"Where were you gone?", asked Xian as soon as she entered the room.

"Xian please forgive me", said Mishi.

Xian said, "I don't want your apologies. I just want to say that stay away from me if you don't want to get hurt again".

"Xian why don't you stop living like that..... I mean we can also live like a normal couple", said Mishi.

"We normal couple??? Not even in my dreams. I married you so that you can also suffer with me same as I'm suffering... Wait did you fall for me? Don't ever because it will hurt you. I told you that day in the hotel, you'll miss my touch... I think you're. I'm feeling happy that you're getting hurt just like I'm every.....time", said Xian and laid down on the bed and looked at his hands.

Mishi took out the clothes from closet and went inside the washroom. She turned on the shower and reminisced the things with Bai. "How could I be so dumb? I should've asked Xian too that day..... I shouldn't have asked money from her. But she's saying right I'm more relaxed now just because Xian is giving me money. I shouldn't use his money..... Mishi you've to find a job for yourself.....", mumbled Mishi and closed the shower. She came out of the washroom wearing her night clothes.

"Xian I want to talk to you about something not that thing but the other", said Mishi looking at him.

"What? Say quickly", said Xian.

"I want to work", said Mishi.

Xian looked at her and said, "do you want make fun of me? I mean you can work but I found out that you can't be hired by anyone because of your uncle here in the Beijing", said Xian.

Mishi looked at him. "Don't stare at me. Chang told me about this. You can work in my company but if mom finds out she'll kill me that I'm making you work. But why do you want to work?"

"I'm getting bored in the house", said Mishi, actually lied.

"But I don't want to see your face in the work at least.....", said Xian.

Mishi looked down at her feet and said, "I won't bother you. I mean I'll work on some department".

"I can't do that. After that reception everyone knows about us", said Xian and crossed his arms. Xian then gets up and came closer to her, "I want to know truth. You're acting strange". He then put his arm around her shoulder and whispered in her ear, "Why did you go out? If you won't tell me then I've other ways to know the truth" and then looked into her eyes with a smirk on his face.

"I'm getting bored here", said Mishi.

"You can go to meet mother. Our next house is just five blocks away. Tell me the truth.....", said Xian.

Mishi pushed him lightly and said, "just refuse me if you don't want to give me a job. I'll find a job in some other place.....Don't worry I won't let them know about you. Moreover there was no media that day so if I work slight far from here then I don't think anyone will find about me".

"You really want to take revenge right?", asked Xian.

"Xian why would I do that? I really want to..."

"Then work again under me as a PA. Although I don't want to but working as my PA would be far better than if you work in a shop/bar/cafe", said Xian and stepped back. "Accompany me from tomorrow.... Now I'm quite hungry so please make some dinner and don't put spices like yesterday", said Xian and switched on the TV and get into his bed. Mishi went away from the room to the kitchen.

She prepared the dinner for them and came to the room with dinner. "You made the dinner in just half an hour", said Xian.

"Hm....Will you come here on the sofa or should I...."

"I'll come there....", said Xian and slowly walked towards the sofa. Mishi grabbed his arm and made him comfortably sit on the sofa. She handed him the chopsticks and told him to eat. Xian looked at her and said, "Why are you so kind to me? I mean yes you're the reason of my pain but it's strange to see you like this. Till yesterday you want to kill me and now in a night you completely changed..."

"It's nothing like that. I never wanted to kill you. It's just I got angry on you because...."

"Because I associate your name with Zhao", said Xian and started eating. Mishi looked at him but didn't say anything.

"You don't want to eat?", asked Xian holding his bowl and chopsticks.

"I will after you....."

"Mishi what happened. I'm feeling uncomfortable seeing you like this. How will we enjoy our play when you act like this", said Xian. Mishi didn't say anything for a while then she puts rice and soup in the bowls for her. They looked into each other's eyes when Xian said, "Mark scolded me for hurting you. I'm lucky this time he won't tell mom else she would've killed me by now..."

Mishi looked at him and asked, "Did you ever fight with mother?"

"Yes when I was young....18-19 years old but then I realized my mistake", said Xian.

"Xian do you still love Bai?", asked Mishi.

Xian stopped eating and after a pause he said, "I used to love her but the day she married with that guy I buried my feelings for her. I wished her happiness that day because she supported me when I was struggling. I should be angry on you for the last night but I'm not it's feel like I'm angry on myself for letting her go".

Mishi touched his hand and held it but Xian jerked it. "Mishi but it doesn't mean that I'll forget the things you did to me", said Xian. Mishi didn't say anything and they continued eating.

After dinner Mishi gave medicines to Xian and herself sat on the sofa there. "You should sleep in the other room", said Xian.

"It's fine....I'll watch you till you fall asleep", said Mishi.

Xian turned off the lights and switched on the lamps beside his bed. Sleep engulfed him in a few minute

In the early morning the doctor came to check him and told Mishi that he's fine now. Mishi thanked him and see him off till the gate.

"Xian....the doctor....where are you going to?", asked Mishi looking at him.

"Work....uhhh....it's important so I can't miss a day....come quick make a good knot of this time", said Xian and threw tie at her.

"I'm lucky that I also got ready early....", said Mishi while tying his tie.

Xian tucked her hair strands behind her ear and said, "You should open up your hair" and then reached her rubber band, opened it which made open Mishi's hair.

She stepped back due to his sudden gesture but since she was holding his tie it get hardened on his neck and Xian started choking for air. Mishi released her grip and apologize from him. But before he could scold him someone rang the doorbell. Mishi ran from there to open the door.

"Brother Wang Feng you reached on time", said Mishi.

"Is sir ready?", asked Wang.

"Hm...."

Xian came there and walked out of the house. Mishi carried her purse and ran behind him.

"Sister you'll also work in the office?", asked Wang from Mishi.

"Yes".

Xian was at the backseat reading the upcoming proposals from the iPad.

Mark called Xian and said, "SJM has again sent a proposal. Now the directors are saying you should consider it because it will benefit our company.....".

"I'm coming in the office", said Xian and looked at his watch...."I'll be there in a hour so let's have a discussion on this then", said Xian and hangs up.

"Wang please drive fast....", said Xian.

"What happened?", asked Mishi but Xian didn't answer. They reached the office. "Mishi bring coffee for me and Mark", said Xian and walked towards the elevator. Mishi went to the cafe from there.

"How are you Xian?", asked Mark.

"Good", said Xian and get seated in his chair.

"I've read the proposal. They're going to invest good amount so surely I'll accept it this time", said Xian.

"The CEO wants to meet you today evening", said Mark.

"Okay....", said Xian. Li Wei came there with Mishi and asked Xian if he's fine now. Xian replied saying he's fine.

"Mishi what are you doing here?", asked Mark.

"She said she's getting bored so"

"It's good", said Mark. Mishi gave them their coffees. "Li talk with Mr Waixi's Secretary and tell him that I'll meet his boss this evening".

Mishi looked at him and asked, "Why are we meeting him?"

Li looked at her and was going to say when Xian said before him, "He wants to deal with our company. It's the second time he has sent the proposal. Li you don't need to come for today's meeting, Mishi will accompany me".

"I can't...", said Mishi.

Mark and Li looked at her.

"Then go home and never ever say that you want to work", said Xian with a grin look.

"Okay I've to go....see you later", said Mark and walked away. Li Wei also walked away from there.

"Are you hiding something? Do you know Weixei?", asked Xian.

"No", lied Mishi. Xian smiled and said, "go sit over there and check the important mails, proposals and other work". Mishi silently walked away from there.
