Mishi after attending a meeting was returning to her office when Zhao Bin came there. She greeted him and they started talking about the upcoming schemes that are going to be launched by their hotel.

They reached Mishi's cabinet when Zhao helped her in sitting on the chair. Mishi thanked him and drank the water from the bottle, placed on her desk.

"Mishi, I want to ask you something," said Zhao. Mishi put the bottle down on the table and told him to ask.

"How do you know Xian?," asked Zhao.

"Chang knows about him. He told me that I used to work there in the past. Then Xian helped me so from there I know him," replied Mishi. She then asked, "but why are you asking?"

"Ah, never mind. I was asking out of curiosity. You should know that he has a girlfriend. She won't feel good if you'll get close with Xian. Are you getting what I am trying to imply," muttered Zhao.

"He has a girlfriend?," asked Mishi for confirmation.

Mark sat on the chair and nodded. "Yes, he has a girlfriend. Don't you know? I mean he must've told you about that," stated Zhao and then noticed Mishi's reaction.

"Mishi, maybe he didn't want to share his personal life. I mean he's that kind of person. Well, I should leave. I'll drop you home in the evening." Zhao left from there saying that.

"He lied to me? Why? He's getting close with me despite knowing that he has a girlfriend. I should've realized this when he started coming to my house. I never thought Xian is that kind of man," murmured Mishi in anger.

She picked her phone from the desk and deleted Xian's number. "How dare he lie to me. He was saying right I shouldn't trust men easily, especially him," murmured Mishi and deleted Xian's number from her phone.

On the other hand, Zhao in his cabinet was smiling looking at the divorce papers in his hands. "Soon I'll take your signs on these papers. I wish Bai would do her work as soon as possible because Xian is extremely cautious in such things," muttered Zhao and sat on the chair.

Zhao then called someone and after talking with him for a while, he hung up the call.

Xian in the evening left for the restaurant he had booked for Bai. He met with Mark first before leaving, telling him to tell Biyu that he will come late.

As he reached the restaurant, he found Bai was already there, waiting for him. He went towards their booked table. Bai smiled seeing him and thanked him for the special arrangements.

"I'm happy that you liked this. Let me call the waiter," said Xian and called for a waiter. Xian has already given the orders to them so the cuisines for them were served to them. They started eating their meals when Mishi came there with Zhao.

Xian coughed seeing her but he was more agitated to see Zhao with her. How hands were on Mishi's shoulder. He clenched his fist in anger which Bai noticed. She touched Xian's hand and asked him why he was flinching.

Xian put on a smile on his lips and said, "Nothing. I just recalled something."

"Xian, you were making a fool out of me by going out with her. You did wrong. I won't let you two be together again. As soon as Mishi sees me, she will burst out in anger at you. I want to see how you will escape this trap," thought Bai and continued eating.

"Lau was right. Zhao and Bai are now working as a team. They want Mishi to see me with Bai because that way Mishi will lose her trust in me. Why do our memories have to wash away this way? I wish Mishi could recall things about me," thought Xian and then looked at Bai who was smiling intensely.

"Xian, what will you do now? Mishi will see you then will get angry at you. I wanna see if your memories have come back or not," thought Zhao. Xian was staring at Zhao who was also staring at him.

"Why isn't he saying anything to Bai. What's going on in his mind?," thought Xian when interrupted.

"Xian, why aren't you eating? Wait a second, what are you looking at?," murmured Bai and almost turned when Xian said, "I was looking for the waiter. I've some special things prepared for you."

The waiter came there and Xian got busy with him when Zhao spoke. "Mishi, is that person Xian Zhang?"

"What?" Exclaimed Mishi and turned to look. She saw Xian with a woman smiling. "He lied to me?" murmured Mishi when Zhao further spoke.

"He must be with his girlfriend. They seem nice together. That's why I'm telling you not to get close with him because he's already in a relationship. I also heard he's going to engage with her soon," muttered Zhao and with desperate eyes was looking at Mishi, trying to read her expressions.

Unknowingly a tear fell from Mishi's one eye. She quickly wiped it off before anyone could notice that. "Why am I getting hurt? Isn't this good that I got to know about this early?" Thought Mishi.

"Zhao, let's go. I'm not in a mood to eat," whispered Mishi and got up from the chair, still looking at Xian who was smiling with Bai. Zhao hummed and stood up from the chair.

As they were ready to leave, Xian's eyes fell on Mishi and his heart ached seeing her watery eyes. They both kept staring at each other when Mishi averted her gaze from Xian and picked her office bag, thus leaving from there with Zhao.

"Oh God!! She saw me with Bai. I'm sure she'll take it the other way. Let me end the game of Bai first then I'll handle my wife," thought Xian and looked at Bai who was done eating.

"Thanks Xian for this wonderful meal. I'm very happy that you prepared so many things for me," said Bai with a wide smile on her lips. Xian didn't say anything. The people from the restaurant were leaving which seemed unusual to Bai.

"Why are they all leaving at once?," murmured Bai and kept looking around. She then got up from her seat and went near Xian's chair. Xian looked at her with a smile when Bai leaned closer to Xian's lips.

"Now it's my time to give you a lovely present," whispered Bai against his lips. She almost touched Xian's lips when Xian held her mouth with his palm. Bai got confused seeing him like this. The other second he pushed her away from him.

"Xian," mumbled Bai and straightened herself when she saw Mei Fen, Lan Zhan and Danzae there with two other police officers. Bai looked at Xian who was wiping his hand from the napkin.

Mei Fen went near Bai and said, "Bai Lao, you're being arrested for conspiring against the murder of Mishi not once but twice. The second time you tried killing them in an accident. You are charged with an attempt to murder." Bai was shocked to hear this.

Mei Fen tightly grabbed Bai's hands and put handcuffs on them. "Leave me," shouted Bai and struggled to get release from Mei Fen's grip. The other woman officer, Bo Chyna came forward and grabbed Bai tightly from the shoulders.

"This time all evidence is against you. You can't come out of the jail. One more interesting thing I want to tell you is that your ex- husband helped in this. He told us about the evidence of previous murder attempt of yours against Mishi," muttered Lan Zhan.

"And the second time you again tried doing this but you know you can't escape for long. The goons you hired were caught a few days ago and from there we get to know that you were associated with all these things." Danzae gave the explanation.

"Bai, I never thought you will try doing this again. But you know I'm always ahead of your plans. How dare you hurt Mishi? This time you will get a severe punishment," saying this Xian turned to leave when Bai stopped him.

But Xian didn't stop despite Bai's shouts and left from there. He quickly got into the car and took his phone out, dialling Mishi's number but she didn't pick his calls.

He tried again and again but what every time Mishi ignored his calls. At last Mishi switched off the phone which made him more worried.

Mishi on the other hand with Zhao in a bar and restaurant. Yes, she was so disturbed by the sight of Xian with Bai (whose face she wasn't able to see at that time).

"Mishi, don't do this. Chang will be angry if he'll see you like this. Let's go home," muttered Zhao.

"Zhao, I'm of legal age. I seriously want to drink today," murmured Mishi and took the first shot, while looking at her phone.
