Mishi pushed Xian inside the washroom with a great force that he banged against the wall of the washroom. Xian winced in pain but then he put his palm over his mouth.

"Sisi, are you ready? Should we leave then?," asked Chang, looking at his watch.

"Ahh, Chang, I think I need mo-more time. I mean I've something to do," replied Mishi and turned to look at the washroom.

"Okay! But how much time? I've so many cases to handle today. Please hurry up," stated Chang.

"Chang, you should leave then. I'll go. Driver will come. I mean I've called for a new driver," lied Mishi.

"Oh okay. Then I'm leaving. Take care of yourself, Sisi." Chang then left from there when Mishi put her hand on her chest and took a breath of relaxation. She first closed the room's door and then opened the washroom's door.

"Quickly come out!" Ordered Mishi not to her surprise nobody came outside. "Xian," called Mishi and looked inside but he wasn't there. "Where did he go?," murmured Mishi and went inside the washroom when a hand grabbed her.

She landed on Xian's chest with her back. Xian has locked his hands around Mishi's waist, not let her go and held her hands too. Mishi was startled by his act.

"Leave me. What are you doing?," asked Mishi and turned her head to look at Xian who was smiling intensely.

"Why did you lie to Chang? Am I your driver?," asked Xian.

"Eh- I didn't lie. Driver will come in a while. Now leave me. If someone will see-" Xian didn't let Mish complete her words and said, "-us then they will think wrong." He then smiled.

Leaning closer to Mishi's ear, Xian whispered, "if someone will see us then I will tell them you are my wife- I mean my girlfriend." The other second he spun around Mishi and their eyes met.

"What? Are you nuts? When did I say that I'll be your girlfriend? Xian, I think you need treatment. Now, leave me," muttered Mishi and struggled hard to release from Xian's grip.

"I've to give explanations to my own wife now. But then staying beside her and holding her gives me a different kind of feeling," thought Xian when he winced in pain. Mishi pinched at Xian's arm fiercely which loosened Xian's grip on her.

"This is wrong. You are using violence," said Xian and rubbed his arm. Mishi smiled and went out of the washroom. Xian too followed her out.

"Now, go. You've seen me and you can see I'm fine," stated Mishi.

"But I'm your driver and I have to drop you to the office. If you won't go with me then I'll tell Chang that you're my girlfriend," muttered Xian and smirked.

Mishi blinked her eyes for a few seconds and then picked her bag. "I won't go with you. Go tell him. I'm not scared," said Mishi.

Xian smiled hearing her response and took out his phone. He called Chang and put that on the speaker. Mishi hearing the sound of ringing turned to Xian and asked him what he was doing. "Calling Chang and telling him that you're my girlfriend," answered Xian.

"Hello brother. How are you?," asked Chang while driving the car.

"I'm good. Chang, I want to tell you something important," said Xian. Mishi looked at Xian and shook her head, gesturing to Xian not to say anything.

"What, brother? Can you quickly tell me as I'm getting a bit late," requested Chang. Xian smirked at Mishi who was gesturing to him not to tell.

"Chang, I've come to pick your sister. I had some work near your locality so I thought of coming here. But she's refusing saying she won't go with me. Now you should explain it to her. I've put the phone on speaker," stated Xian and smirked, looking at Mishi.

"Sisi, go with brother Xian. He's really a nice guy and Sisi the day you were buying gifts for him, you were saying that Xian is really a gentleman. You like him as a person," said Chang from the other side of the phone.

Mishi looked at Xian who was smirking at her and when Chang said those things he was smiling widely. "Ok," saying this Mishi immediately cut the call which was on Xian's hand.

"Mishi, this is not good. You told Chang that I'm a gentleman and you also said you like me. See, you are also desperate to be my girlfriend. Then what are we waiting for. Let's kiss as from today onwards we are officially couples." Saying this Xian pulled Mishi lightly towards him and almost kissed her but then she put her palm on her mouth.

Xian smiled seeing this while Mishi was blinking her eyes. Her cheeks get red due to blushing which Xian noticed. "What do you think you're doing? I didn't mean that. I was just saying as a person I liked you," muttered Mishi and pushed him lightly.

Xian laughed slightly hearing Mishi's explanation. "Mishi, I'm just playing with you. Why are you blushing so much? I know what your naughty mind is thinking but let's keep it for later. We should leave, else you'll get late." Saying this he grabbed Mishi's bag from her other hand and gestured to her to come with him, thus leaving the house.

In the car Xian told Mishi not to trust anyone blindly. Mishi looked at him in confusion and told him to explain.

"I mean don't trust men who aren't part of your family," stated Xian and started the engine. Mishi slightly laughed hearing him. "What about you? This thing is also applicable to you." Mishi opined, looking at Xian.

Xian nodded and then looked at her. "But you can trust me after all we are couples. You can call me whenever you feel danger around you," said Xian with a smile.

"Wh-what? We aren't couples. I'm strong enough to fight with anyone. I can protect myself," stated Mishi when Xian held her both hands tightly. Mishi was shocked seeing this and she tried releasing Xian's grip from her.

"What are you doing?," asked Mishi in confusion.

"Telling you that you're not strong enough to let go of your hands from a man," said Xian with a serious tone.

"What happened to you? Leave my hands," protested Mishi while trying to release her hands.

"Self defense is important for a woman. You've to learn that but before that don't trust any man blindly except your family and me. You can call me if in any case Chang or others won't pick your call," stated Xian and then let go of her hands. He leaned back, started the engine and then drove away from there.

As they reached Mishi's workplace, Mishi thanked him and was ready to step out of the car when Xian stopped her. "What now?," asked Mishi.

"Give me your phone," said Xian and forwarded his hand.

"Why?," asked Mishi.

"Because my phone broke. I've to call Mark," replied Xian.

"Why are you lying? You called Chang from your phone." Mishi snapped at him.

"Just give me your phone or i'll take it forcefully," muttered Xian with a raised brow. Mishi gave her phone to Xian. "Enter the password, Ma'am!" Mishi nodded and entered the password.

After a minute, he returned the phone to Mishi. "I've put my number on emergency. Now you can go. It was nice talking to you," stated Xian and smiled. Mishi thanked him and stepped down the car. Xian from the rear view mirror saw Mishi, who had gone inside the building.

"I can't be near you every time. I don't trust Zhao a bit. If I'll tell you directly then you will think me wrong as he's closer to you. But I can't let you be around him, that's why I've to act this way. Now, I've to throw Bai out of my life so that I can focus on you," murmured Xian and then left from there.

He reached his office and called Li Shufen who came into his office in 5 minutes. He greeted him when Xian told Li Shufen to have a seat.

"Shufen, you've to find someone. I can only trust you for this task. You've to find Shui Zhang." Xian said to Shufen.

"Okay sir. I'll report about him to you as soon as possible," stated Shufen.

"Report to me only. If I won't be present then drop a message to me but don't give information to anyone, not even Mark and my Secretary- Mr Wei," ordered Xian.

"Don't worry, sir. I'll report only to you," assured Shufen. Xian thanked him. Shufen left from there.

"Li Wei, I know you're hiding him from me. I know you want me not to go to my past but it's important. I searched for him for all these years and now he has shown himself. I won't spare him nor I'll spare the woman with whom he cheated my mother," muttered Xian under his breath.
