Biyu gained consciousness and saw Yuwan was on a chair beside her. She quickly got up when Yuwan went near her. "Where's Xian- Mishi?," asked Biyu.
"Aunty, relax. They are taken out of the operating room," said Yuwan. He didn't want to put Xian's mother in the dark so he further said, "The doctor has said that Mishi is in a coma. So, it's not easy to tell when she will wake up." Tears started pouring down Biyu's eyes.
She then while stuttering asked about Xian. Yuwan hesitated to speak when Biyu told him to tell her the truth. "His survival isn't sure. His condition is weak. Doctor said if he won't wake up by this evening then ...." Yuwan stopped saying further.
"No, no…," murmured Biyu and ran out of there. Yuwan went after her and told her not to act like that. "Where's my son?," shouted Biyu at him. Yuwan's eyes filled with tears. He held Biyu's hand and then took her to the room where Xian was under treatment.
Seeing Biyu there, Mark got up from the chair outside the room. "Mom," murmured Mark. Biyu looked at the crying faces of everyone there. She then turned to Mark and said, "Why are you crying? Xian is alright. Nothing has happened to him. Don't cry," stated Biyu.
Mark couldn't hold his tears and more tears started flowing from his eyes. "I told you not to cry. He is alright. He will wake up and I know the first word he will say is mom," said Biyu. Others seeing the condition of Biyu continued crying.
"Mom, the doctor said if he won't wake up then probable chances will be towards brain dead condition," said Mark while stuttering, in a weak voice. Biyu, who didn't want to hear this, slapped him hard.
"How dare you say this to your own brother?," yelled Biyu at him. No one has expected this reaction of Biyu. "He survived death when he was a kid. I know my son. He never disappointed me. I know he will wake up. He's just in a sleeping state. He will survive because his mother is here," said Biyu.
There were no tears in Biyu's eyes. But a belief that her son will fight with that and will open his eyes. Biyu then wiped off the tears from Mark's eyes and said, "don't cry, okay. Soon he will wake up and call us there. We can't cry in front of me." Mark nodded to this.
Biyu looked from outside through windows Xian's body. "Wake up, son. Make your mother happy. You can't give up this easily. Wake up," said Biyu in her mind.

"Is this what a mother is? When I was a kid, mom used to say that love of a mother is purest love in this world. There is no greed hidden in that love. A purest relation if ever exists that's only of a mother.
How can I forget the time when my mom saved me from the accident, sacrificing her own life. Even my uncle aunty ran away from there to save their lives leaving me behind but my mom didn't leave me.
If everyone loses hope on you, one hope still exists there - 'a hope of a mother.' Your mother never leaves you even if the entire world leaves you behind. So, Xian you've to make this through. Your mother's love is with you, we all love you, you've to come out of that danger," thought Yuwan in his mind looking at Biyu whose eyes were fixed on Xian from outside the window.
Yaixi and Ginni were sitting beside Mishi's along with Chunhua and Weng Wei. "Wake up Mishi. You can't lose the battle here with your own life. Your family is waiting for you. Didn't you say you won't ever disappoint me? Then just wake up," murmured Ginnin while caressing her head. Biyu came there.
Chunhua ran to her and hugged her. "Look, Sisi isn't waking up," said Chunhua in a broken voice. Biyu caressed Chunhua's back and said, "she will wake up. She knows that we all need her here. Her mother is here so she has to wake up."
"True. Our kids will make it. It's just they are fighting their inner self for their own life and unable to hear us. But they all know that we are waiting for them," said Ginni, looking at Mishi. Biyu after sitting for a while went to Xian's room.
Mishi in her deep sleep saw her parents. A memory of her appeared when she was a 6-7 years old kid. Her little twin siblings were born that time and they were in a huge garden. Mishi was running here and there in the garden while his mother was looking after Chang- Chunhua.
After sometime another memory appeared. She was in her room with a story book in her hand. Her father was sitting beside her on the bed. "Dad, see this story. I want to be a princess. But who's this Prince? Whom should I make a prince?," asked Mishi curiously.
"When my princess will grow she will meet the prince," said her mother.
"How will I know who's the Prince?," Mishi asked another question.
"Good question. Well, you'll know yourself. One who will give you happiness that will be the prince," stated her father.

"Will give me happiness but dad..," murmured Mishi when she saw she had grown standing in front of a mirror. Her father put around a watch in her hand when she was selected for A+ university of Beijing. She hugged her father and then went to her mother who was holding a bag in her hand.
The memories kept playing in her head when she saw her parents graveyard. Tears fell down from her eyes. Then the other second she was in a dark place. It felt like even a light couldn't pass through the place. She couldn't even see what's ahead of her when a bright light fell directly onto her eyes.
"Mom dad," murmured Mishi and tried running to them but she was stuck. She tried to go ahead but it was in vain. "Mishi, stay there. We will come to you," said his father.
A smile carved on Mishi's lips when she saw her parents close to her. "I missed you so much. Let's go then," said Mishi.
"Where?," asked her mother.
"Where you two are going," replied Mishi. Both of her parents smiled and said, "we aren't going anywhere. You are the one who wants to leave everyone."
"Leave? Why would l? Chang- Chunhua has grown so much. Dad you won't believe how they look now. They will be happy to see you," said Mishi excitedly. "Let's go then," said Mishi.
"Mishi, we can't. This is our place now," said her father. Mishi was confused hearing this. "I think time has come to leave, Mishi. You should leave," said her mother.
Tears formed in Mishi's eyes. "You have someone waiting down there. If you won't go then…" saying this her father leaned closer to her and said in her ear, "then he might lose his life." Mishi couldn't understand. Her father leaned back and then said, "wear that ring, okay."
"Waiting? Who? Ring?," before Mishi could look at her father for the answers she felt her mother's hand on her forehead and the next second she was in the graveyard. Reality hit her and tears started pouring down. Her father and mother died today, she recalled.
In the hospital room, her fingers were showing movement, so were her eyes. Tears fell down from her closed eyes which Yaixi noticed. "She's showing movement," murmured Yaixi. Weng Wei ran out from there to bring the doctor.

Xian wasn't showing any movement. Each passing hour was taking breaths of his family members away. Xian actually was seeing his father in his memory. The day he was admitted but he didn't come to take him to the hospital. His mother was carrying him onto her back. The memories kept rewinding in his head when the machine started beeping.
Yuwan without wasting rushed from there to call the doctor. Biyu got worried when Mark and Lau Lan held her respective hands. "He will be fine," they both said at the same time.
The doctor went inside his room and checked the vitals which for the 5th time were dropping. He told The nurse to prepare for the shock as his heart could stop anytime.
Memories started flashing down in Xian's mind. "A slap from some woman, but who?" He looked to see the face but then he saw himself as a 6 years old kid.
"You aren't my son," said Xian's father to him. Xian couldn't take this and closed himself in a small cupboard. He was crying badly when the cupboard fell open and his mother hugged him tightly. The pain in his heart went away when his mother tightly hugged him and caressed his back.
The doctor was performing CPR on him and gave him another shock.
In Xian's mind, he was still in the memory when he was 6 years old kid. "Mom," murmured Xian and put his small hands on her hands. He felt relieved in her mother's embrace when his mother kissed him on the forehead. Unknowingly Biyu's hand fell on Xian's chest. He felt good, relaxed and happy as if someone has given his life back to him.
Xian opened his eyes and the doctor sat on a chair there. Xian was saved and on the other side Mishi too woke up.
