Lan Zhan's phone rang and he immediately answered the call. His colleague has informed the Shanghai police about this and from there they tracked Xian's phone. Lan Zhan thanked the fellow police officer and then told this to Mark and Lau.

"So, where is he?," asked Lau looking at Lan Zhan.

"He's in a park near this area," mumbled Lan Zhan and showed his phone to them. Mark and Lau looked at each other. "It's the residential area where TMS CEO lives along with his family," murmured Lan Zhan.

"He's there. Let's go. We can't be late," said Mark and the trio left from there. After two hours they reached there and went straight to the mentioned direction. They reached the park and looked for Xian. "He's not here," muttered Mark resting his both hands on the waist. Lau turned back and found Xian on the opposite side of them, sitting on a bench.

"Guys, he's over there." Lau pointed his finger to the north direction. Mark and Lau looked there and found Xian. The trio ran there and stopped before him breathing heavily. Xian looked at them but then lowered his eyes. His eyes were red because of crying. They sat beside him.

"Why didn't you pick any of my calls?'', asked Mark angrily looking at Xian.

"Mishi is getting engaged," murmured Xian. Lan Zhan, Mark and Lau Lan looked at each other.

Lau put his hand on Xian's shoulder. "Xian, look she has moved on in her life. Don't bother her now. By doing anything you'll punish yourself and hurt us too," mumbled Lau tried to make him understand.

"He's saying right, Xian. Let's go. It's the end now. Let her be," said Mark and held his hand. Lan Zhan kept mum because he was aware of Xian's behaviour.

"Xian you don't consider us as your family?," asked Lau.

Xian chuckled hearing this. "Of course. You all are my family. What kind of questions you're asking." Xian smiled saying this.

"Then for this family, you won't ever meet Mishi. Just forget about her," stated Lau. Xian looked at him. He tried to read Lau's eyes. "Don't stare at me. I'm saying so because Mishi has moved on in her life. If she has a little bit of feelings left for you then shouldn't have done this."

Xian took a deep breath.

"Thanks for caring for me. But I can't give up on Mishi. Indeed our relationship started with a revenge but turning it into a love is in my hand. I listened to her every single false explanation but not anymore. I will make her fall for me again."

Lau stood up from the bench and put his hands on the back of his head. " I can't believe that you're again after that girl. You both spent only two months together. She got infatuated with you that's it. There was no love, no mutual trust. Yuwan and she have known each other for two years which are enough to grow feelings for each other. So you won't meet her Xian if you consider me as your friend," Lau spatted at Xian in anger.

"You don't trust me?," asked Xian.

"Yes because you're thinking irrationally. You still think that she will come to you because she still loves you but you're in a big illusion" muttered Lau. Xian got up from the bench clenching his fist.

"Don't Xian," murmured Lan Zhan and stepped forward when Xian hugged Lau tightly. Mark and Lan Zhan got startled by this. "She's lying. She's lying every single thing the day she left me. She told me that we never had the trust in our relationship that's why it's tainted. I started trusting her the day she herself told me again and again stressing the same point. They're engaging, not marrying each other. I wouldn't have wasted more than two years for a girl. She always lied to me because she loves me a lot," mumbled Xuan.

Xuan patted at Lau's back and said, "She's lying. Do you think I come here just to give that gift bag to Chang?" Lan Zhan and Mark looked at each other. Lau released Xian and asked with a surprising look," what do you mean?"

"I've found something the day Chang left for here. I thought to go later but then he forgot his bag in the car. I'm lucky that I went behind him and found about this engagement," mumbled Xian and rested his hands on his waist. Mark and Lan Zhan went near them.

"What do you mean? Are you thinking this is done by Bai? Do you think Bai was blackmailing Mishi?," asked Lan Zhan.

"Xian but Bai was attested two months ago along with her husband so I don't think it's Bai," reasoned Mark.

"Yin. It was Yin Mei," murmured Xian.

"What? She's in...She's in jail," said Mark in a low voice.

"She did this even before that. I went to meet her every single day at the jail as I am the reason for her this state. She told me everything a week after that. She's guilty that she has separated us," mumbled Xian.

"What she has done?," asked Mark with a slight anger and slight pain in his tone.

Xian looked at Mark and then said, "you don't need to know. Just trust you brother,okay?"

"Xian, please tell me," begged Mark.

"You won't ask this again if you still believe in our friendship," demanded Xian. Mark looked at him and with teary eyes said, "I want to know. If you won't tell me I'll ask Yin."

"She doesn't want to meet you. It's a promise between two friends which I did with Yin. Now you trio" Xian pointed his finger towards them and said, "you three will help me. We've to go to the venue before the engagement will actually start but in the other getup so that on one can recognise us there. Rest things I'll manage." Xian smiled explaining this to them.

Lan Zhan, Lau Lan and Mark looked at Xian's happy face. "We're with you. Let's give it a shot." Said Lan Zhan in support. Mark and Lau Lan nodded.

"She has told enough lies to me but not anymore. I won't let her go this time," mumbled Xian.

"Why didn't you do anything in these two months?," asked Lan Zhan.

"Plannings are also important. Mishi is very good in telling the lies. She has trained herself in telling lies, yelling at me and then make me believe that she hates me. Ahhh when did my wife become so clever? She used to be so naive. Haha I'm falling for her charms," murmured Xian and smiled saying these things.

"You are also good in hiding the truth. You made a fool of your psychiatry, Doctor Lau Lan," muttered Lan Zhan. Hearing this they all laughed loudly and then embraced each other in a warm hug.

"Mishi you won't be able to run from me this time. I've solved every single thing in our path so that you won't be able to make any excuse and won't be able to tell any sort of lies. Just wait and watch. You will fall for me Mishi," thought Xian in his mind and smiled.

Chunhua and Chang were playing chess in Chang's room. "Check and mate," said Chang looking at Chunhua and again won the game.

"Hey, you always win," murmured Chun.

"Because you don't use your little brain," mumbled Chang and then flicked at her forehead with his finger. "Ouch. Chang I'll kill you," yelled Chunhua at her brother. He laughed looking at her.

"Btw Chang you got defeated in one game," muttered Chunhua.

"Which game?," asked Chang, crossing his arms.

"I took a bet with you that Sisi and brother Yuwan will be together but you said that time it would be brother Xian," muttered Chunhua.

"Ahh that thing. Hmm, indeed I got a defeat in that thing with you," said Chang and smiled.

"I was scared in the morning when I saw him. I thought he would spat something," murmured Chunhua.

Chang smiled hearing this. "What if Sisi still loves brother Xian?," asked Chang. Chunhua looked at him. "She doesn't. If she were in love with him then she doesn't need to engage with brother Yu." Chunhua gave a reason.

"Still brother Xian understands her more than anyone," muttered Chang.

"But she loves brother Yu now," reasoned Chunhua.

Chang clasped his fingers together and said, "brother Xi is her first love. She is lying to herself and the people around her but then it's her decision. You and I can only support her." Chunhua nodded hearing this. Mishi listened to all their conversation and then walked away from there.

She closed the door of her room and stood on the balcony. Looking at the clouded sky she said, "now he's a past. Yuwan is my present and going to be my future. Xian and I were never meant to be together. Once I'll be engaged he will completely forget about me," murmured Mishi.
