Yuwan and Mishi reached the venue in the late morning along with Xia, Chang and Chunhua. Qiang was managing the things with the event manager and Xia was helping him. Chang was busy with the other arrangements while Chunhua was with her sister in the dressing room. Her makeup artist Linxi Bin started doing her makeup.

Mark, Lan Zhan and Lau Lan reached there in their normal getup. Yuwan went to them and they greeted each other. "Xiu Sir is very close to Xian and me. So I thought of coming here. Mishi is like our sister so we will be happy if we help you all." Yuwan smiled hearing this.

"So where's Xian?," asked Yuwan.

"Ahhh.....he will come directly in the engagement. He has a meeting," muttered Lan Zhan and smiled. Chang came to them and greeted them.

"I hope Xian will give us his best wishes. Although Mishi and I thought not to call him but unexpectedly he met my father," murmured Yuwan and smiled slightly. They all looked at him. "Indeed Xian isn't happy with this. So for his happiness I'm helping him and if Mishi tried hurting him this time then I'll make sure to throw her out of Xian's life," thought Lau in his mind.

"Okay then let's not waste the time and start arranging the things. Yuwan, you should get ready so let's go," saying this Lan Zhan left with him. Mark and Lau looked at each other. Chang told them that they can help him and sister Xia.

"I'll help Xia," murmured Mark and left from there. Xia was carrying a heavy box in her hands and was going towards a room in the hallway.

She was going when Mark grabbed the box from her. "Ahhh thank you," mumbled Xia and hit at her back lightly with her right hand. She didn't see that it was Mark so said, "if you would be late one more second I've thought to tell your manager and get you fired."

Mark started laughing hearing this. Hearing his laugh Xia turned to look at him. "You???" Mumbled Xia and stepped back. She was ignoring him since the time she kissed him after the project got completed in a party.

"You're really cruel. Firing a person without any reason. That's why your employees called you." Mark stopped saying further. Xia looked at him and asked, "What do they say?"

"You really want to know?," asked Mark and went inside the room. He put the box on the table there and then turned to her. Xia nodded and told him to tell her fast. He gestured to her to come near to him. Xia went near him and he leaned to her ear and whispered," they call you a crazy woman who kills people with her bullet eyes." Saying this Mark again started laughing.

Xia immediately looked at him and then glared at him. "Your employees call you an irresponsible and stupid man who only knows how to irritate women. You crazy idiot," shouted Xia at Mark and then hit at his shoulder. Mark held her hands but then Xia started using her legs. "You are a crazy woman who only knows how to kick and hit men."

Mark then turned her towards the table, put her hands behind her back and locked her legs from his. Xia tried to release her hands from his tight grips. "If you don't release me now then I'll seriously kill you Mark," shouted Xia. Mark smiled and whispered," then I'm not going to leave you."

Xia glared at him. "Leave me," shouted Xia again. Mark closed her mouth with his hand and looking into her eyes said, "I didn't forget what you did to me in the party. You kissed me and then you slapped me saying I was hitting on you when an employee of yours saw you. You kissed me without my permission and I feel like an idiot in front of everyone." There was anger in his voice and eyes.

Xia then lowered her eyes and Mark too released her. "I asked for apologies too. I mean I did that mistakenly," murmured Xia. Mark didn't say anything and walked away from there.

"Mishi, you're looking good. Your makeup is done perfectly. Wear your engagement gown quickly. I'll then help you," said her designer, Yiaolin.

Mishi nodded and went inside the changing room. Yiaolin's phone started ringing so she walked out of the room to take the call. "Why network isn't coming here," murmured Yiaolin and went slightly away from the dressing room.

Xian saw Yiaolin walking away from the dressing room. He has worn a mask on his mouth and went towards the room.

Mishi came out of the changing room and stood in front of the mirror.

"Yiaolin, please help me zipping my dress chain," mumbled Mishi. She was unaware that Yiaolin wasn't there. Xian came inside the room and locked the room from inside so that no one could enter there.

Mishi was wearing the earrings in her ears and her hair was flung open which was increasing her beauty.

Xian was mesmerized to see Mishi in front of him although her back was facing him.

"She is looking so beautiful. Mishi, now I won't let you run away from me," thought Xian in his mind.

"Yiaolin, Yiaolin please zip this chain up," said Mishi while her hands were on her back. Xian took steps towards her and was inches away from her. He put his one hand on the zipper and then pulled it up and with the other hand he put away her hair to the front. He completely zipped up her dress when his finger touched Mishi's shoulder. Mishi who was looking at her phone immediately turned behind as she felt the touch familiar.

They both stared at each other for a while. Xian was awestruck by her beauty. "So this is the true beauty of Mishi. Your eyes are so captivating for me that I want to stare these eyes till eternity," thought Xian in his mind. He came out of his thoughts when Mishi pulled out his mask and got startled seeing him.

"Xian," whispered Mishi.

"Mishi," whispered Xian.

Mishi pushed him and muttered, "who told you that you can come inside? Where's Yiaolin?" She looked around but didn't find Yiaolin there.

"Go away from here before Yuwan will see you," mumbled Mishi and turned her face away. Xian smiled and said, "he also knows that I love you and I told him not to go near you because you're mine. Let's not involve him here because I'm not here to talk about a third person."

Mishi looked at him in disbelief. "Xian, get out from here. You and I are divorced and there's nothing left between us," murmured Mishi and looked at the door. Xian smiled hearing this. Stepping closer to her, he circled his hand on Mishi's waist and pulled her towards him.

"For how long will you run from me? More than two years have passed and you're still lying to me. Do you think I won't catch your lies? Mishi this time I won't let you fool me. I know how much you love me," mumbled Xian, looking into her emerald eyes.

Yiaolin was done talking so she went back to the dressing room.

"Xian, you're still in illusion. Leave me now. I don't love you. I like Yuwan now, that's why I'm engaging to him today and in a month we will marry each other," murmured Mishi while trying to release his grip from her.

Xian pulled Mishi's chin up and muttered, "try saying this lie looking into my eyes." Mishi turned her eyes away when Xian again pulled her chin. Yiaolin reached outside the room and pushed the door but it didn't open up.

"Mishi, did you lock the room from inside?," shouted Yiaolin from outside and knocked at the door. Mishi looked at Xian and whispered," leave me Xian. It's almost the time. Leave me."

"I won't," mumbled Xian.

"Xian, don't be stubborn. It won't be good if someone sees us like this," muttered Mishi.

"Let them see. I want them to know how much you love me," murmured Xian. Yiaolin kept on banging at the door. "Mishi, Mishi are you inside?," shouted Yiaolin again.

"You want me to tell you the same thing looking into your eyes, right?," asked Mishi looking into Xian's eyes.

"Yes. But if you will lie to me then you'll have to bear the consequences," stated Xian and then tucked her hairs which were coming in front of her face, thus blocking her face view for Xian.

"Mishi, Mishi," shouted Yiaolin.

"I don't love you, okay," mumbled Mishi, looking into Xian's eyes. "Now leave me," muttered Mishi but Xian didn't let her go. "Xian," murmured Mishi.

"I told you not to lie," mumbled Xian.

"You won't agree like this. Now I've to shout." Mishi was about to shout when Xian crashed his lips onto hers. Mishi didn't know he would do such a thing so she tried to push him away but it was in vain. He started kissing her and pulled her more towards him. Mishi too responded to him initially but then she pushed him and whispered, "Yiaolin."

Yiaolin was still at the door and thought to tell Yuwan about this when Mishi said, "I'm inside, Yiaolin. I was changing my dress and it took me a while." Mishi said loud enough to be heard by Yiaolin. Yiaolin told her to open the lock.

"Yiao, I want to be alone for a few minutes. You can wait in the next room. I'll come there in a few minutes," said Mishi loudly.

"Take your time Mishi," saying this Yiaolin walked away from there. Mishi looked at Xian and turned back her face towards the mirror.
