your photo. My gallery must be full from your photos," muttered Xian and took out his mobile and started clicking Mishi's pics. Mishi was giving poses and Xian was capturing them. Both were enjoying each other's company. Xian took some selfish with Mishi. He pulled Mishi towards him and then kissed her lightly on the lips. Mishi looked into his eyes and kept gazing at them when Xian snapped his fingers in front of her eyes.

"I was lost in your eyes. Don't you feel we were connected in past.... we must have met somewhere. Don't you feel?" Mishi inquired.

"I also think same," murmured Xian and touched his forehead with Mishi. "I love you," Xian said in his gentle voice. Mishi smiled and her cheek flushed red.

"I am hungry. Let's go," said Mishi.

"When will you going to say those magical words to me?" Xian inquired.

"Soon,�� answered Mishi. Xian pulled away from her and said, "I am waiting for those words for since long." Mishi out of sudden asked a question from Xian. "How many girls did you date in the past? I want the truth."

Xian recalled Bai but then he thought not to tell her name. "One," Xian replied. "That was almost 9 years ago. I started business at that time only when I found she betrayed me. But it's all in the past. I don't even remember many of those things now," stated Xian.

"It's fine. That must be a tough time for you," said Mishi.

"That time was indeed tough but then Mom, Mark, and Yin always were beside me," muttered Xian. "Mark told me you changed me a lot. I started my revenge on you but eventually, I fell for you. How could I forget those precious memories," thought Xian when he felt Mishi's touch on his cheek.

"You don't need to think about this. Now, you have-" Xian cut her words and said, "I know I have you who love me." Mishi smiled at his response.
