Chang came home at the weekend to meet Biyu and Xian. He rang the bell and the housemaid opened the door. He greeted her and walked inside the house. He saw Lau Lan, Mark, Lan Zhan and Xian in the living room talking and laughing.

"Mark," mumbled Xian. Mark and others shifted their gaze to him. Chang smiled seeing them. Mark walked towards him and gave him a tight hug. "You are becoming handsome day by day," muttered Mark with a smile.

"Chang, if you walk with me in the streets then girls will only see your beauty," said Lan Zhan and smiled. Chang smiled hearing all the compliments. He then greeted Lau Lan and Xian.

"Where's mom?," asked Chang looking around. Xian went near him and replied, "Mom has gone to my aunt's house for some months. Come have a seat."

He then shouted, "Xingli please prepare some snacks for Chang."

They all sat on the couch and started talking.

"Chunhua hasn't come here for two months. When will she come?," asked Mark excitedly.

"Ah" Chang scratched the area above his right brow and said, "brother after Sisi's divorce she doesn't want to come. I mean…," murmured Chang.

"I understand," said Xian with a smile. Xingli came with snacks and juices there. Xian thanked her. Chang took a sip of the juice and said, "brother actually my studies are completed. I've to practice now in the Beijing court as I qualified that exam. I thought to tell mom and you all about this."

"This is great news. So, you'll soon be a reputed lawyer," said Lan Zhan with a broad smile on his lips. "You're a civil or criminal lawyer?," asked Lan Zhan.

"Criminal lawyer," replied Chang.

"Lan Zhan you've to consult him for all the cases now," said Lau Lan and they all laughed.

"Brother Xian, I'm going to Shanghai. Do you want to come?," asked Chang looking into Xuan's eyes trying to find a positive answer.

Mark looked at Xian and then at Chang. "Mishi is there?," asked Mark with a questionable look. Lau Lan looked at Xian hearing this as he got concerned.

"Yes, Sisi is there," replied Chang and then looked at Xian to hear the answer. "Brother, let's go there," stressed Chang in his words.

"He won't come," said Lau Lan. Lan Zhan and Mark looked at Lau.

"Why?," asked Mark. "Let him decide," said Mark.

"Xian and Mishi are divorced. Since I'm Xian's doctor so I won't let him go there," said Lau with an affirmed voice.

"Lau, doctor can't force his patient," mumbled Lan Zhan.

"I know but as his friend and doctor won't allow this," insisted Lau.

Chang looked at Xian and still wanted to know his answer. "Chang, there's no need for me to go there. You should meet her. She will feel uncomfortable seeing me," said Xian and smiled lowering his eyes.

"Okay. Brother I understand," said Chang.

"Ok then you will shift here. Tell me beforehand. I'll help you," said Xian.

"Yes brother I'll tell you," assured Chang. They all talked with each other. In the late noon they went to the airport to drop Chang there. After seeing him off they decided to go to the bar to enjoy for sometime. As they entered inside the car, Xian noticed the gift Chang had bought for his sister, Mishi. He picked the bag and said, "guys, I'm going inside the airport. Chang completely forgot about this so I should give this to him."

"Leave it he will take it after he returns," murmured Mark and got into the driver's seat.

"It's for his sister. I'm coming so wait for me," saying this Xian ran inside the airport. He walked towards terminal 5 but the flight was taken off already. He checked the flight for Shanghai which was after half an hour. "I should call Mark to tell him that I'm leaving for Shanghai," murmured Xian and called Mark. Telling about this to Mark Xian hung up the call and went to the ticket counter so that he could get a flight for Shanghai.

"What happened?," asked Lau, looking at Mark's worried face.

"Xian went to Shanghai. He said that that gift is important so he has to go. He will be back by tonight," mumbled Mark looking at Lan Zhan and Lau.

Lau shook his head in disbelief. "He must not meet Mishi. She has destroyed everything in his life. Although Xian was at fault too but she has completely made him…", murmured Lau with a slight anger in his tone.

"What has happened Lau?," asked Mark looking at them questionably.

"You returned yesterday after the project completion so we thought not to tell when you were out. We found a letter of Mishi in Xian's wallet. She wrote many things there and wrote that Xian should find some other girl for himself. From the day he received that letter Xian has lost his identity. He blames himself for every other thing. Yin's punishment, your separation from Yin, Mishi's separation from her family for two years and his mother's unhappiness for two years," muttered Lau with a worried look.

"But…," whispered Mark.

"It's not his fault," murmured Lan Zhan.

"But he's not understanding this," said Lau with a worried expression.

"Chang could've bought the gift for Mishi from Shanghai too but Xian is acting strangely, a mad lover. How much sacrifice our friend has to make? Mishi isn't understanding this. Even if someone was blackmailing her she should've told her but no, she blamed Xian for that too that he doesn't trust her. She didn't trust him a bit but Xian is blind in her love. Isn't it her revenge that is destroying our Xian every single day?" Lau got teary while saying all these things.

Mark looked at his phone and said, "let's go to Shanghai." Lan Zhan and Lau looked at him.

"What are you saying?," asked Lan Zhan.

"We are on leave for a few days. Let's go there and make sure not to make them meet. Mishi is his past now and the past shouldn't be brought forward because it brings a lot of bad things," mumbled Mark looking at both of them.

"You're saying right," said Lan Zhan.

"I'm parking the car in the parking area. You both book the ticket for us. We have to hurry," said Mark and got into the car and drove away from there. Lau and Lan Zhan walked inside the airport.

Chang reached the airport. He walked out of the exit and found Mishi and Yuwan were waiting for him. He waved at them and then quickened his steps. Hugging both of them he left with them for the home.

"I met Chunhua a week ago. She said that she will come tomorrow for a week here," said Mishi with a smile.

"Hmm…," mumbled Chang.

"Dad is eager to meet you," said Yuwan while driving the car. Chang smiled hearing this. "How's brother Qiang?," asked Chang.

"Well he's in Beijing, taking care of business there," replied Yuwan and increased the car's speed.

"I went to mom's house too," said Chang in a low voice, looking at Mishi and trying to read her eyes. To his surprise Mishi's face didn't change. With a smile she asked, "How's mom?"

"She wasn't there, has gone to her sister's house for a few months. I met my brother Mark, Lau, Lan and" Chang stopped speaking. Yuwan looked at Chang from the front mirror and was going to speak when Mishi asked, "How's your brother Xian?"

This surprised Chang. He happily replied, "he's good. He is really good. Unlike earlier he started acting for everyone and also focussing on his work. He has really changed and has become calm and composed."

"That is good to hear that he's also taking care of his family and work. Well Chang, I am dating Yuwan for one and a half months," said Mishi and looked at Yuwan happily. Chang looked at them shockingly but kept mum because for him his sister's happiness comes first.

"Are you not happy Chang?," asked Yuwan, looking at him from the front mirror and then focussed on the road.

"Ahh...no no brother. You're thinking wrong. Why won't I be happy? I'm happy for both of you. You two have known each other for two years so it's good that you two started dating," said Chang and smiled. But somewhere he was feeling bad because he always wanted Xian and Mishi to be together. Xian has done many things for them and understands them more than Yuwan, he feels.

Mishi and Yuwan held each other's hand when Chang saw this. "It seems Sisi is happy with him. I don't think I should talk about brother Xian to her now. Brother Xian still loves you Sisi. I'm happy that he refused to come here else he would've hurted badly seeing you two, especially you Sisi," thought Chang in his mind. Mishi turned her head and smiled looking at Chang. Chang too passed a smile to her.
